Packers and movers · New Gurgaon, NH-48
New Gurgaon usually means the newer sectors in the 80s and 90s, beyond the Kherki Daula toll on NH-48. Maxx Relocation plans the drive out from the old city, checks roads that are still being built, and times your move-in to when the tower is ready.
Area overview

"New Gurgaon" is a loose label, but it most often means the sectors past the Kherki Daula toll plaza on NH-48, on the Jaipur side of the city. In 2021 The Tribune described families "living primarily in New Gurugram's Sectors 82-95" paying that toll every time they drove into the city. Some people stretch the name to cover the 70s and the Dwarka Expressway sectors too. Most homes are in group-housing towers, with more still being built.
The sectors came before their roads. In May 2026 The Tribune reported that GMDA planned to rebuild about 50 km of roads in Sectors 81 to 115, described as having potholes, damaged carriageways, dust and severe waterlogging in the monsoon, with the work gathering pace after the rains. Sewer lines were also being laid on some sector roads. Expect diversions, and dug-up stretches near newer towers.
Most moves here are into flats that are new, or new to the family. The truck may come from an older part of the city along NH-48 and through the toll, from Delhi down the Dwarka Expressway, or from Manesar nearby. We check the approach to your tower in the week before, and confirm the lift and gate with the facility team. For the rest of the city, see packers and movers in Gurgaon.

On the ground in New Gurgaon New Gurgaon & Dwarka Expressway
From central Gurgaon, the truck crosses the Kherki Daula toll on NH-48. Queues build at peak hours, so we leave early and build the toll into the route plan.
Depending on your sector, the best approach may be NH-48, the Dwarka Expressway or the Southern Peripheral Road. We choose the one with the fewest unfinished stretches that week.
Some sector roads are broken, dusty or waterlogged after rain. If the last stretch is too rough for a large truck, we switch to smaller vehicles for the final leg.
When only a few families have moved in, the gate staff, lift rules and parking plan may still be settling. Confirm them with the facility office a few days ahead.
Construction nearby means dust. Sofas, mattresses and electronics stay wrapped until the flat is cleaned, and cartons are opened room by room.
Possession dates in new projects can shift. Your goods can wait in our warehouse, sealed and listed, until the keys are in your hand.

Most often the newer sectors beyond the Kherki Daula toll on NH-48, roughly Sectors 82 to 95. The Tribune has used that range. Some people also include the sectors in the 70s and along the Dwarka Expressway.
Yes, goods vehicles pay the toll on NH-48, like any other vehicle crossing it. Ask us to list tolls in your written quote, so there are no surprises on moving day.
Yes. Depending on where you live in Delhi, the truck comes down NH-48 or the Dwarka Expressway. We plan the departure around Delhi's time limits on goods vehicles.
We look at the approach in the week before. If the last stretch is too narrow or rough for the main truck, we use a smaller vehicle to shuttle goods from a safe point to your gate.
Usually a day for a typical flat, if both buildings allow moves in the hours we need. The drive itself depends on NH-48 traffic and the queue at the toll, so we start early.
