House shifting within or near Sector 69 is priced on the owner's indicative October 2026 figures for Gurgaon moves, in which a Tulip Lemon one-bedroom starts the scale at Rs 4,500 and a three-bedroom flat in Tulip White or Yellow can reach Rs 15,000, while four-bedroom flats and penthouses are quoted after a survey. Because most moves here are short hops between Tulip societies off the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), the figure is set far more by crew hours at the two gates and lifts than by kilometres.
Gate names, the main road and society paperwork are what we deal with as packers and movers in Sector 69 Gurgaon. This post is about the bill and the working day: which band fits your home, where the hours go in each kind of tower, and which road plans and rules can change access in the months ahead.
What does house shifting in Sector 69 cost?
The owner's figures below appear on our Gurgaon packers and movers page, and the Delhi column on our Delhi page:
| Home size (October 2026 figures) | Staying in Gurgaon | Going on to Delhi |
|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK, for example in Tulip Lemon | Rs 4,500 to 7,000 | Rs 7,000 to 8,000 |
| 2 BHK flat | Rs 8,000 to 12,500 | Rs 10,000 to 13,500 |
| 3 BHK, for example in Tulip White | Rs 12,000 to 15,000 | Rs 14,000 to 16,500 |
| 4 BHK in Tulip Purple, or a penthouse | Priced after a survey | Priced after a survey |
The bottom row matters in this sector. Tulip Purple's seven towers hold four-bedroom flats, and Tulip Violet adds four-bedroom homes and penthouses, so many Sector 69 homes sit above the bands. We count rooms, heavy pieces and floors on the survey for those, and put the price in writing. Our car transport service carries a car within 50 km for Rs 9,000 to 11,500, and a bike for Rs 3,000 to 7,000.
Society charges are a separate matter. A move-in or move-out fee, a refundable lift deposit or a vehicle entry charge is set by the society, not by us, and NoBrokerHood's Gurgaon guide notes there is no fixed city-wide rate. Ask both estate offices for theirs in writing.
Why do crew hours count more than distance here?
Because the drive is the shortest part of the day. A move from one Tulip society to the next may be only a few minutes on the road, yet both ends need the same packing, lift time and carrying as a move across the city. Sector 69 has no Maxx branch, so each morning the crew and truck drive over from the head office in Sector 110, and the start time allows for it.
On a typical Sector 69 move the hours go here:
- Packing at the old flat. Larger flats take longer, mostly because of wardrobes, a crockery unit and the kitchen.
- Tower to truck. Each lift trip, plus the walk from the lift lobby to where the truck may stand.
- The second gate. Entry checks, a fresh lift booking and the walk at the new tower.
- Unloading and setting up. Beds and wardrobes put back together, cartons placed by room.
Steps 2 and 3 are where a short move can quietly become a long one. A shared lift held for only part of the slot, or a truck kept at a far gate, adds minutes to every trip.
Which Sector 69 homes use the most crew time?
The Tulip societies were built for very different households, and that shows on moving day. Facts below are from Tulip's own pages:
| Society | What Tulip lists | What usually takes the time | Ask the estate office |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tulip Lemon | Its first affordable project: six towers of 2 BHK flats and one of 1 BHK, about 754 homes | Lift queues, with many households per tower; loads themselves are small | Which lift carries goods, and at what hours |
| Tulip White | Nine towers, A-1 to A-9, of 3 BHK flats, on a 24 m road | Packing a family-size flat | Where the truck stands for your tower |
| Tulip Purple | Seven towers, B-1 to B-7, of 4 BHK flats; a ramp near the entrance leads to the basement | Volume: four bedrooms of furniture, which can need a second day of packing | Whether goods may be loaded from the basement |
| Tulip Leaf | One tower of 20 storeys (project list) | Every resident shares the same lifts | A lift slot outside office rush hours |
| Tulip Violet | 25 towers holding three- and four-bedroom flats plus penthouses (project list) | Penthouses and large flats on upper floors | Lift size for long sofas and beds |
| Tulip Yellow | 3 BHK flats; cars go straight to the basement, with no vehicles at ground level | The walk from wherever a goods vehicle is allowed to stop | The goods vehicle's parking point and lift |
Two practical points come out of the table. In Lemon, the furniture fits a small truck, but a crowded lift can make a one-bedroom move last as long as a bigger one, so a mid-morning slot on a weekday helps. In Purple and Violet, the furniture is the job: plan to pack the rooms you use least a day ahead, and we can load early on the second day.
Will the SPR road works change access?
Not yet, but two plans matter if you are moving next year or later.
- The elevated SPR. Construction World reported on 8 October 2026 that GMDA had invited bids for the first phase of an elevated corridor, a 4.23 km stretch joining Vatika Chowk with NH-48 at the Dwarka Expressway cloverleaf, at an estimated Rs 7.76 billion. Bids were due by 18 November, the work has 30 months after award, and the design includes an access route towards Tulip Chowk. Sector 69 is among the sectors whose junctions it is meant to ease. When building starts, expect diversions, and ask us about them at the survey.
- The Sector 68 and 69 link. Swarajya reported on 21 April 2026, citing The Times of India, that GMDA had floated a Rs 25.3 crore tender to finish a 900 m missing stretch of the road dividing the two sectors. Once open, it should give a way to Sohna Road that skips the SPR. Check its status before your date; we found no opening report by 24 October 2026.
Until either opens, trucks reach Sector 69 by the SPR or Sohna Road as before. For rain-season planning on those roads, see our Sector 69 monsoon guide.
Moving next door or on to Delhi: what changes at the far end?
The far end decides the plan as much as Sector 69 does:
| Destination | What changes |
|---|---|
| Another Sector 69 society | Two estate offices to agree a date and lift times; one crew does both ends |
| Sector 70 | Tulip Orange towers and Tulip Ivory villas load differently; see our Sector 70 costs post |
| Sector 68 | A different society's rules and gate; ask about its lift booking early |
| Sohna Road colonies | Lanes may suit a smaller vehicle; we check at the survey |
| Delhi | Gurgaon-to-Delhi bands apply, and the truck must pass Delhi's entry rules |
For Delhi, the dates are close. In WION's report of 30 September 2026, the grace period that BS-IV goods vehicles from other states were given ends on 31 October 2026. The winter plan of 28 September, as The Hindu described it, stops non-BS-VI vehicles from outside Delhi entering between 1 November 2026 and the end of January 2027. GRAP Stage I has been in force since 21 October, The Statesman reported. On 24 October 2026 we found no extension to the BS-IV date, so check it again a few days before you move. For border routes and documents, read our Delhi and Gurgaon moving guide.
How can the bill stay near the bottom of its band?
- To do: Reserve the service lift at both societies for the whole slot, avoiding the morning and evening rush
- To do: Find out from both estate offices where our truck is allowed to park while loading
- To do: Pack the guest room, store and books in the days before
- To do: Mark what stays behind, such as fitted wardrobes or kitchen units
- To do: Measure the biggest sofa or bed against the lift door at the new tower
- To do: Tell us the exact society, tower and flat at both ends, since several Tulip names are alike
Our working week is six days, 8 am to 9 pm, with Sunday off, so a two-day Purple or Violet move takes one working day to pack and the following one to load. If the new flat is not ready, warehouse storage is priced on its own. To book a survey, send both addresses on our contact page.
All of this is general information: the rupee figures are the owner's indicative October 2026 ranges, and the housing and road details come from the dated sources listed. Society rules, road works and Delhi's vehicle rules change, so confirm them close to your move.
