Moving to Sector 67: A Newcomer's Guide for Families and Renters

Moving to Sector 67 starts with a choice between three ways of living: a flat in a high-rise society, a builder floor in the Ansal Esencia township, or a large villa. Families get a CBSE school inside Esencia and several more within a kilometre or so, while renters should know that the sector has no metro yet and that three different PIN codes appear in property listings.

Below are the first-week questions: which home, what rent, the right address, schools, hospitals, shops and commuting. The shift itself is handled by our packers and movers in Sector 67 Gurgaon, who count lift trips and plan around a high floor before the day.

Which kind of Sector 67 home suits you?

Square Yards describes the sector as roughly 2.59 sq km, bordered by Sectors 49, 65, 68 and 69 and by Badshahpur. Its list of projects in Sector 67, read on 20 October 2026, sorts into these groups:

The type of home shapes daily life more than the sector name does. Ireo Victory Valley's tallest tower has 51 floors, according to Wikipedia's list of Gurgaon's tallest buildings, so in the big towers the morning lift wait and a power cut become part of your routine. In an Esencia floor you share a staircase and a lane instead. What does it cost to rent?

NoBroker's Sector 67 rent page says its figures reflect October 2026:

Magicbricks puts rents at Rs 24 to Rs 36 per square foot a month, and Square Yards at an average of Rs 32. On that basis a 1,800 sq ft tower flat would cost roughly Rs 43,000 to Rs 65,000. A much lower quote may mean an unfurnished unit or an older floor; a much higher one should include furniture or services.

Proper one-bedroom flats are scarce here, so single renters usually end up in a 1 RK in a standalone building or sharing a 2 BHK. Whatever you take, get the maintenance charge, backup billing and parking slot written into the agreement before you hand over a deposit.

Which PIN code is right for Sector 67?

Property sites disagree. Square Yards gives 122101, Magicbricks gives 122102, and VIBGYOR High prints 122 001 on its own Esencia address. India Post's data ties 122101 to the Badshahpur sub post office, a delivery office, and Badshahpur borders the sector. By contrast, 122102 belongs to the Bhondsi office and villages such as Damdama and Ghamroj, well to the south.

That makes 122102 the least likely fit, but do not guess between the others. Take the PIN your society or the Esencia township office uses on its own letters, and repeat it exactly on your bank, school and delivery records. Write the tower and flat, or block and plot, first, then the society name and "Sector 67, Gurugram".

Which schools are in or near Sector 67?

One school sits inside the sector, and others are a short drive away:

Magicbricks also mentions Alpine Convent School for the sector; ask the school for the exact campus address. For any school here, look up its affiliation number on CBSE's SARAS portal, ask for the current fee sheet, and find out which bus stop is nearest your gate. A child in an Esencia floor can often walk to VIBGYOR, whereas the same child in a tower on the far side may need a bus.

Where is the nearest hospital?

We could not confirm a large hospital inside the sector. Square Yards lists small hospitals within about a kilometre, including Medway, Kamal and Swastik; phone them to find out what they handle at night before you rely on one. For emergencies, the nearest large hospitals are Park Hospital at Q Block, South City 2, Sector 47, which lists a 24/7 emergency, and Artemis Hospital in Sector 51. Do a daytime test drive to whichever you would use, so the turns are known before any night-time emergency, and check which of the two your insurer treats as cashless.

How do residents commute from Sector 67 today?

By car or cab, for now. Square Yards names the Rapid Metro at Sector 55-56 as the closest working station and estimates the road distance to Millennium City Centre (Yellow Line) at about 11.4 km; Magicbricks reckons 30 to 40 minutes to reach it. Anything nearer is only a proposal so far: a draft Sector 56 to Pachgaon line, described by the Hindustan Times on 30 June 2026, with proposed stops at Sector 66, Vatika Chowk and Sector 69, all neighbours of Sector 67. Treat it as a future plan, not a reason to pay more rent.

Expect road works, too. In May 2026 The Tribune reported plans for an eight-lane Golf Course Extension Road, running from its Sohna Road end to Golf Course Road, and that includes the stretch serving this sector. Where will you shop?

Close by, in commercial complexes rather than an old market:

• M3M Urbana. Registered with HRERA Gurugram as M3M Urbana Premium at Sector 67; Magicbricks notes shops and eateries in the Urbana complex.
• Hub66 and M3M Cosmopolitan. Square Yards puts Hub66 about 0.85 km away and M3M Cosmopolitan about 1.9 km away.
• Sohna Road malls. Magicbricks names Omaxe Celebration Mall, Omaxe City Centre and Raheja Mall as within reach.

Pack a first-night box that travels in your car: bedsheets, a kettle, phone chargers, torches and daily medicines, so nobody hunts through cartons late at night.

What does the move into Sector 67 cost?
