Sector 112 takes in land around Bajghera, an old village that Wikipedia places beside the expressway and the banks of the Sahibi River, better known as the Najafgarh Drain. HSVP acquired more than 800 acres in and around the village for new sectors, and the planned South Dwarka corridor folds Bajghera into Sectors 112 to 115. To the north the village borders Dwarka and Bharthal in Delhi, so for many households here the city line is close at hand.

The best-known address is Experion's Windchants, which the developer lists as ready to move, with seven towers, duplex villaments and a residential skywalk on level seven. Beside it Experion is building Windchants Nova, a single tower with two apartments to a floor, registered with HARERA in October 2024 and shown as under construction. When one tower is lived in and the next is still a building site, trucks and site vehicles can share the same approach, so the hour you load matters.

Then comes the road itself. The expressway is built as an elevated carriageway through Sectors 109 to 113, with service lanes running beneath it. A January 2026 report in Swarajya counted the 109–112 sector road among those still cut off from it, so the short stretch from the main road to your society gate needs as much thought as the main drive. Planning a Move in Sector 112

  1. Duplexes and big flats

    A duplex has its own internal staircase, so heavy pieces from the upper level are carried down inside the home before they reach the lift. We plan extra hands for it.

  2. Loading beside a site

    Where a neighbouring tower is under construction, we aim for an hour when the shared approach is quieter and the gate is free for a truck.

  3. Into or out of Delhi

    Dwarka and Bharthal lie just across the boundary. For a Delhi leg we plan the hours on that side as well as the Gurgaon end.

  4. The last stretch to the gate

    The expressway is elevated, and some sector roads here are not yet linked to it. We map the service-lane exit and the turn into your society in advance.

Finding your way

Which Junctions Matter for a Sector 112 Move?

Sector 112 sits on the state line, so several of its reference points lie on the Delhi side.

  1. Bajghera underpass

    This underpass takes traffic beneath the expressway close to the sector. It has been shut by floodwater in the monsoon (dates below), so it is the first thing we check when rain is forecast for moving day.

  2. Yashobhoomi, Dwarka Sector 25

    The convention and expo centre is the largest landmark across the boundary. Its Airport Express station opened on 17 September 2023, PIB recorded, extending the line from Dwarka Sector 21, and it is the simplest point to give a driver coming from Delhi.

  3. Shiv Murti interchange

    At the Delhi end the expressway reaches Shiv Murti, where The Week described a complex interchange opened in August 2025. It gives a Sector 112 load a way to the airport side and South Delhi without first driving down into Gurgaon.

  4. Palam Vihar and Mullahera

    Wikipedia names these two as Bajghera's neighbours on the Haryana side and puts the village about 9 km from the city centre. A move to older Gurugram can run through Palam Vihar.

Duplex Villaments and New Towers in Sector 112

Experion describes Windchants as 563 homes on more than 23 acres, and its largest units are five- and six-bedroom duplex villaments of roughly 315 to 355 square metres. A home that size can hold several bedroom suites, a formal dining set and a lot of art and decor, so packing may take a full day before the truck is loaded.

The developer also lists provision for private elevators. If your unit has one, ask the maintenance office whether it may carry goods and what size its car is; when it is small or off limits, the bulky pieces travel by the service lift instead and the crew plans for the longer walk.

What to Arrange Before a Sector 112 Moving Day

  • Where the truck may stand

    Ask the facility team whether a truck is allowed at the tower drop-off, on the podium or only at a set bay, and whether any ramp has a height limit. A large truck that cannot reach the tower means a longer carry, and we plan the crew for it.

  • A room-by-room list

    For homes with many high-value pieces, we make a room-wise list of furniture, art and fragile items at packing and check it again at unloading, so both ends of the move can be compared.

  • Which lift, which entrance

    Get the name of the service lift and the entrance assigned to movers in writing. In a seven-tower estate, the crew should know before arrival which core leads to your flat.

When to move

When Should You Avoid Moving in Sector 112?

The monsoon is the hardest season. Photos published by IANS show the Bajghera underpass closed after heavy rain on 28 July 2026 and again on 7 August 2026, with vehicles wading through the roads nearby. A move booked for late July or August should keep a spare day.

Winter brings a different limit for loads crossing into Delhi. When air quality turned severe in January 2026, Stage IV of GRAP stopped BS-IV trucks from entering Delhi unless they carried essential goods, The Tribune reported, while BS-VI diesel, CNG, LNG and electric trucks could still go in. For a cross-border move between November and January, we confirm which vehicle can make the trip before fixing the date.

Yes. Bajghera borders Dwarka, so it is a short trip across the state line. Share both addresses and the floor at each end, and we will plan the timing for both sides. Our Dwarka page has more on the Delhi end.

Ask the maintenance office for its move rules: usually a gate pass, a service-lift booking and the hours when a truck may enter. We have not seen a published circular, so check with them directly and pass the details to us.

Yes. Tell us which items are on the upper level and how wide the internal stairs are. Big pieces may need to be dismantled before they come down, and we refit them at the new home.

It can. The Tribune reported in May 2026 that roads in Sectors 99 to 115 suffer severe waterlogging in the monsoon. In the rainy months we wrap goods against water and keep a flexible start time if heavy rain is forecast.

It depends on where your society sits. The expressway runs above the sector with service lanes beneath, and some sector roads are not yet joined to it, so we fix the exit and the approach before the day.
