South City 2 is a licensed plotted colony that Unitech built with Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure. A public notice from Unitech's government-appointed board places it, together with the neighbouring Nirvana Country, across Sectors 47, 49 and 50. The same notice says both colonies were handed to the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram in 2020 and have been looked after by the MCG and their resident associations since September that year.

Addresses here run by block letter. The D-Block shopping plaza is on the Sector 49 side, Park Hospital sits in Q Block on the Sohna Road edge, and DPS International gives its address as Block W, on the Sector 50 side. Because one colony name covers three sectors, a driver told only "South City 2" can lose half an hour at the wrong end. We ask for the block, the plot number and the nearest landmark when you book.

Most homes are builder floors or houses. In many buildings the first and second floors belong to different owners, so two households share one staircase and one frontage. We plan the carry for your floor and keep the stairwell clear for your neighbours. Getting a South City 2 Move Right

  1. Block letter first

    Give us the block, plot and floor, plus a landmark such as the D-Block plaza or Park Hospital. The truck then heads for the right gate of the colony, not just the right road.

  2. One building, two households

    When the floor above or below belongs to another family, we tell them the date through you, keep the shared stairs passable and avoid blocking their car in.

  3. Carrying up and down the stairs

    Builder floors often have narrow stairs and tight landings. Beds, wardrobes and sofas are taken apart where needed, and the crew is sized for the number of flights.

    Loading usually happens from the lane outside the plot. An early start, before cars fill the kerb, gives the truck room to park close to the door.
