House shifting in Sector 32 costs Rs 4,500–7,000 for a one-bedroom home, Rs 8,000–12,500 for two bedrooms and Rs 12,000–15,000 for three when the new address is also in Gurgaon, going by our owner's indicative bands for October 2026. Because most homes in this busy sector are small rentals above or beside shops and offices, where a job falls in its band depends less on distance than on where the truck can park, whether the crew has a lift, and how the route past Rajiv Chowk behaves on the day.

How we work in the sector's towers and office blocks is explained on our Sector 32 service page, packers and movers in Sector 32 Gurgaon. This post is about household moves only: the price bands, the homes that actually move here, what uses up crew hours, the road changes coming at Rajiv Chowk, and the short trips most Sector 32 moves make.

What does house shifting in Sector 32 cost?

The owner set these ranges before any survey, in October 2026, and our Gurgaon city page carries them too.

Home Within Gurgaon To Delhi To Noida
1 BHK Rs 4,500–7,000 Rs 7,000–8,000 Rs 8,000–10,000
2 BHK Rs 8,000–12,500 Rs 10,000–13,500 Rs 10,000–14,000
3 BHK Rs 12,000–15,000 Rs 14,000–16,500 Rs 14,000–18,500
Car, up to 50 km Rs 9,000–11,500 Same if within 50 km Same if within 50 km
Bike, up to 50 km Rs 3,000–7,000 Same if within 50 km Same if within 50 km

A room, a studio or a PG bed is smaller than the one-bedroom band, and a home larger than three bedrooms is beyond the table; both are priced after a call, photos or a visit. For longer moves along NH-48, such as Jaipur, our Gurgaon charges guide lists the intercity bands. A car going with you is covered on our car transport page.

Which Sector 32 homes take the most crew time?

Start with the home itself. On the Square Yards Sector 32 page, read on 27 October 2026, builder floors were 87% of the homes listed for rent, and studios (28%) and 1 BHKs (38%) together were about two-thirds. Paying guests were 14% of rental searches but only 2% of listings. So a typical Sector 32 move is small, and often from a floor without a lift. Our Sector 32 newcomer's guide describes these homes for a renter; the table below looks at them from the crew's side.

Home Usual access What takes the time Likely spot in the band
Studio, 1 RK or PG room A shared stair, often above a shop Little to load, but the truck may have to wait for a gap in market traffic Below the 1 BHK band; quoted on its own
Builder floor, no lift Street parking at the gate Every carton walked down two to four flights; beds and wardrobes taken apart Middle to top of the band
Builder floor with a small lift Lift fits cartons and a person, not a wardrobe Splitting loads between lift and stairs Lower to middle
Older society flat, such as Ansal Silver Crest Society gate and a lift or stairs Gate entry, any time slot the society sets Lower to middle with a booked slot
Split-level tower flat in Raheja Atlantis Loading point set by the society, then the lift The flat's own inner staircase before the lift Middle to top for large homes
Home plus a small office or SCO unit Two loading points A separate list, labels and boxes for business goods Home priced on the band; business goods quoted apart

If the business side is larger than a few desks, our Sector 32 office shifting post covers the weekend plan for that part of the move.

What uses up crew hours on the day?

Five things, and most are outside your front door.

Parking near the market. Square Yards lists "parking insufficient near market" among the sector's drawbacks. When the truck cannot pull up at the gate, the crew carries each load to wherever it can stand, and for a 2 BHK those extra walks add up to hours. Tell us how far the nearest clear spot is from your door, and at what hour it is usually free.

Stairs and lifts. In a walk-up floor, the number of flights matters more than the number of rooms. The same portal lists summer power cuts as another concern; if your building has a lift, ask whether it runs on backup power, because a lift that stops halfway through a load turns a lift job into a stairs job.

The inner staircase of a split-level flat. Pieces on the upper level come down inside the flat before they reach the corridor. We measure the turn of that staircase at the survey so that anything that will not fit is dismantled before moving day, not on it.

