Udyog Vihar is an industrial estate developed by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). Phase I dates from 1976, and Phases II to V followed between 1979 and the mid-1980s, with later additions. HSIIDC lists information technology and IT-enabled services, garments and auto parts as the estate's main products, and names TCS, American Express and Airtel among its units (HSIIDC). The estate sits on NH-48 near the Delhi border, across the highway from DLF Cyber City.
That mix gives us two kinds of commercial job. One is an office: a back-office team, a support centre or a head office changing floors, changing plots or leaving for a tower elsewhere. The other is a working unit, such as a garment exporter or a small workshop, where stock, samples, cutting tables and ledgers have to move without an order going astray. Both start with a walk-through, because two plots on the same road can hold very different buildings.
Some buildings here are older industrial blocks with wide shutters at ground level and stairs to the upper floors. Others are newer office blocks with a goods lift. We note which one you have before we pick the crew and the vehicle. Office work runs through our office relocation service, and stock, samples or archives you are not using yet can wait in our warehouse.
