Packers and movers · Sector 69, Southern Peripheral Road
Sector 69 has several Tulip societies with similar names side by side, close to the Southern Peripheral Road. Maxx Relocation, which has no branch here, runs each move from its Sector 110 head office: we pin down the exact society, tower and gate first, then plan the day around the SPR and its monsoon floods.
Area overview

Tulip Group's own project list places Tulip Violet, Tulip Lemon, Tulip Leaf, Tulip Purple and Tulip White in Sector 69, with the first phase of Tulip Yellow handed over and Tulip Violet Extension newly launched. The builder describes Tulip Violet as a short distance from the SPR and Sohna Road. With so many names alike, a driver can easily turn in at the wrong gate, so the exact society, tower and entry point go on our job sheet.
The Southern Peripheral Road is the main way in. The Tribune describes it as a 16-km corridor from the Gurgaon–Faridabad road to NH-48, serving Sector 69 and the sectors beyond. It floods in heavy rain: in July 2024 waterlogging on the SPR turned twenty-minute trips into hour-long ones at office time, and officials blamed poor drainage.
We have no branch in Sector 69. The survey, crew and vehicle come from our head office in Sector 110. Looking further ahead, the metro extension plan to Pachgaon lists a Sector 69 station, with construction due to start in 2029. Next door, see Sector 70 and Sector 68.
Local know-how
Neighbouring societies and a flood-prone main road make a few checks worth doing early.
On the ground in Sector 69 Sohna Road & Manesar
Give us the society name, the tower and the gate trucks use. With several Tulip societies close together, this saves the driver a wrong turn and a long loop back.
Shifting from one Sector 69 society to another is a very short drive, so the day is mostly packing, lifts and unpacking. Both offices need to approve the timing.
In the monsoon we look at the forecast a day or two out. If heavy rain is due, moving the date beats sending a loaded truck onto a flooded SPR.
On wet days, mattresses, sofas and cartons are wrapped in plastic, and the truck is loaded under cover where the society has a porch or basement ramp.
Ask each society for its move hours, lift booking and truck pass. Older towers and a newly built extension can follow quite different rules.
The lorry stands within the compound or on an internal lane while we load. Stopping on the fast SPR carriageway would block through traffic and put the crew at risk.
Finding your way
Sector 69's societies sit off the SPR, near where it meets Sohna Road. These are the reference points for any route in.
The Tribune reported in September 2023 that work had begun on a 5.2-km concrete box drain along Sectors 69, 70, 75 and 75A, running from Vatika Chowk towards NH-8 to take rainwater from Sectors 68 to 80. Drain work beside a road can narrow the lane in front of a society gate.
A 2-km master road between Sectors 68 and 69, reported in April 2026 as close to tender, is meant to give this side a way to Sohna Road that avoids the SPR. Ask your society which gate will use it once it opens.
An underpass at Vatika Chowk, opened in November 2023, lets traffic between the SPR and the Extension Road pass under the junction. It is the usual way for trucks from the Golf Course side.
Tulip Group now offers towers A9 and A10 of Tulip Violet Extension, in a project it puts at about 33 acres. Construction vehicles for the new towers share the sector roads with moving trucks.
Homes we move
The Tulip societies are not alike inside. The builder describes Tulip Lemon as its first affordable housing, with one- and two-bedroom flats, while Tulip Violet has twenty-five towers of three- and four-bedroom flats and penthouses. A one-bedroom move from Lemon is often a small-van job; a Violet penthouse can need a full truck and a day's crew.
Tulip Leaf is a single tower of 20 storeys, so every family in it shares the same lifts. In a one-tower building, book the service lift early and avoid the hours when residents leave for work and return in the evening.
On the ground
If you rent, ask your landlord to complete tenant verification with Gurugram Police, which lists it as a citizen service. An estate office may ask to see it.
Some societies take a refundable deposit for service-lift use. Get the refund terms in writing and photograph the lift walls before and after, so the deposit is returned without argument.
Before you hand back keys, note and photograph the electricity, backup and water readings with the owner or estate office, so the final bill matches the day you left.

When to move
The SPR is the date-setter. In August 2025 The Tribune named the SPR–Wazirabad stretch among Gurugram's spots that flood year after year. The L4 drain was due by October 2024, but we have not seen a report that it has solved flooding here, so July and August moves keep a fallback day.
Leases in Gurgaon often end with the month, and lift slots in big societies run short then. If your lease ends on the 30th, try to move a few days earlier, when the estate office has more slots free.

For Sector 69, the crew hours at each gate, the season and any wait for the weather matter more to your quote than the short distance.

Tulip Group lists Tulip Violet, Tulip Lemon, Tulip Leaf, Tulip Purple, Tulip White and Tulip Yellow in Sector 69, plus the newly launched Tulip Violet Extension. Tell us which one you are in, and the tower, when you book.
No. We have no branch in Sector 69. Every move here is planned and run from our head office in Sector 110, which sends the surveyor, the crew and the vehicle.
It has. The Tribune reported heavy waterlogging on the SPR in July 2024 that slowed traffic badly at office hours. In the rainy months we watch the forecast and agree a new date with you if a heavy spell is due.
Yes. It is a short drive, so most of the work is packing, lift time and unpacking. Get both society offices to agree the date and hours, and we plan one crew for both ends.
Not yet. A planned extension from Sector 55–56 towards Pachgaon lists a Sector 69 station, with construction due to begin in 2029. For now, your goods come in by road along the SPR or Sohna Road. See our Sohna Road page for more.
