Much of Sector 108 is taken up by a few large projects. Sobha City alone covers 39 acres with 1,728 homes in towers of 18 and 24 floors, and Sobha describes it as lying along a 75 m road, next to the Delhi Reserved Greens. Experion lists two residential projects in the sector, The Heartsong and The Westerlies, plus a commercial one, Hub @ 108. The Westerlies page puts it at zero kilometres from Delhi.

Inside a township this size, the gate you drive through may be some way from your tower. We ask for the tower number, the nearest service entrance and where the truck may stand, so the crew is not carrying cartons across a whole campus. Large societies tend to have a set routine for moves, such as a gate pass and a booked lift, and we work to it.

Sector 108 is not on Wikipedia's list of sectors the Dwarka Expressway passes through; it is reached by sector roads. For families with children, The Shikshiyan School, a CBSE school, is in the sector. Our head office in Sector 110 is about three and a half kilometres east-southeast. How We Handle a Move in a Sector 108 Township

Long walks from gate to tower, tall blocks and a state border close by. Each needs its own plan.

  1. The right gate, the right tower

    Large campuses have more than one entrance. We confirm which gate and which service road bring the truck nearest your block before the crew sets out.

Places That Shape the Route Into Sector 108

A village core, separately outlined campuses and the airport run shape the drive to a Sector 108 home.

  1. Dharampur village

    OpenStreetMap places Dharampur village inside the sector's boundary. Village lanes were not planned like sector roads, so for a house there we measure the approach on a video call and, where a full truck cannot enter, carry loads out to it in a smaller vehicle.

  2. The Vedaanta and Heartsong

    OpenStreetMap maps The Vedaanta and Heartsong as separately outlined campuses within the sector. Each has its own entrance, so tell us the campus name as well as the tower number.

  3. Route to IGI Airport

    Sobha says on its project site that Sobha City is 15 minutes from IGI Airport. If you are flying out on moving day, we load first and leave the airport run for later.

Homes we move

Township Flats, Villas and Village Homes in Sector 108

Sobha's floor plans run from a 1,381 sq ft two-bedroom to a 2,343 sq ft three-bedroom. A large flat collects more furniture, and clearing a big three-bedroom from high up a tower can take several hours, so we put two loaders on the lift landing and keep the cartons moving.

Experion lists The Westerlies under several RERA registrations: apartment phases 1 to 4 plus a villa phase. Phases are handed over at different times, so tell us which one your home is in; the estate office and its move rules may not be the same across the campus.

Raheja Vedanta was one of five societies whose structural audit the state ordered in February 2022, after the Chintels collapse (Tribune). Around the big campuses, the older houses of Dharampur are built plot by plot, each with its own stairs and access, which we look at on a video call before quoting.

Checks to Finish Before a Sector 108 Move

  • Independence Day closures

    Around Independence Day 2024, Gurugram police stopped heavy vehicles heading into Delhi for two overnight spells, on 12–13 and 14–15 August, for the rehearsal and the day itself (Tribune). Plan a cross-border move from 108 for another week in August.

  • Property ID and no-dues for sellers

    Selling a flat or villa here? Haryana's property tax portal shows the PID linked to your home, and once tax is cleared it issues the no-dues certificate a buyer will ask about. Sort it out before moving day so the sale is not held up after the truck leaves.

  • Verification for household staff

    If a live-in helper moves with you, Gurugram Police lists servant verification alongside tenant checks among its citizen services. File it once the household is settled.

When to move

When Should You Schedule a Sector 108 Move?

Rain is the main risk from July to September. Before the 2026 rains, the city named 159 spots prone to flooding, four of them extremely critical, and opened its flood-control room on 1 July (Tribune, April 2026). If you must move in those months, we keep a back-up date in the same week.

With a CBSE school inside the sector, many families aim to settle before 1 April, when the school year starts under CBSE's March 2023 circular. If a school start is driving your date, book the society lift and our crew well before March.
