House shifting in Sushant Lok 3 costs what the owner's October 2026 local bands allow: a one-bedroom home lands between a Rs 4,500 floor and a Rs 7,000 ceiling, two bedrooms land in the Rs 8,000–12,500 band, and three in the Rs 12,000–15,000 band. Where your job falls in its band, and how long the crew stays, depends mostly on the building: a paying-guest room, a flat in one of the small Ansal blocks and a whole builder floor reached by stairs each give the crew a very different day.
This post is about the bill, the hours and getting a truck in and out. What we do in the colony, and how to book us, sits on our packers and movers in Sushant Lok 3 page. For the whole of Sector 57, including BPTP's tower society, read our Sector 57 costs guide.
What does house shifting in Sushant Lok 3 cost?
Radhe Shyam, who owns Maxx Relocation, fixed these ranges in October 2026, and they match our Gurgaon page. The middle column shows the Sushant Lok 3 home each band most often describes; the written quote follows a look at your actual rooms.
| What you are moving | Range, Oct 2026 | Typical Sushant Lok 3 example | What pushes it up the band |
|---|---|---|---|
| A single PG room or studio | No published band; quoted from your item list | A room on an upper floor of a building let room by room | A fridge or a bed that has to come apart; a long carry from the lane |
| 1 BHK | Rs 4,500–7,000 | One-bedroom flat, or part of a divided floor | Stairs only, or a truck that cannot reach the gate |
| 2 BHK | Rs 8,000–12,500 | A flat in a low-rise block such as Ansal Boom Plaza, listed by Square Yards with 2 BHK units of about 800 sq ft | Wardrobes to dismantle, a narrow stair landing |
| 3 BHK | Rs 12,000–15,000 | Whole family floor in a plotted house | Several flights, a full kitchen, a stilt crowded with cars |
| 4 BHK or a very large floor | Priced after a survey | A floor on one of the colony's bigger plots | More packing hours, and often a second vehicle |
Vehicles have their own October 2026 bands: a car rides on a carrier for Rs 9,000–11,500 within 50 km, while a scooter or motorbike is Rs 3,000–7,000. How a car is loaded and carried is described under car transport.
The Square Yards project list for Sushant Lok III names several small apartment projects besides the plotted floors: Ansal Boom Plaza beside Golf Course Extension Road, Ansal Oriental Homes, Ansal Sushant Residency with two- and three-bedroom flats, Sushant Residency F Block and Slerwa Apartments. When we checked on 21 October 2026, the same site's locality page showed 119 homes for rent against 62 for sale. With rentals outnumbering sales listings almost two to one, many moves here are tenants at the end of a lease, so a date away from the month-end changeover is easier to get.
Which Sushant Lok 3 homes take the most crew hours?
Floors reached only by stairs, and buildings where many households share one stair. The kind of building usually tells us more than the bedroom count:
| Building | What the crew meets | Effect on the hours |
|---|---|---|
| PG or room-by-room building | Many tenants and, in some blocks, delivery riders using the same stair and entrance | Loading is short, but the crew must pause for others on the stair |
| Small apartment block (the Ansal projects) | A shared lift if there is one, a common lobby, parking in front | Ask whether the lift takes a wardrobe; if not, it is stairs again |
| Family builder floor | A private or two-family stair, a stilt used for parking | Every piece travels by hand; the floor number sets the pace |
| Rebuilt stilt-plus building | More floors on the same plot, more cars in the stilt | The highest floors take longest, and the stilt must be cleared first |
As a rough guide from the area page: a single room or studio is usually packed and moved within a few hours in a small van, while a whole family floor is surveyed first and packed over one or two days. If you tell us the floor, the stair width and what is in the stilt, we can say which of those your move is before the day.
What changes if your building got a notice this autumn?
The timing, more than the cost. A Grihik report dated 30 September 2026 states that the enforcement survey of the colony by the District Town Planner is complete. It lists more than 30 buildings suspected of running PGs, guest houses or other commercial uses, and says show-cause notices and restoration orders have gone out in several cases. The same report said each property would be dealt with on its own facts, so a notice does not mean every building faces the same outcome or the same deadline.
