Sector 60 is one of the sectors, 58 to 67, that The Tribune lists along Golf Course Extension Road. Its best-known address is Ireo Skyon: Wikipedia's tallest-buildings list gives it 39 floors and a completion year of 2018. Homes in towers like this are often big, and when a family downsizes, sends a child to college or takes a posting abroad, the contents rarely go to one place.

We treat a split move as several small moves sharing one packing day. Before anything is wrapped, we walk the rooms with you and tag each item for its destination. Those tags decide how it is packed: goods for long storage are sealed and palletised, things for the new flat are packed for a quick unpack, and anything leaving Gurgaon is packed for a long road trip.

How Do We Split a Sector 60 Home Into Lots?

Clear labels and a single list keep three destinations from getting mixed up.

  1. Tag before you pack

    Coloured tags mark each piece for the new home, storage or another city. Anything you plan to sell or give away is set aside so it never reaches the truck.

  2. One list, three columns

    The inventory shows every carton and its destination. You get a copy, so you always know what is in storage and what went ahead.

  3. Storage packed for the long wait

    Lots for the warehouse are sealed and palletised. Sofas and mattresses are wrapped for months in storage, not just a day on the road.

  4. The intercity lot

    Goods for another city are loaded separately with their own paperwork and can leave with the local lot or later. Trucks often head out by the SPR, reached through the Vatika Chowk underpass.

  5. Loading order in a tall tower

    In a building as tall as Ireo Skyon, lots come down in turn, so each vehicle is filled with its own goods and nothing has to be reshuffled at the bay.

  6. A lighter new home

    Only what you chose for the new flat is unpacked there, which keeps a smaller home from filling up with cartons you do not need yet.

Which Roads and Places Fix the Route Into Sector 60?

These are the places we use to plan how a truck enters and leaves Sector 60.

  1. Golf Course Extension Road junctions

    The sector's main road is the six-kilometre stretch from Ghata to Vatika Chowk, where GMDA has studied flyovers or underpasses at five junctions, one of them near Pioneer Park. Turning points along it may change while that work is decided and built.

  2. Heritage Xperiential Learning School, Sector 62

    Wikipedia places the school, founded in 2003, in Sector 62, a short way along the same road. We keep loaded trucks away from its gate at opening and closing times, when buses and parents' cars gather.

  3. Planned metro stations at Sectors 61 and 62

    The metro extension from Sector 56 to Pachgaon, whose detailed report was ready in September 2025, lists stations at Sectors 61, 62 and 66. Building is not due to start before 2029, so for now people and goods come in by road.

  4. Vatika Chowk and the SPR

    Lots heading out of Gurgaon leave through this junction. It has flooded in heavy rain, so on wet days we check it before any vehicle sets out, since one blocked junction can push back every delivery slot.

Homes we move

Tower Flats and Low-Rise Floors: Two Kinds of Sector 60 Move

Sector 60 mixes two very different homes. Alongside the towers, Adani Realty and Brahma Group's Samsara is a low-rise community of independent three- and four-bedroom floors on Golf Course Extension Road, which the developer lists as completed.

A floor in a low-rise block is a different job from a tower flat. The truck can often stand close to the stilt, but the lift and stairwell are sized for a low-rise block, so we measure both at the survey and decide which beds, wardrobes and sofas travel whole.

More floors are on the way. Adani Realty shows Samsara Arya, a stilt-plus-four project in Sector 60 with one home on each floor, as under construction with possession expected in December 2026. Early move-ins into a block that is still being finished need a word with the builder about access and lift use.

What to Arrange With Your Sector 60 Society or Builder

  • The builder's handover desk

    In a newly handed-over block, access may still be controlled by the developer's customer team rather than a residents' body. Ask them for a move-in date, a truck pass and confirmation that the lift is running.

  • One pass per lot

    A split move brings several vehicles on different days. Tell the facility office in advance so each vehicle gets its own pass and nobody is turned away at the gate.

  • The goods out-pass

    Some societies check goods leaving against a written out-pass. Keep our lot-wise inventory with you, so the guard can tick off what is going to storage and what is going to another city.

When to move

When Should You Time a Sector 60 Move?

Plan around the rain. When the first heavy shower of the 2026 monsoon fell on 7 July, The Tribune listed Golf Course Extension Road and Vatika Chowk among the places where waterlogging caused long jams. A split move with several vehicles can lose more than one slot to a wet day, so in July and August we leave gaps between delivery dates.

For a family downsizing or leaving for a posting, the date usually follows a sale, a joining date or a college term. Fix the day the old home must be empty first, then fit the storage, new-home and intercity lots around it.
