Packers and movers · Sector 32, Gurgaon
Sector 32 lies along NH-48 on the approach to Rajiv Chowk, with high-rise flats, an institutional area of office plots and the start of the Sohna Road corridor next door. Maxx Relocation books lifts and loading slots, moves homes and offices, and plans the drive around one of the city's busiest junctions.
Area overview

Sector 32 is one of the sectors laid out by the state's urban development authority; HSVP's January 2026 list of Gurugram demarcation plans names both Sector 32 and Sector 31-32 A. Its edge runs towards Rajiv Chowk, the junction where NH-48 meets Sohna Road and where the Sohna Elevated Corridor begins. Jharsa village borders it, and Medanta is a short drive away in Sector 38.
Among the homes is Raheja Atlantis, which its developer places in Sectors 31 and 32 opposite the 32nd Milestone with direct access to the highway, has double-level basement parking, so a truck cannot drive in and goods come up and down by lift. The institutional area holds offices in multi-storey blocks, and we check each building's loading rules before we quote.
Water and traffic decide the timing. Ahead of the 2026 monsoon, The Tribune reported, quick response teams were posted at Rajiv Chowk and a stormwater drain near Tau Devi Lal Stadium was being built to carry runoff from Sectors 32 to 38 into the Badshahpur drain. We keep the drive clear of the traffic police's no-entry windows and of flooded stretches. Next door is Sector 31; for offices, see office relocation.
Local know-how
Towers, office blocks and a major junction each add a step to the plan.
On the ground in Sector 32 Central Gurgaon
In a tower with basement parking, the truck waits at a set loading point and everything travels by lift. We ask the estate office for a lift slot and keep corridors padded.
Desks, servers and files are moved after hours or over a weekend, team by team, so staff come back to a working office on the next business day.
A traffic police note on the GMDA site keeps commercial vehicles off designated roads from 8 to 10 in the morning and 5 to 9 in the evening. Our drive past Rajiv Chowk avoids both.
Big apartments often hold king beds, long dining tables and glass units. These are measured against the service lift first and taken apart if they will not fit.
Rajiv Chowk is one of the city's watched spots in heavy rain. On a wet day we wrap every piece in plastic and wait for a flooded road to clear.
The highway is close, so a move to Delhi, Jaipur or further starts quickly once the truck is loaded. Long moves run as domestic relocations.
Finding your way
Sector 32 sits where the highway meets the Sohna Road corridor; these points decide how a truck gets in and out.
NoBroker gives the Yellow Line terminus as the nearest metro to Sector 32. The station, in Sector 29, opened on 21 June 2010; visitors to the institutional area finish the trip by road.
Up NH-48 towards Delhi, Signature Tower was one of four points where the city posted waterlogging response teams for the 2026 monsoon, along with Rajiv Chowk and Subhash Chowk. A Delhi-bound truck from Sector 32 passes it soon after joining the highway, so we check both spots in heavy rain.
One managed-office operator, AIHP, lists about ten buildings in the Sector 32 institutional area, among them Atrium, Skyline, Broadway and several SCO blocks, on numbered plots with access to NH-48.
Homes we move
NoBroker's Sector 32 page describes a mix of independent houses, apartments and commercial space, and its reviewers mention traffic and noise from the commercial side. An independent house here means a truck on the sector road and a crew on the stairs; a flat in a society means working to the estate office's lift slot instead.
Offices come in two shapes. Some sit in standalone buildings on institutional plots, each with its own management, goods lift and parking rules. Others are in SCO (shop-cum-office) blocks, where a ground-floor shop may share the stair or the frontage. We ask each building for its rules in writing, because what one plot allows the next may not.
On the ground
We send the building's facility team the date, hours, truck number and crew list, and ask for written approval of the loading point and the goods lift before the day.
A business that moves its principal place of business must amend its GST registration; the GST registration rules set fifteen days from the change to apply in form REG-14. Have your accountant file it so invoices from the new office carry the right address.
We ask your IT team to back up, shut down and label servers, switches and desktops before our crew packs them. We move the hardware; the data stays your team's responsibility.

When to move
On the first heavy rain of 2026, the traffic police told commuters to turn left at Rajiv Chowk and use SPR, after a cave-in near Narsinghpur shut two lanes of NH-48. On a day like that, a short hop from Sector 32 can become a long detour, so in the monsoon we read the morning advisories before the truck sets off.
Moves into Delhi need care around national days. In 2024, heavy vehicles were kept out of Delhi from 5 pm on 12 August to noon on 13 August, and from 5 pm on 14 August to noon on 15 August, with the Gurugram borders sealed. For a Delhi-bound office or household move in mid-August, we fix a date clear of those windows.

The truck stands at the loading point the society allows, and goods go up and down in the service lift. Book the lift with your estate office and send us its timings; we plan the packing around that slot.
Yes. We pack desks and files team by team, label everything to the new floor plan and move after hours or on a weekend, so work resumes on the next business day.
Yes. We load outside the morning and evening no-entry hours for commercial vehicles and avoid the junction at its busiest, so the truck is not stuck with your furniture on board.
Rajiv Chowk is on the city's list of high-alert spots in heavy rain, and a new drain is being built for Sectors 32 to 38. In the monsoon we check the forecast and wrap furniture and mattresses in plastic.
