House shifting in Sushant Lok 2 follows the local bands Radhe Shyam set in October 2026 for moves that stay within Gurgaon. Under them, packing and moving one bedroom costs Rs 4,500–7,000; a two-bedroom Sushant Lok 2 floor falls within Rs 8,000–12,500; a three-bedroom one, within Rs 12,000–15,000. Because so much of the housing here is three- and four-bedroom builder floors, many households land at the top of the three-bedroom band or need a survey, and the crew's time goes into stairs, basement stores and the walk from wherever the truck can stand.
This post covers the bill, the hours and the access. How we work in the colony, from school-term timing to rain cover, is explained on the colony page for our packers and movers in Sushant Lok 2. If you are still choosing a home, the Sushant Lok 2 newcomer guide deals with rents, water and schools.
What does house shifting in Sushant Lok 2 cost in October 2026?
Radhe Shyam, the owner of Maxx Relocation, set these ranges in October 2026, and our Gurgaon page carries identical figures. The right-hand columns tie each band to the kinds of home listed in this phase, so you can see where yours probably sits before anyone visits.
| Home | Owner's range, Oct 2026 | Sushant Lok 2 example | Usually pushes the price up |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 RK or studio floor | No separate band; quoted from a list | A single room let on an upper floor | Nothing much; often a small van |
| 1 BHK | Rs 4,500–7,000 | Part of a larger house, divided off as its own floor | A top floor with no lift |
| 2 BHK | Rs 8,000–12,500 | An older house's compact upper floor | Wardrobes that will not turn on the landing |
| 3 BHK | Rs 12,000–15,000 | A 1,365 sq ft independent floor such as those Square Yards lists at Ansal Executive Residency, or a 1,600 sq ft society flat | A full basement store, a long carry from the lane |
| 4 BHK and larger | Priced after a survey | A whole floor on one of the bigger plots | Servant room, terrace items, a second vehicle |
Vehicles sit outside the home bands. On the owner's October 2026 table, a car travelling on a carrier for no more than 50 km is billed at Rs 9,000–11,500, while two-wheelers are Rs 3,000–7,000. How the car is loaded is explained on our car transport page.
Why do so many Sushant Lok 2 quotes start with a survey?
Because the phase leans towards big floors, and the bands stop at three bedrooms. On 27 October 2026 the Square Yards locality page showed 70 homes for sale and 128 for rent. Builder floors made up 84% of what was for sale and 77% of what was for rent. By size, the sale stock was 55% three-bedroom and 35% four-bedroom, and even among rentals a four-bedroom floor made up 15% of the stock, against 31% for three bedrooms.
The rental figures also show a cluster at the small end: one-bedroom homes were 28% of rentals and one-room units another 7%, while two-bedroom homes were only 11%. If the listings are a fair guide, a Sushant Lok 2 move is more often a whole family floor or a very small household than something in between.
For the large floors, what decides the figure is usually not the bedrooms. It is the extras that a band cannot predict:
- a basement or stilt-level store packed with years of luggage, files and spare furniture;
- a servant room or terrace with its own beds, plant pots and water drums;
- heavy wooden almirahs and beds made for the house that may need taking apart;
- a second vehicle, when everything will not fit in one load.
A short walk-through, or a video call room by room, lets us count those before the day rather than discover them on it.
Where do the crew's hours go?
Mostly into carrying, and the building decides how much. The Square Yards project list for the phase shows the range: Ansal Sushant Floors with 30 units, Ansal Executive Residency with three-bedroom independent floors, and The Surya Apartments CGHS, a cooperative society of 50 flats on about an acre with three-bedroom units of 1,600 sq ft.
| Building | On arrival the crew finds | Effect on the day |
|---|---|---|
| Builder floor reached by stairs | A stair shared with the family above or below | Every piece goes down by hand; the floor number sets the pace |
| Floor with a small passenger lift | A lift that takes cartons but not a fridge or wardrobe | Cartons go fast; large items still use the stairs |
| Cooperative society flat | A committee, a gate register and possibly a lift booking | Time is lost if the slot or the gate entry is not agreed first |
| Rebuilt stilt-plus-four building | Cars in the stilt, several households above | The stilt must be cleared before loading starts |
| Ground floor with a basement store | Stored goods below ground and a narrow stair down | Packing the basement can take as long as a bedroom |
For family homes we often split the work across two days: the first for stores, books and rarely used rooms, the second for the kitchen, beds and children's things. It costs less in disruption than one very long day, and the rooms you still need stay usable until the last evening.
