On our owner's indicative bands for October 2026, a one-bedroom home in Sector 59 costs Rs 4,500–7,000 to shift to another Gurgaon address, a two-bedroom home Rs 8,000–12,500, and a home of three bedrooms Rs 12,000–15,000. Most flats let out in the sector fit those bands, but the duplexes of Raisina Residency and the larger homes in the new towers are priced after a survey, and the crew's hours depend on internal stairs, service lifts and how close the truck can stand.

How we time a truck around the road works is on the Sector 59 page, where we explain how we operate as packers and movers in Sector 59 Gurgaon. Society permissions are in the Sector 59 rules post, and rents, schools and the PIN muddle in the newcomer's guide. This post deals with money, time and access.

What does house shifting in Sector 59 cost in October 2026?

Radhe Shyam, who owns Maxx Relocation, set the ranges below. Our Gurgaon city page carries the same figures.

What is moving Sector 59 to a Gurgaon home Basis of the price Sector 59 to a Delhi home
Room or 1 RK in a village pocket Less than a 1 BHK Quoted alone, from a phone call or photos Less than a 1 BHK
One-bedroom flat Rs 4,500–7,000 Published band Rs 7,000–8,000
Two-bedroom flat Rs 8,000–12,500 Published band Rs 10,000–13,500
Three-bedroom flat Rs 12,000–15,000 Published band Rs 14,000–16,500
Duplex, penthouse, or 3.5 BHK and up Not published Survey at home or on video Not published
A car, for trips within 50 km Rs 9,000–11,500 Vehicle band Rs 9,000–11,500
A two-wheeler, within 50 km Rs 3,000–7,000 Vehicle band Rs 3,000–7,000

Every figure is a range, not a fixed fee. The stair inside the flat, the wait for the lift and the walk to the vehicle decide where in the range a job lands. Our Gurgaon charges guide explains how the bands are built, and a car going with you travels through our car transport service.

How many Sector 59 homes fit inside a published band?

That depends on whether you rent or own. On 29 October 2026 the Square Yards Sector 59 page split the homes on offer like this:

Size Share of homes for rent Share of homes for sale Where it sits in our table
1 RK 1% Not listed Quoted on its own
2 BHK 52% 14% 2 BHK band
3 BHK 34% 59% 3 BHK band
3.5 BHK 7% 9% Survey
4 BHK 7% 19% Survey
5 BHK 3% 1% Survey

The rental shares, as printed, add up to slightly more than 100%, so read them as a rough picture. Even so, the pattern is plain: a tenant leaving Sector 59 is most likely moving a two- or three-bedroom flat that our table prices directly, while an owner selling up is more often moving a home of three and a half bedrooms or more, which needs a survey. Square Yards counted 487 homes for rent and 310 for sale that day, and listed apartments as 97% of the rental stock.

Which Sector 59 homes take the longest to load?

The homes here differ more in how goods leave the building than in floor area.

Home What its source records What slows the crew What to tell us
Raisina Residency duplex Nine towers on 12 acres, built for "duplex living", with walk-in wardrobes and double-height ceilings; occupation certificates of 2012, 2013 and 2014 (Tata Housing) Carrying every carton and piece down the internal stair before the service lift; ladders for curtains and lights in a double-height room Which level holds the wardrobes and beds, and the width of the internal stair
New tower: Conscient Hines Elevate or Mahindra Luminare 33 and 36 floors, both listed as under construction (Wikipedia) Service-lift trips, and waiting while fit-out crews use the same lift Your lift slot in writing, and whether contractors are booked that day
Other projects on the portal list Square Yards names Silverglades The Legacy, 4S The Aurrum, Pyramid Midtown and Czarr Villas Varies with the lift, the stairs and the parking Floor, lift size and where a goods vehicle may stop
Room or small flat in a village pocket such as Alahawas Standalone buildings, going by the NoBroker listings noted in our newcomer's guide Stairs, then a narrow lane to the vehicle How far the truck can come, and when the lane is clear

A duplex is the one to plan carefully. With two floors inside one flat, goods are gathered on both levels, and everything from the upper floor travels down the internal stair before the lift is even called. A wardrobe or bed that cannot make the stair turn has to be taken apart upstairs, so measure that turn before the survey and tell us what you find. A walk-in wardrobe also tends to hold more hanging clothes than the bedroom count suggests, which means more wardrobe cartons.

In the new towers the constraint is the shared lift. Where other flats are still being fitted out, a service lift booked for your slot can still be called away, so ask the facility team to confirm in writing that it is yours for those hours.

How does a loaded truck reach a Sector 59 gate?

From Golf Course Extension Road, then along whichever sector or village road serves your building. Four things decide how well that works.

