Packers and movers · Sector 59, Golf Course Extension Road
Right now the hardest part of a Sector 59 move is the road outside, not the flat: Golf Course Extension Road is being widened. Maxx Relocation plans each job here from its Sector 110 head office, as we have no branch in the sector, and picks the hour, the vehicle and the approach before packing begins.
Area overview

Sector 59 faces Golf Course Extension Road, and its newer homes are tall. Conscient puts its Elevate project in Sector 59, designed by the practice of the architect Ricardo Bofill, and Wikipedia's high-rise list for Gurgaon records its towers at 33 floors. Flats at that height mean many service-lift runs, so we count them during the visit and agree start and finish times with the facility office.
The bigger variable is outside the gate. In May 2026 The Tribune reported that GMDA had finished the tender and mobilised a contractor to turn the road into an eight-lane corridor, with drains, footpaths and lighting, under a traffic plan for the construction phase. Diversions during work like this can close a U-turn or a cut you relied on last month.
Older problems have not gone away either. A 2024 inspection by a GMDA adviser, reported by The Tribune, found drain covers missing at many points between Vatika Chowk and Ghata village. Our crew parks clear of open drains and carries along a checked path. Going a short distance? See Sector 58 or Sector 60.
Local know-how
A corridor under construction calls for a tighter plan on the day.
On the ground in Sector 59 Golf Course Extension Road
Work zones move as the widening goes on. A day or two before the move we confirm which carriageway reaches your gate and where the lorry can turn.
If a temporary lane is narrow or a turn is tight, a smaller vehicle making two trips can be quicker than one large truck that cannot get close.
Construction traffic plus office traffic is slow going. An early start, or a midday slot if your society allows it, keeps the crew working instead of waiting.
Where slabs are missing, the crew does not stand the vehicle over the drain or carry across it. We pick a safe loading spot inside the gate where we can.
In towers of thirty floors and more, we count the loads, stage cartons by the lift door and ask the facility office to hold the service lift for the slot.
If a diversion or a closure blocks your gate on the day, we would rather agree a new date than keep the crew and your goods stuck on the road.
Finding your way
These are the points on and around Golf Course Extension Road that we check before sending a truck to a Sector 59 tower.
The northern end of the six-kilometre stretch GMDA wants to rebuild. In October 2025 Daily Jagran reported that GMDA was choosing between a flyover and an underpass here and at four other junctions; officials worried that an underpass so close to the Aravalli foothills and the Badshahpur nala could flood.
Two more of the five crossings in that plan. Before routing a loaded truck, we confirm which of them still allows a right turn or a U-turn that day.
Wikipedia's high-rise list places this 36-floor project in Sector 59 and still marks it as under construction. Where finished towers stand beside unfinished ones, the service road may be shared with site vehicles, so we ask the guards where a moving truck can stand.
Homes we move
The best-known Sector 59 addresses are new luxury towers rather than older floors or houses. In a tall building the service lift sets the pace, so we size the crew to fill the lift car on every trip down and keep a packer upstairs to have the next load ready.
Some families here are the first to live in their tower. Until an association takes over, move-ins in a newly finished building may be run by the builder's facility team, which may still be sharing the lifts with interior contractors. Ask them when the service lift is free and where a truck may stand while other flats are being fitted out.
On the ground
In a January 2020 post, Gurugram Traffic Police said heavy vehicles may not run from 8 to 10 am or 5 to 9 pm, and until 10:30 pm on Mondays and Fridays. Timings can change, so we confirm them on the traffic helpline, 1095, before fixing a start.
Ask whether any neighbouring flat has interior work booked for your date. Fit-out crews often use the same service lift, so your booking should say in writing that the lift is yours for the slot.
Many facility desks want the names of everyone entering and the truck's registration number. We send them the evening before so the guards are not checking IDs while the lift sits idle.

When to move
Summer heat is the hardest part of the year for a crew. In May 2024 The Tribune reported an India Meteorological Department forecast of 43 to 45 °C for Gurugram, with the worst days from 16 to 21 May. In May and June we start loading at first light and finish the heavy lifting before noon.
The monsoon brings the opposite problem. In August 2025 The Tribune listed Golf Course Extension among the stretches that go under water year after year, so for July and August dates we keep a fallback day in hand.
With the morning and evening truck curbs, most Sector 59 jobs load from mid-morning. That also keeps the service lift away from the hour when residents leave for work.

Pricing guidance
For Sector 59, crew time is the main driver: how many lift runs your floor needs, how close the vehicle can get, and whether the road works add waiting.

FAQ
Still have a question?
Call or WhatsApp us and talk it through with our team.
It can. Work zones and diversions change as construction moves along. We check the route to your gate shortly before the day and choose the time and vehicle to suit what is open.
No. We have no branch in Sector 59. Your move is planned and dispatched from our head office in Sector 110, and a supervisor goes with the crew.
It depends on the floor, the lift size and how long the society gives you the lift. We count the lift loads during our visit and tell you whether packing and loading fit in one day or need two.
Yes, Conscient lists Elevate in Sector 59. Ask its facility office about move hours, lift booking and gate passes, and share them with us so we can plan the crew.
We try not to. With the road under construction, a vehicle standing on the carriageway is in the way and at risk. We ask the guards for space inside the gate or on a quieter sector road.
