Packers and movers · Sector 58, Golf Course Extension Road
In a Sector 58 tower, the society's rules set the shape of moving day: a booked service lift, a slot at the loading bay and gate passes for every crew member. Maxx Relocation has no branch in this sector, so we plan your move and send the crew from our head office in Sector 110.
Area overview

The Tribune counts Sector 58 among the sectors, 58 through 67, that depend on Golf Course Extension Road, the link between Golf Course Road and Sohna Road. Its skyline is mostly glass and concrete. Wikipedia's list of Gurgaon's tallest buildings places the four 30-floor towers of Ireo Grand Arch here, finished in 2014, along with the Grand Hyatt hotel and the commercial Grand View Tower, both completed in 2019.
Societies of this kind treat a move as a booked event. The facility desk may want a written request, a named service lift, a fixed window at the loading bay and the crew's names for the gate. We collect those details when we see your home, then plan the packing backwards from the slot you have been given, so the lorry is never idling at the kerb while the bay serves another resident.
Our head office in Sector 110 runs the job, and one supervisor stays with it from the first visit to the last carton. Watch the road as well: in May 2026 GMDA was getting ready to widen Golf Course Extension Road to eight lanes, with new drains along both sides. Moving only a short way? See our Sector 56 and Sector 59 pages.
Local know-how
Big flats, polished finishes and a strict facility office decide how the day runs.
On the ground in Sector 58 Golf Course Extension Road
Get the move-out form, the lift and bay booking and the gate-pass rules in writing. If the desk asks, we send crew names and the vehicle number a day ahead.
A service lift helps only if the lorry can stand at the bay at the same moment. We ask for both together, so cartons go straight from the lift car onto the vehicle.
Lobby stone, lift panels and corridor walls are covered before anything moves. Marble tops, glass tables and framed art travel in their own crates or with corner guards.
Each carton gets a number against a room-wise list, so a large home can be ticked off on arrival and nothing stays behind in a deep wardrobe.
While the eight-lane works go on, lanes and turns near your gate can shift from one week to the next. We recheck the approach a day or two before the lorry sets out.
The Tribune reported this road under water after heavy rain in September 2024. For a move in the rainy months we leave spare time and wrap upholstery against water.
Finding your way
A Sector 58 truck can arrive from the Golf Course Road end or from the Sohna Road end of the Extension Road. These are the points we check first.
Here Golf Course Road stops and the Extension Road takes over. In October 2025 Daily Jagran reported that GMDA was deciding between a flyover and an underpass at this junction and four others, so a lorry coming down from the DLF side may meet works here before it reaches your gate.
Two more crossings on the same GMDA list. If either is being rebuilt on your date, the place where a truck can turn back towards a Sector 58 gate may move, so the driver gets the turn from us, not from a map app.
The hospital lists its address as Golf Course Extension Road, Sushant Lok II, Sector 56. Ambulances use this end of the road, and our drivers never wait on the carriageway near its entrance.
The last stop of the Rapid Metro is close by on the Golf Course Road side. Family members or helpers without a car can meet the crew there instead of driving into a busy tower complex.
The southern end of the Extension Road, where it meets Sohna Road and the SPR. Trucks taking a Sector 58 household to another city usually leave this way to reach NH-48.
Homes we move
Most Sector 58 households live well above the ground, and the floor number shapes the day more than the bedroom count. We split the crew in two: one team wraps and stages cartons beside the service-lift lobby while the other loads at the bay, so the lift car never waits for people.
The sector is still filling up. In June 2026 Business Standard reported that Oberoi Realty had unveiled the first phase of Three Sixty North, a 14.8-acre project in Sector 58 to be built in two phases. A site of that size brings construction traffic onto the sector roads for years, so ask your guards whether the gate used by moving trucks is shared with any site vehicles.
On the ground
Few Gurgaon societies publish their moving rules online, so ask the facility office for its own list: move hours, lift and bay booking, any refundable deposit and who signs the gate pass.
Some associations will not let goods leave until the last maintenance dues are paid. Clear the final bill a few days early so the guard is not waiting on the accounts desk with the lorry loaded.
A large Sector 58 home often fills two vehicles. Ask for gate passes for both and a place where the second can wait inside the compound while the first is loaded.

When to move
Rain is the first thing to plan around. When the first heavy downpour of the 2026 monsoon came on 7 July, The Tribune reported long jams from waterlogging on Golf Course Extension Road, at Vatika Chowk and on Sohna Road. For July and August dates we look at the forecast two days out and keep a second date agreed with the facility office.
Weekdays usually suit a large home here better than Saturdays. The facility office is fully staffed, fewer families are competing for the service lift, and a long loading window is easier to get.
If GMDA starts the junction works it was studying at the Ghata end, early starts will matter more. A truck that reaches the gate before the morning build-up spends its time loading rather than queuing at a diversion.

Pricing guidance
In a Sector 58 tower, the size of the home, the crating of delicate pieces and the length of the society's booking window weigh more in your quote than the distance travelled.

No. Moves in Sector 58 are planned and run from our head office in Sector 110. Someone from our team sees your home before we quote, and the same supervisor is with the crew on moving day.
The request normally has to come from you as the resident, through the facility desk. Tell us the slot you get and any form the society needs, and we fit the crew size and start time around it.
Loose marble tops are lifted off, wrapped and stood on edge in a crate or padded frame. Mirrors and glass get corner guards and their own crate. Tell us about heavy stone pieces early so we bring enough hands.
Yes, with extra care. We wrap sofas and mattresses against water, keep cartons off wet ground and allow more time for the drive. If heavy rain is forecast for your date, we talk about a shift before the day.