Do the enforcement drives here affect a moving day?
They can, so it is worth asking before you book. The town planners have acted in this phase more than once:
- In December 2023 the DTCP sealed six Sushant Lok 2 houses where shops and auto workshops were operating, PropNewsTime reported, as part of a city-wide drive.
- In June 2025 the Daily Jagran reported that the enforcement team had pasted notices outside about 150 houses in Sushant Lok 2 a week before a similar survey of Sushant Lok 3, with restoration orders to follow where replies fell short.
Three practical points follow. If any part of your building is under notice, ask the owner, in writing, whether a sealing date has been set, and move before it, because a sealed portion cannot simply be opened for a crew. If the next-door premises are sealed, their frontage may not be usable for the truck. And since the planners treat the stilt as parking space (their June 2025 notices in Sushant Lok 3 included stilt misuse), plan to load straight from the stair to the truck rather than stacking cartons in the stilt for hours. For the rules side of this in the next phase, see our Sushant Lok 3 rules guide.
Where can the truck stand, and when can it run?
It depends on which edge of the phase you live on.
- Golf Course Extension Road side. Homes facing the main road look easiest. However, a Tribune report dated 3 May 2026 describes the road being widened to eight lanes, with new drains, footpaths and LED lights along each side, and says a traffic management plan was drawn up for the building work. The edge strip a truck would normally use may be dug up or fenced on your date, so we check it the day before.
- Inner lanes. Here residents' cars are the limit. We agree a spot for the truck with you beforehand and ask the neighbours either side to keep it clear from early morning.
- Near the hospital and the metro. Marengo Asia Hospitals is on the Extension Road side of the phase, and the Rapid Metro ends at the Sector 55–56 station. Our crews keep the hospital approach free for ambulances, and near the station we load quickly and move on.
Timing has its own limit. Under the Gurugram Traffic Police Digi Pass note, an undated file on a GMDA server, goods vehicles are kept off its listed roads in the morning from 8 to 10, and again in the evening from 5 to 9. With schools inside the colony as well, a loading window from mid-morning to mid-afternoon usually works best. In July and August, read our Sushant Lok 2 monsoon guide before fixing a date.
What if you are moving nearby, or leaving Gurgaon?
A nearby move keeps the same band; the difference lies in the building you are moving into.
| Moving to | What to check there | Read next |
|---|---|---|
| Sushant Lok 3 | Lanes, stairs and whether the building is under notice | Sushant Lok 3 costs guide |
| Kendriya Vihar or another Sector 56 society | Forms for goods leaving or entering, and the office's hours | Sector 56 rules guide |
| A tower on Golf Course Road | A service-lift booking and a gate pass | Golf Course Road high-rise guide |
| Sushant Lok 1 | Plotted lanes again, with their own guards and barriers | Sushant Lok 1 page |
| South City 2 | Builder floors and narrow turns, much like here | South City 2 page |
Leaving the city, the owner's October 2026 intercity table applies. To Delhi, a one-bedroom load is Rs 7,000–8,000, a two-bedroom home Rs 10,000–13,500 and a three-bedroom home Rs 14,000–16,500; our Delhi and Gurgaon guide covers Delhi's truck rules. To Noida the same three sizes cost Rs 8,000–10,000, then Rs 10,000–14,000, then Rs 14,000–18,500; see our Noida page. As in Gurgaon, four-bedroom loads are quoted after a survey.
How can you keep a Sushant Lok 2 quote low in its band?
By giving us the details that remove surprises. Before the survey:
- To do: Write the phase, block, plot and sector together: Sushant Lok 2 addresses fall in Sectors 55, 56 and 57
- To do: Say whether the floor has a lift, and whether an upright fridge fits inside it
- To do: Clear the basement store or terrace of anything you will not take
- To do: For a society flat, ask the office about lift slots and the gate register, and send us the answer
- To do: Tell us which side of the phase you are on, the Extension Road or an inner lane
- To do: Sell or give away heavy furniture that will not suit the next home
- To do: Add the car or two-wheeler to the same booking
- To do: Ask about warehousing if the new place will not be ready in time, rather than paying for a second moving day
Our household shifting page walks through the stages of a full home move. Before choosing between the phases, read Sushant Lok 1 vs 2 vs 3. When both addresses are fixed, tell us both floors and the date you have in mind, and a written quote follows.
This post is general information only. Its figures are indicative ranges from the owner, dated October 2026, and are not a quote. Listings, road works and enforcement action can all change quickly, so recheck them in the week before you move.
