What personal data Maxx Relocation collects through this website and when you call, email or message us, what we do with it, and your rights under Indian law.

In short
- We collect what you give us: your name, mobile number and move details from the quote form, and whatever you tell us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- We use them to call you back, prepare your quote and carry out your move. We do not sell them.
- Your enquiry is emailed to our business inbox and saved in a private file on our web server. The website sends nothing to you automatically.
- If we prepare a quotation for you, we keep it with your details in a private database on our web server and send it to you by email or WhatsApp, with a private link to view it.
- Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. Our own code sets none, and the spam check on the form uses none.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
On this page(15 sections)
1. Who we are
This website, maxxrelocation.com, is run by Maxx Relocation, a packers and movers business with its office at E-94, Gali No. 1A, New Palam Vihar Phase 2, near Dwarka Expressway, Sector 110, Gurgaon, Haryana 122017. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Maxx Relocation.
This policy is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Under the 2023 Act, we are the "Data Fiduciary" for the details you give us, and you are the "Data Principal".
2. What we collect
When you send the quote form
The quote form on our pages asks for:
- whether the move is within India or international;
- where you are moving from and to (a city or area, or a city and country);
- what you are moving, picked from a list such as home shifting or car and bike transport;
- your preferred date, if you want to give one;
- your name;
- your mobile number.
The form also sends the address of the page you sent it from, and the time the page was opened, which helps us spot automated spam. It does not ask for your email address, your home address, ID documents or payment details.
When you call, email or WhatsApp us
We receive whatever you choose to tell us or send us, for example your email address, both addresses with the floor and lift access, a list of your goods, and photos of large or delicate items.
When we prepare a quotation for you
We type your details into our quotation system ourselves, from what you told us: your name, phone number and email address (if you gave one), the addresses or areas you are moving from and to, the moving date and type of move, and the items, prices and taxes of the quotation. See Your quotation.
When you book a move
To plan and carry out a move we need your name, phone number, the pickup and delivery addresses and the list of goods. Some services need more:
- Car and bike transport: details of the vehicle, and photocopies of its registration certificate and insurance, which travel with it.
- Moves abroad: the documents the destination country asks for, which usually include passport and visa details and a packing list.
- Business goods: invoice and e-way bill details where the law requires them, and the company name and GSTIN for our invoice.
Collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our host, Hostinger, records each request to the site: the IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the browser and device type, and the page that linked to us. These logs are used for security and to fix faults.
- Google Analytics. Explained under Cookies and similar technologies.
- Spam protection. When the form is used, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address together with the times of recent requests, only to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your name or number.
We do not ask for passwords, card numbers, health information or biometric data. If you pay us by bank transfer or UPI, your bank or UPI app handles the payment, and we see what appears on our own bank statement, such as the payer's name, the UPI ID or account reference, and the amount.
3. How we use your details
- To call you back about your enquiry. As the form says, we use your number only to contact you about your move.
- To prepare your quotation, which can include looking at your photos or visiting to see the goods.
- To send you your quotation by email or WhatsApp, and to keep a record of when and how we sent it.
- To plan and carry out the move you book: packing, transport, delivery, vehicle transport or storage.
- To issue invoices and keep the accounts and tax records the law requires.
- To answer questions, complaints or claims about a move.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam.
- To understand, in overall numbers, how visitors use the website, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your consent
When you send the form, or call, email or message us about a move, you give us your details for that purpose. The law allows us to use personal data you give us voluntarily for the purpose you gave it, and we use your details only for the purposes listed above.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling or emailing us. We will then stop using your details, except where the law requires us to keep them, for example on invoices. Withdrawing does not undo what was done before, and if you withdraw while a quote or move is in progress, we may not be able to complete it.
5. What happens when you send the form
- Your browser runs a quick automatic spam check (explained under Cookies and similar technologies).
- Our server checks the details and emails them to our business inbox, maxxrelocation@gmail.com. This inbox is a Gmail account, so Google stores the email as our email provider.
- The server also saves a copy in a file in a private folder of our web hosting account, outside the public website, so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails. This file cannot be opened from the internet.
- Someone from our office calls you back on the number you gave, in working hours.
The website does not send you an automatic email or text message.
