Sector 84 lies on the Dwarka Expressway side of New Gurugram. Delhi Public School, Sector 84 describes its five-acre campus as standing at the confluence of NH-8 and the Dwarka Expressway. On Square Yards, ready societies here include SS The Coralwood, SS Almeria and Alphacorp Gurgaon One 84, and towers still under construction include Signature Global Twin Tower DXP and Ganga Nandaka. Vatika's township reaches into this sector as well, and the villages the portal lists close by include Sihi, Badha and Kherki Daula.

The approach road needs the most planning. In August 2024 The Tribune reported that residents of Spaze Privy, SS Coral World, Diwan Housing and Gurgaon One threatened to boycott the assembly poll over the road to their societies, which also links Sectors 84 and 85 to the Dwarka Expressway. They described craters and overflowing sewage; cab drivers were cancelling and school buses were reluctant to come in. That road has been the Manesar Municipal Corporation's responsibility since 2022.

Since then, in September 2026, Haryana began acquiring land for 24-metre roads in Sectors 81 to 86, including a strip in Sector 84 and land in Sihi village. Until those roads exist, we check the route to your tower before the date and pick a vehicle that can actually reach it. Going on to Sector 85, or to a tower along the Dwarka Expressway? Those are planned the same way.

Planning Around Sector 84's Roads and Towers

Access, lifts and school hours shape a Sector 84 moving day more than distance does.

On the ground in Sector 84 New Gurgaon & Dwarka Expressway

  1. A vehicle that fits the road

    Where the last stretch is broken or narrow, a smaller vehicle making two trips can beat a large truck stuck short of the gate. We decide once we have seen the approach.

  2. Manesar, not Gurugram

    Complaints about the road serving several Sector 84 societies go to the Manesar Municipal Corporation. Useful to know if a stretch is dug up close to your moving date.

  3. Long runs in tall towers

    New high-rise towers mean many floors per lift trip. We ask the facility team to block the service lift for the whole loading window, not just an hour.

  4. Away from the school run

    Police listed the road at DPS School, Sector 84 among damaged stretches in March 2025. We keep loading and driving clear of school opening and closing times.

  5. Village or society address

    A house in Sihi or Badha is a different job from a tower flat: no lift, perhaps a tighter lane, and no gate pass. Tell us which it is when you enquire.

Finding your way

Which Junctions and Roads Decide a Sector 84 Route?

Sector 84 sits where the Dwarka Expressway runs into NH-48, so the first few kilometres of a loaded truck's trip are set by the points below.

  1. Kherki Daula toll plaza

    NoBroker lists a Kherki Daula bus stop among the closest to this sector, and the toll plaza of that name stands on NH-48 near the Expressway's southern end. In March 2024 New Gurugram residents told The Tribune the plaza was a key reason for congestion and asked for it to go. Trucks bound for Manesar or Jaipur pass it, so we allow for a queue.

  2. Dadi Sati Chowk flyover site

    In March 2026 GMDA approved plans for a six-lane flyover of about 900 metres over Dadi Sati Chowk, on the carriageway coming from IMT Manesar near Sector 84, with room left for a later underpass on Rampura Road. Once building starts, that approach will carry barricades.

  3. Vega Schools and Knowledge Tree

    Besides DPS, NoBroker's locality page names Vega Schools and Knowledge Tree World School among Sector 84's schools. Their gates give a driver a fixed point to ask for when a newly finished tower is missing from navigation apps.

  4. Sapphire 83 and Town Square 2

    The same portal lists Sapphire 83 and Town Square 2 as nearby shopping, and MET Hospital and Prime Hospital among the closest hospitals. They are the nearest places for the bits a new home needs on its first evening.

Society Towers and Township Plots in Sector 84

Vatika's page for India Next counts 2010 plots across a 550-acre township in Sectors 81 to 85, so part of Sector 84 is plotted rather than built up in towers. A house on one of these plots loads from its own frontage with no lift to reserve; what we need to know is how many storeys it has and how wide the inside staircase is.

In the group-housing towers the service lift sets the pace. Residents reviewing the sector on NoBroker describe spacious flats but routine power cuts in summer, and a goods lift that stops with the grid stalls a crew mid-load. We ask the maintenance office whether its backup supply runs the service lift before we fix the start time.

What Sector 84 Estate Offices and the Civic Body Need First

  • Property dues on the ULB portal

    Sector 84 is in the Manesar Municipal Corporation's area. Haryana's ULB property portal lets an owner find the property ID and pay dues to generate a no-dues certificate. If you are selling the home you are leaving, sort this out before moving week.

  • Ask for the written move rules

    We have not found a published shifting circular from any Sector 84 society, so we do not guess. Ask your estate office for its truck entry hours, the service lift slot and any undertaking it wants signed, and forward the reply to us.

  • Water storage on move-in day

    Some residents on NoBroker say they rely on private tankers in summer. Before a hot-weather move-in, ask the maintenance office whether the tower's tanks are full, since cleaning and plumbing in the washing machine both need running water.

When to move

When Does a Sector 84 Move Go Most Smoothly?

Early summer tests the water supply here. In July 2023 The Tribune reported that more than 40 societies in Sectors 81 to 99 had no piped water for three days after a valve near Garhi Harsaru village was broken during repairs. If your date falls in a dry spell, we confirm supply with the estate office a day ahead.

In the rains the approach roads suffer before the Expressway does. NoBroker reviewers say some lanes fill with leaking sewage even on ordinary days, so for a July or August move we keep a second date pencilled in and check the stretch to your gate that morning.

After the monsoon, which in Gurugram usually runs from July to September, the approach roads dry out and the worst heat is past. Winter mornings near the highway can be foggy, so the truck sets off once visibility has lifted, and we still aim to finish loading in daylight.

Sector 84 is close to where the two roads meet, so both are options. For Dwarka and west Delhi the Expressway is the natural choice; for other addresses we compare the two on the day.
