A house shift that begins or ends in Sector 67 and stays inside Gurgaon falls in our indicative October 2026 ranges: Rs 4,500–7,000 for one bedroom, Rs 8,000–12,500 for two bedrooms, Rs 12,000–15,000 for three. Here, the floor you live on and the length of your lift booking usually decide where in that range your quote lands, far more than how many kilometres the truck drives.
Our Sector 67 packers and movers page explains how we handle very tall towers on the day. This post is about the bill: what it buys, what stretches the crew's hours, and how the approach roads around the sector can add to both.
What does a house shift in or near Sector 67 cost?
For moves that start and finish inside Gurgaon, we quote these figures ahead of any survey. You will find the same ranges on our Gurgaon city page, dated October 2026.
| Flat size | Our range, October 2026 | Usually lower in the range when | Usually higher when |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | Rs 4,500–7,000 | Low floor, lift booked all morning, cartons sealed in advance | Top-floor flat, a short lift window, loose items still in cupboards |
| 2 BHK | Rs 8,000–12,500 | Both buildings give a long, clear slot | The new society only allows a late slot, so the crew waits |
| 3 BHK | Rs 12,000–15,000 | Furniture fits the service lift whole | Wardrobes and beds must be taken apart and refitted at both ends |
A car moved on a carrier is Rs 9,000–11,500 for distances up to 50 km, and a bike Rs 3,000–7,000, again as of October 2026; see car transport for how vehicles travel. Every range is a starting point. The written quote follows a survey, in person or by video call, once we know both addresses. To compare these local figures with moves to other cities, see our Gurgaon charges guide, which sets them side by side.
Why do crew hours matter more than kilometres here?
Because most of the day is spent going up and down, not along the road. A move from Sector 67 to Sector 70 is a short drive, yet the loading can take longer than the drive by a wide margin if the home is high up.
The sector has some of the tallest homes in the city. Wikipedia's tall-buildings list for Gurgaon records IREO Victory Valley's three towers here at 51, 45 and 40 floors, all completed in 2015, and M3M Golfestate's T9 at 42 floors. In buildings like these, every item leaves by the service lift, and the lift is often shared with neighbours, housekeeping and deliveries.
What a quote pays for, in practice, is a crew, a vehicle and packing material for a block of time. When the block grows, so does the cost. That is why two 2 BHK flats in the same sector can be quoted at opposite ends of the range: one on the third floor with a lift held for the morning, the other near the top with a lift shared by the hour.
What can stretch the day in Sector 67?
Several things, and some have dated public records behind them. These are the ones we plan around:
- Power cuts. On 5 August 2026 The Tribune reported an outage of more than 48 hours along Sohna Road, traced to a short circuit in the underground supply from the M3M Urbana power station in Sector 67. Malls and residential complexes ran on generators. If the service lift is not on backup, a cut means the crew stands idle.
- A broken junction. The traffic police listed M3M Urbana Chowk, near Sector 67, among stretches with potholes in a report covered by The Tribune on 18 March 2025. A loaded truck crawls over a damaged surface.
- Rain on the sector roads. The dividing road between Sectors 66 and 67 was on the civic agencies' list of more than 30 waterlogging-prone spots, reported on 6 April 2024.
- Rain on the SPR. On 25 July 2024 heavy rain flooded the Southern Peripheral Road, and commuters told The Tribune that 20-minute trips took over an hour. The same report notes that the SPR meets Sohna Road at Badshahpur Chowk, and Wikipedia's Badshahpur article lists Sectors 67 and 68 among the areas under Badshahpur, so that junction is on the way in for many loads.
- Truck timings. A January 2020 reply from Gurugram Traffic Police on X gave heavy vehicles a morning no-entry window of 8–10 am and an evening one of 5–9 pm, the latter stretched to 10:30 pm on Mondays and Fridays. Whether it applies depends on the truck's size, and advisories change, so we check before fixing a start time.
- School traffic. The VIBGYOR High campus gives its address as Sector 67. If your gate is near it, avoid loading at opening and closing time.
How can you keep your quote lower in the range?
Most of the saving is in preparation the crew does not have to do on the day. Work through this list before the survey:
- To do: Ask the estate office for the service lift for your whole slot, not by the hour, and get the lift number in writing.
- To do: Measure the service lift car and its door, and tell us; it decides what must be taken apart.
- To do: Ask whether the service lift runs on backup power, and what happens to bookings during a cut.
- To do: Pack books, clothes and kitchen items yourself, sealed and labelled, if you are comfortable doing so.
- To do: Sell, give away or throw out what you will not use in the new home; fewer cartons mean fewer lift runs.
- To do: Book the new building's lift and gate as carefully as the old one, so the crew is not kept waiting at the far end.
- To do: Choose a weekday if both societies allow it, when lifts and gates are usually less busy.
None of these is compulsory. Each one simply moves work off the moving day, and that is what keeps the hours down.
Where does the truck stand at a Sector 67 tower?
Wherever the estate office names as the loading point, ideally close to the service lift and never on the main carriageway. Golf Course Extension Road and the SPR carry fast traffic, and a truck stopped there puts the crew at risk and holds everyone up.
Three things to settle in advance:
- Gate and loading point. Large societies have several gates. Ask which one goods vehicles use, and how far the loading point is from your tower, because every carton makes that walk.
- Basement or podium height. If the truck has to go below ground and the ramp is too low, a smaller vehicle shuttles goods to the big one waiting at the surface. It works, but it adds a trip and some time, so we want to know before the day.
- Parking at the other end. A short move within the same belt still needs a loading point at the destination. If both towers are high, both ends carry the same lift question.
Moving to a nearby sector: what differs at the far end?
Any move inside Gurgaon sits in the same price range, yet the destination building can still add or save crew time. A quick guide to the sectors around 67:
| Destination | Page | Check at the far end |
|---|---|---|
| Sector 65 | Sector 65 | M3M lists Golf Estate here on Golf Course Extension Road; another tall-tower lift booking |
| Sector 68 | Sector 68 | M3M's Sierra68 is a delivered two- and three-bedroom project; the new Sector 68–69 road was still at tender stage in The Tribune's 14 April 2026 report |
| Sector 69 | Sector 69 | Several large societies close to the SPR; plan the route with the monsoon in mind |
| Sector 70 | Sector 70 | Tulip Group describes Tulip Orange as an eleven-tower society, so confirm the gate and tower |
| Sectors 61 and 62 | Sector 61, Sector 62 | Newer towers where the developer's facility team may still set the move-in rules |
| Further down Sohna Road | Sohna Road | Mixed colonies and towers, each with its own gate routine |
If you are moving between two high-rise towers, our Golf Course Road high-rise moving guide covers the lift and gate-pass side in more depth.
Should you pack on one day and load on the next?
For a large flat high up, often yes. Splitting the work lets the crew pack without the clock of a lift booking running, then use the whole of the next slot for loading. It can cost more than a single day if it adds crew time, but it usually avoids the worst case, which is a slot that closes with half the home still upstairs.
Splitting also helps when the dates do not line up. If the new flat is not ready, or a monsoon week makes the roads uncertain, goods can go into storage and be delivered when you are ready. Our household shifting page sets out what the crew does from packing to unpacking.
For a written quote, tell us both addresses, which floors, and the date you have in mind.
This post is general information: its prices are indicative ranges set in October 2026, not quotes. Roads, truck curbs and society rules shift over time, so check the latest before booking.