The no-entry windows. Commercial vehicles are kept off designated roads during a morning peak from 8 to 10 am and an evening one from 5 until 9 pm, under a traffic-police note hosted on GMDA's Digi Pass page. It carries no date; we plan as if it still applies. A two- or three-bedroom job is planned so the truck is loaded and moving inside the gap between those windows; if loading overruns, the truck waits.

Rajiv Chowk. Most Sector 32 trucks reach NH-48 or Sohna Road through this junction, so a jam there is lost crew time even on a short move. In the rains it is worse; our Sector 32 monsoon post lists the dated flooding reports, and a July or August move should keep a reserve day.

How will the Rajiv Chowk flyover change access?

Not for a while, but plan for it if your lease runs into 2027. On 19 August 2026 The Tribune reported that NHAI had approved the alignment for flyovers at Rajiv Chowk. The elevated road is to run along the service road, linking the Delhi side with the Sohna side in both directions. NHAI officials said a land issue with the Department of Telecommunications was being resolved and that tenders were likely by March 2027. The same report said the junction's existing pedestrian and cycle facility, underused and prone to flooding, would be shut for safety.

Two consequences for a move. First, once work starts, the service road beside the sector, which a loaded truck often uses, may be narrowed or diverted while the flyover is built. Second, a home near the junction that is easy to reach today may need a longer approach during construction. If your move date falls after the tender, ask us to check the current diversions during the survey.

A smaller change may come sooner. Square Yards' news feed, quoting The Times of India in February 2026, says the MCG planned a model road with footpaths and drains in Sector 32 from Rajiv Chowk to Medanta, at about Rs 6.7 crore. We could not find the original report, so treat it as unconfirmed and check whether any digging has started on your stretch.

Where do short moves from Sector 32 usually go?

Most stay close. Distances in this table were measured on 27 October 2026 as straight lines between the centre points OpenStreetMap assigns to each sector; the road distance is longer, and the route through Rajiv Chowk can stretch the time.

Destination Straight line from Sector 32 Band Settle this first
Sector 31 about 1.2 km Gurgaon Car-lined lanes; see our Sector 31 page
Sector 38, around Medanta about 1.2 km Gurgaon Which gate and approach road the truck should use
Sector 40 about 1.7 km Gurgaon Parking at the new block; see our Sector 40 page
Sector 46 about 2 km Gurgaon Stairs, lift and parking at the new address
Sector 49, South City 2 side about 3.8 km Gurgaon Society entry; see our South City 2 page

Our South City 2 branch in Sector 49 is the nearest of our offices to Sector 32, about 3.8 km away in a straight line, so a survey visit is a short trip for our team.

What keeps a Sector 32 job at the low end of its band?

Most of the saving comes from what is settled before the truck arrives:

  • To do: Tell us exactly where a truck can stand, and at what hour that spot is free of shop traffic.
  • To do: Count the flights at both ends and say whether each building has a lift and backup power for it.
  • To do: In a split-level flat, list the large pieces on the upper level so they can be measured.
  • To do: Book the society's loading point and service lift in writing, if you live in a tower.
  • To do: Pack shop, office or PG-business goods separately, with their own list.
  • To do: Choose a loading time that sits between the morning and evening no-entry windows.
  • To do: Give away or sell what you will not use before the survey, not after it.
  • To do: In the monsoon, keep a second date free in case Rajiv Chowk floods.

If the old lease ends before the new one starts, storage can bridge the gap, and our household shifting page describes the packing and unpacking work.

Key takeaway

Sector 32 moves use the owner's Gurgaon bands; what shifts a job within them is small homes above shops, parking near the market, stairs or a lift without backup, split-level inner staircases and the drive through Rajiv Chowk. The flyover tender expected by March 2027 will make the service road harder to use for a while, so check diversions before any move after that.

Once the date and both addresses are settled, share them with us and we will send a written figure. Treat this post as general information: the rupee ranges are October 2026 indications rather than quotes, and road works, traffic orders and Delhi's entry rules may differ by the time you move.
