Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer for your move. What we will do, and for what price, is set out in the written quotation we send you. Please check anything important with us before you rely on it.

2. Distances, travel times and costs are estimates

Road distances and travel times on our city and area pages are approximate. They are based on the usual routes and do not allow for traffic, weather, road works, checks on the way or the date of your move. The expected delivery window for your route is given with your quotation.

We do not publish a rate card. Where our pages describe what affects the cost of a move, that is general guidance; only a written quotation gives you a price.

3. Pictures and illustrations

Pictures on this website are either photos from our own jobs or illustrations made with AI image tools. The illustrations include the pictures on our service cards and many of the larger pictures beside our text. Where an illustration has a caption, the caption begins with "Illustration".

Illustrations show the kind of work we do. They are not photos of real jobs, and the people, vehicles, homes and goods in them are not our crews, our fleet or our customers.

The photos in our gallery and in the "Our work" section of our home page are from our own jobs.

4. Local rules and paperwork

Where our pages mention housing society rules, parking, lift bookings, e-way bills, vehicle papers or customs documents, that is general information. Rules differ between buildings, states and countries, and they change. Check them with your building management or the authority concerned. For your own move, we tell you what your route needs when we quote.

5. Guides and articles

Our blog articles and guides are general information, written to help people plan a move. They may not fit your situation, and they can go out of date after the date shown on them.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, customs, immigration or insurance advice. For advice on your own situation, speak to a qualified professional.

7. Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, government websites and the reference sources listed on our city pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or whether they are available. A link is not an endorsement.
