Sector 67 lies towards the Badshahpur end of Golf Course Extension Road, near where the Southern Peripheral Road and Sohna Road meet. Wikipedia's list of Gurgaon's tallest buildings puts the IREO Victory Valley towers here, of 40, 45 and 51 floors, completed in 2015, along with M3M Golfestate's T9 at 42 floors. Other societies in the sector are lower, but high-rise living is the norm.

At that height, every carton, chair and bed makes the same long ride down, often in a service lift shared with dozens of floors of neighbours. A flat near the top needs many more lift trips than the same flat low down. So we work out the number of runs beforehand, stage full loads on the landing so no trip goes half empty, and ask the facility office to hold the lift for the whole slot. Anything too long for the car has to come apart first; carrying it down forty flights is not a plan.

Power is the other risk. In August 2026 The Tribune reported that a fault on the underground supply from the power station in front of M3M Urbana in Sector 67 left several malls and societies on generators for more than 48 hours. Moving Down Forty Floors in Sector 67

It depends mostly on the lift. A larger flat near the top of a tall tower can take a full day to load, so we often pack on one day and load the next. The lift size and how long it is booked for matter more than the distance to the new home.

We measure the lift car during the survey. If a piece is too long or too tall, we take it apart upstairs and refit it at the new home. If it cannot be taken apart, we talk to the facility office about other options before the day.
