- Tell us everything that is moving, arrange access at both buildings, and keep valuables and dangerous items out of the load.
- Check your goods at delivery and tell us about any damage straight away.

1. About these terms
These terms are between you and Maxx Relocation, a packers and movers business with its office at E-94, Gali No. 1A, New Palam Vihar Phase 2, near Dwarka Expressway, Sector 110, Gurgaon, Haryana 122017 ("we", "us"). They apply when you use this website and when you book any of our services: household shifting, office relocation, car and bike transport, international moving, warehousing and storage, packing and loading, and goods transport.
Your written quotation comes first. Every move is different, so the details of yours are set out in the written quotation we send you. If the quotation says something different from these terms, the quotation applies.
2. Using this website
- The information on this website is general. It is not a quotation or an offer for your move; see our Disclaimer.
- When you send the quote form, give true details and your own phone number, or one you have permission to share.
- Do not send spam through the form, try to get around its spam check, or try to disrupt or break into the website.
- How we handle the details you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Quotes and the survey
Asking for a quote is free, and it does not commit you to booking with us.
To price your move we need to know what is moving, both addresses with the floor and lift access at each end, and your date. We may ask for photos, or visit to see the goods (a survey). The quotation is based on what you tell us and what we see.
If the goods, the addresses, the access or the date turn out to be different from what the quotation is based on, the price may change. We will tell you before we do the extra work.
4. Booking and payment
When you accept our written quotation, we book the crew and vehicle and confirm the packing day with you. Your quotation states whether an advance payment is needed, how much, and when the balance is due.
You can pay by bank transfer or UPI, using the details on our contact page. Please confirm the payment details with our office by phone before you pay, and keep the payment screenshot until the move is complete.
Cancelling, changing your date and refunds are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. What your move includes
Your quotation lists the services included in your move. Depending on what you book, they can include:
- packing materials matched to each item, from cartons and wrapping to drums, pallets or wooden crating for fragile pieces;
- wrapping furniture, and numbering and labelling every carton;
- loading and unloading by trained crews, in a vehicle sized for your goods;
- transport to the new address;
- unpacking, and placing furniture in the rooms you choose.
Extras such as car or bike transport, storage between the two homes, and dismantling and reassembling furniture are included only when your quotation lists them.
6. Your responsibilities
Tell us everything that is moving
Give us a complete list of what is moving, and point out anything large, heavy, fragile or valuable, such as a glass tabletop, a large TV, a piano or gym equipment. Items we were not told about may need more crew, space or packing, and can change the price.
Arrange access and permissions
Tell us the floor, and whether there is a lift, at each address. Arrange any permission your housing society, building or office needs, such as a service-lift booking, a permission letter or gate pass for the movers, parking for the vehicle, and the hours when goods vehicles may enter.
Be there, or send someone
Be present at packing, loading and delivery, or name a person to act for you and give us their name and phone number. That person checks the goods and signs for them on your behalf.
Items we cannot carry
Do not pack, or ask us to carry:
- anything that can catch fire or explode, such as petrol, diesel, kerosene, gas cylinders, fireworks and explosives;
- firearms and ammunition;
- alcoholic beverages, liquid items and pornographic material;
- anything illegal, or banned where it is going;
- food and other perishable items.
If a business consignment includes chemicals, fuels or anything else hazardous, tell us before booking so we can say whether we can take it. We may refuse to pack or carry any item on this list.
Keep valuables with you
Carry cash, jewellery and important documents, such as passports, certificates, and property and bank papers, yourself. Do not pack them with the goods.
Devices and paperwork
Back up computers and phones before packing day. Keep ready any papers your goods need on the road, such as invoices and e-way bills for business goods, or the documents the destination country asks for on a move abroad. We tell you what your route needs when we quote.
7. Delays outside our control
We plan your move around the dates agreed in your quotation. Travel times on our website are estimates; the expected delivery window for your route is given with your quotation.
Some things are outside our control: severe weather and floods, road closures and accidents, strikes, traffic restrictions, checks by officials, government orders, fire and epidemics. If one of these delays or stops your move, we will tell you as soon as we can and agree a new time with you. We are not responsible for delays caused by such events.
8. Checking your goods and reporting damage
At delivery, check your goods against the numbered list before you sign. Write any visible damage or missing item on the delivery list before you sign it.
Tell us about any damage or loss as soon as you can: call +91-9599701278 and confirm it in writing by email or WhatsApp, with photos. The time limit for reporting damage is stated in your written quotation.
The extent of our responsibility for loss or damage, and whether transit insurance is included and on what terms, are also set out in your quotation. If insurance is not included, ask us about it before the move.
9. Car and bike transport
- We note the condition of your vehicle with you before loading, and you keep a copy of the notes. At delivery, check the vehicle against those notes before you sign.
- Before pickup, take dated photos of each side, the roof and the odometer.
- Empty the cabin and boot. The vehicle travels as a vehicle, not as a carton: loose items can slide around and are hard to account for at delivery, so please do not leave any inside.
- Keep the fuel low. There is no need to fill the tank, and we tell you the level the loading crew needs.
- Put photocopies of the registration certificate and insurance in the glovebox, and keep the originals yourself. Document rules for vehicles crossing state borders can change, so we confirm what your route needs when we quote.
- Hand over one key and keep the spare. Tell us about any alarm or immobiliser.
- Fold the mirrors, take off roof carriers and loose fittings, and tell us about anything fitted that should stay with the vehicle.
10. Warehousing and storage
- Your goods are kept on their own pallets in a marked bay, never mixed with other customers' goods. Each carton is numbered and listed when it comes in.
- We confirm where your goods will be stored when we give you the quotation. You can visit and inspect them; call ahead so your pallets can be brought out.
- The storage period and charges are set out in your quotation. If your plans change, ask us about extending.
- We can deliver all your stored goods, or only the cartons you ask for.
- Storage does not accept alcoholic beverages, firearms, ammunition, jewellery, cash, liquid items or pornographic material. Keep food out as well, because it attracts pests over time.
11. Prices and GST invoices
The price of your move is the one in your written quotation, subject to Quotes and the survey above.
We are registered for GST and issue GST invoices. Our GSTIN is printed at the foot of every page of this website. If a company is paying for your move, give us its name and GSTIN before the move so the invoice can be made out to it.
12. Website content and ownership
The text, design, logo, photographs and illustrations on this website belong to Maxx Relocation or are used with permission. You may view, print and share our pages for your own use. Do not copy them for commercial use, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
Some pictures on this website are AI-generated illustrations; see the Disclaimer. Names and trade marks of other companies mentioned on this website belong to their owners.
13. Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, government websites and reference sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, or for how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms on this page when you accept your quotation are the ones that apply to your move.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first by phone or email, so we can try to put it right.