The revenue road to Raisina Residency. Square Yards' list of resident watchouts, undated and read on 29 October 2026, names chronic digging and waterlogging on the revenue road that links Tata Raisina Residency to the main road, and cave-ins on narrow revenue stretches. A large truck may not get close on such a road, which is why our Sector 59 page commits to a smaller vehicle in two trips where needed. Two trips cost more road time but less carrying time than a long walk from a truck parked far away.

The missing sector roads. Many internal roads beyond Sector 58 were never built. According to Construction World on 17 July 2026, Haryana's town planning department, the DTCP, has proposed acquiring about 1,150 acres to build the missing 24-metre roads across Sectors 58 to 115. The first phase, reported on 26 September 2026, covers about 107 acres in Sectors 81 to 86 and 104, not Sector 59. So for now, plan on the roads that exist today.

The main road works. GMDA's tender for an eight-lane Golf Course Extension Road was complete by 3 May 2026, according to The Tribune. We found no later progress report on 29 October 2026, so we check the stretch outside your gate in the days before the move.

The city's truck windows. Gurugram Traffic Police's undated Digi Pass note, which sits on a GMDA server, closes the designated roads to commercial vehicles for two spells a day: the morning peak of 8–10 am and the evening peak of 5–9 pm. For a large duplex or tower flat, finishing the packing the day before is what lets the loading fit in the hours between. Our office is closed on Sundays, so book a big move for Monday to Saturday.

Where do short moves from Sector 59 usually go?

Mostly to the sectors on the same road. The distances below are crow-flight lines we worked out on 29 October 2026 from each sector's OpenStreetMap centre point; by road every one is longer.

New home Straight line from Sector 59 Band Our page
Sector 60 about 1.0 km Gurgaon Sector 60
Sector 61 about 1.3 km Gurgaon Sector 61
Sector 58 about 1.5 km Gurgaon Sector 58
Sector 62 about 2.4 km Gurgaon Sector 62
Sector 56 about 2.6 km Gurgaon Sector 56
Sector 57 about 3.4 km Gurgaon Sector 57
Sector 65 about 3.6 km Gurgaon Sector 65

A move of one kilometre costs nearly as much as one across the city, since the hours spent packing, carrying and unpacking do not shrink with the distance. What a short hop saves is road time, which helps when the slot at the new building is tight. For the costs at the far end of a move to Sector 60, see our Sector 60 costs post.

Our nearest office is the South City II branch in Sector 49, about 5.7 km away in a straight line, though Sector 59 jobs are planned from our Sector 110 head office, as the Sector 59 page explains.

What changes if the goods are going to Delhi?

The Delhi column applies, and the truck must meet Delhi's winter rules. These dates matter for a move booked now:

  1. 31 October 2026. A temporary allowance for older commercial goods vehicles from outside Delhi, granted under a CAQM order of 17 October 2025, ends on this date, WION Drive reported on 23 October 2026. We found no extension on 29 October 2026.
  2. 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. Delhi's winter plan keeps out any vehicle with an outside registration that does not meet BS-VI, the same report says, though CNG and battery vehicles still get in.
  3. 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027. The wider Winter Action Plan runs for these months, and the Chief Minister's post quoted by WION Drive adds that a vehicle without a valid PUC certificate gets no fuel.
  4. GRAP stage. The air-quality body put Stage I in force across the NCR on 21 October 2026, Akashvani reported. Higher stages add curbs, so check the stage the day before.

When you book, ask where the truck is registered and which emission class it meets. Routes and papers are covered in our Delhi and Gurgaon moving guide.

What keeps a Sector 59 move near the bottom of its range?

Cutting out the time a crew spends waiting:

  • To do: Tell us at the first call if the home is a duplex, and which level holds what
  • To do: Measure the internal stair turn against your largest wardrobe and bed
  • To do: Book the service lift for the whole loading span, in writing, at both ends
  • To do: In a new tower, ask whether fit-out contractors share the lift that day
  • To do: A day ahead, walk the last stretch between the main road and your gate
  • To do: Have every carton sealed the evening before, leaving the 10 am to 5 pm gap for loading
  • To do: For a Delhi delivery from November, get the truck's emission class in writing
  • To do: In July and August, keep a spare date; our Sector 59 monsoon post explains why

Should the old lease run out before the new keys arrive, the goods can wait in storage, and the packing work itself is described on our household shifting page.

Key takeaway

Inside Gurgaon, our October 2026 bands for Sector 59 run from Rs 4,500 to Rs 15,000 up to three bedrooms, which covers most rented flats; duplexes and homes of 3.5 BHK or more are surveyed first. Crew time follows the building: internal stairs in duplexes, shared lifts in new towers, lanes in the village pockets. Load between 10 am and 5 pm, and for Delhi from 1 November 2026, book a BS-VI, CNG or electric truck.

With both addresses and a date settled, ask us for a written quote. This page is general information, not a quote: its rupee ranges are indicative October 2026 figures, and listing shares, road works, traffic hours and Delhi's rules can change before your moving day.