For a tenant, that turns a planned move into a possibly rushed one. Three steps keep it under control:
- Get the date in writing. Ask the owner or the PG operator how long tenants have, and keep the message.
- Book early in the window. When a whole building empties at once, rooms compete for the same stair and the same patch of lane. An early slot avoids queuing behind other movers.
- Ask for a list of what leaves. We give tenants an itemised packing list. It settles questions about which fittings belonged to the room when you hand back the keys and the deposit is worked out.
A next-day booking can cost more than a move planned a week out, and early notice also widens your choice of day and time.
Where can the truck stop, and which way does it leave?
Wherever your lane has room on the day, agreed the evening before. Cars belonging to residents fill many lanes, and the September report quoted residents complaining that delivery vehicles had made parking worse. So we fix a stopping point with you in advance and keep the truck there only while loading.
Two roads decide the drive out:
- The road dividing Sector 57 from Sectors 50 and 51. GMDA cleared about 2 km of its blocked service road in mid-July 2024, The Tribune reported, and told the owners of eight access ways onto the main carriageway to apply for permission within 10 days or see them closed. If your block used one of those cuts, check that it is still open before the truck relies on it.
- Golf Course Extension Road. Projects such as Ansal Boom Plaza sit beside it, so homes on that edge give the truck a wide main road as soon as it leaves the lanes.
The city's no-entry hours for commercial vehicles, and school gate times across Sector 57, are covered in our Sector 57 guide; a loading window between mid-morning and late afternoon avoids both. The roads near Artemis flood in heavy rain, so for a July or August date read our Sushant Lok 3 monsoon guide first.
What changes for a short hop, or a move to Delhi?
Inside Gurgaon the price band stays the same; what changes is the access waiting at the other end.
| Moving to | Page | What to check there |
|---|---|---|
| Sushant Lok 1 | Sushant Lok 1 | Its own lanes and blocks; our Sushant Lok 1 rules guide lists what to ask |
| Towers on Golf Course Road | Golf Course Road | A booked service lift and a gate pass, which a builder floor never needed |
| Nirvana Country | Nirvana Country | Its own entry rules; our Nirvana Country rules guide covers them |
| South City 2 | South City 2 | Plotted floors again, so the stair and the lane matter as much as here |
| A tower society in Sector 59 | Sector 59 | Lift bookings and gate passes, where lift time replaces stair time |
| Delhi | Delhi to Gurgaon guide | An intercity price and Delhi's truck rules |
For Delhi, the owner's intercity table (October 2026) starts at Rs 7,000 and tops out at Rs 8,000 for one bedroom; two bedrooms run from Rs 10,000 to Rs 13,500, and three from Rs 14,000 to Rs 16,500. Two Delhi rules matter. A CAQM order of 17 January 2026 lets BS-IV trucks with a non-Delhi registration into the city only up to 31 October 2026; we had seen no extension by 21 October, so for a later date ask whether the truck is BS-VI, CNG or electric. And any goods vehicle on Delhi's roads during the restricted hours must carry a No Entry Permission sticker issued by the city's traffic police.
How do you keep a Sushant Lok 3 quote low in its band?
By cutting waiting and carrying. A week before the move:
- To do: Send the phase, block letter, plot number and floor, and say "Sushant Lok 3" in full, because Sushant Lok 2 also has a G Block
- To do: Say whether there is a lift, and measure its door if your largest item is a wardrobe or a double bed
- To do: Ask the other families to move their cars out of the stilt for the loading hours
- To do: Empty the almirahs and the kitchen shelves the evening before
- To do: Pack books and clothes yourself if time allows
- To do: For a PG room, list everything you own; it may fit a van rather than a truck
- To do: Book the car or scooter on the same day if it is coming too
- To do: If the next home is not ready, ask about storage rather than paying for a second moving day
What the crew handles on the day is set out on our household shifting page. To compare Sushant Lok 3 with the other two phases before choosing a new home, see Sushant Lok 1 vs 2 vs 3. Once both addresses are fixed, message us the floor at each end and the date you want, and a written quote follows.
This is general information. The ranges above are the owner's indicative figures for October 2026, not a quote. Enforcement notices, access ways and Delhi's truck rules change, so check each one close to your moving date.