6. Your quotation
- Your quotation and the details in it are stored in a private database in our web hosting account, outside the public website. Only our office can open it, after logging in with a password.
- We send the quotation to you by email, with a PDF copy attached, from our website's email address, and a copy goes to our business inbox, maxxrelocation@gmail.com. We may also send you a link to it on WhatsApp.
- The link is a long, random, private address. Anyone who has it can open the quotation and download the PDF, so please share it only with people you trust. The page is hidden from search engines, and it loads no Google Analytics and sets no cookies.
- We keep a note of when and how we sent the quotation (email or WhatsApp) and the email address or number we sent it to.
- If you ask us to delete your quotation, we delete it and its link stops working.
7. Who can see your details
Your details are seen by the people at Maxx Relocation who handle enquiries and moves. We share them outside the business only in these cases:
- Companies that run our systems. Hostinger hosts the website and our quotation database, sends the website's emails and keeps the server logs. Google provides our email inbox (Gmail) and Google Analytics.
- Others who carry out part of your move. If a transporter, car carrier, storage provider or agent at the destination handles part of your move, we give them only what they need for that job, such as your name, phone number and the delivery address.
- Authorities, when the law requires it. For example tax and GST authorities, officials checking goods or papers in transit, customs for moves abroad, or a court or the police acting under the law.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, or we send you your quotation link there, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.
Google and Meta may store and process data on servers outside India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows this, except to countries the Government of India restricts.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our own code sets no cookies on your device and stores nothing in your browser's local or session storage. (The only cookie it sets is a login cookie on our own quotation system's pages, which only our office uses.) Our fonts, pictures and video are served from our own website, not from font or video services.
Google Analytics
Every page of the public website loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RB7H83HZ6Z), which shows us how many people visit and which pages they use. It sets two cookies on this website's domain, _ga and _ga_RB7H83HZ6Z, which last up to two years. Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser, the site that sent you, and your approximate location, worked out from your IP address.
The private pages that show your quotation do not load Google Analytics.
We also send Google Analytics three kinds of events: that a quote form was sent (with the form's name and the move type you picked, but not your name or number), and taps on our phone and WhatsApp buttons.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works fully without them. Google explains its use of this data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The spam check on the quote form
When you start filling in the quote form, your browser quietly solves a small computing puzzle. This check, called Cap, runs on our own server: it uses no cookies, shows you no puzzle to click and sends nothing to another company. Our server keeps the puzzle and a one-time pass (random codes, not personal data) for a short time and then deletes them.
The map on our contact page
The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps. It loads only when you press "Show map", and after that Google may set its own cookies. The "Get directions" button opens Google Maps.
9. How long we keep your details
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records, for example invoices and accounts for a move you booked. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see Your rights).
Server logs are kept by Hostinger, and Google Analytics data by Google, for the periods their own settings and policies allow.
10. How we protect your details
- The whole website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so the form travels encrypted.
- The form accepts submissions only from our own website, and the spam check and a limit on repeated sends keep out automated abuse.
- Saved enquiries sit in a private folder outside the public website, which cannot be opened from the internet.
- Quotations are kept in a private database outside the public website. Our quotation system can only be opened with our password, and it limits repeated wrong passwords.
No website or email system can be made completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
11. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what we hold: a summary of the personal data we have about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with;
- have it corrected or updated if it is wrong or incomplete;
- have it deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent (see Your consent);
- nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act;
- complain to us, and, if you are not satisfied with our answer, to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, call +91-9599701278 or email maxxrelocation@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". So that we never give your details to someone else, we may ask you to confirm who you are, for example by calling you back on the number you gave us. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows.
12. Children
Our services are meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
13. Other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, government websites and the reference sources listed on our city pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
14. Questions and complaints
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, contact our office:
- Email: maxxrelocation@gmail.com, with the subject "Privacy request"
- Phone: +91-9599701278 or +91-9729971204 (Mon–Sat, 8 am–9 pm · Sunday closed)
- Post: Maxx Relocation, E-94, Gali No. 1A, New Palam Vihar Phase 2, near Dwarka Expressway, Sector 110, Gurgaon, Haryana 122017
We will look into your complaint and reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
