A house shift from Sector 60 to another Gurgaon address is priced on ranges our owner set in October 2026: Rs 4,500–7,000 for a 1 BHK, Rs 8,000–12,500 for a 2 BHK and Rs 12,000–15,000 for a 3 BHK, while four-bedroom floors and larger tower flats are quoted after a survey. Where your move lands in its band depends on the building type, the hours a truck may use the road and, for Delhi, the truck's emission class from 1 November 2026.
This post covers money, time and access only. If your home is being divided between a new flat, a storage unit and a different city, our page for packers and movers in Sector 60 Gurgaon explains how we pack and deliver each lot. Week-one questions such as the PIN, police station and schools are answered in the Sector 60 newcomer's guide.
What does a house shift from Sector 60 cost in October 2026?
A household leaving Sector 60 might stay in Gurgaon, head into Delhi or cross to Noida. Here are the owner's October 2026 ranges for all three, which our Gurgaon packers and movers page also carries:
| Home | Within Gurgaon | Gurgaon to Delhi | Gurgaon to Noida |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | Rs 4,500–7,000 | Rs 7,000–8,000 | Rs 8,000–10,000 |
| 2 BHK | Rs 8,000–12,500 | Rs 10,000–13,500 | Rs 10,000–14,000 |
| 3 BHK | Rs 12,000–15,000 | Rs 14,000–16,500 | Rs 14,000–18,500 |
| 4 BHK or larger | Survey and written quote | Survey and written quote | Survey and written quote |
A car or a two-wheeler can go on the same day: within 50 km, the car rate is Rs 9,000–11,500 and a scooter or motorcycle's is Rs 3,000–7,000, booked through our car transport service. Delhi and Noida have their own pages, packers and movers in Delhi and in Noida, with the same bands.
The missing fourth row matters more here than in most sectors. Adani Realty, read on 23 October 2026, lists Samsara Arya's 3 and 4 BHK floors at a RERA carpet area of about 1,109 to 2,104 sq ft, and Ireo Skyon has four-bedroom flats too, as our newcomer's guide notes. A home at the large end of that range is priced on its actual contents, not on the bedroom count. Rate cards on mover pages that rank for this sector are mostly undated and give no source; ours carry a month and come from the owner.
Tower flat or low-rise floor: where do the crew's hours go?
Sector 60's homes fall into two kinds of building, and each eats time in its own way.
| Building | What the source says | Where the hours go | What to settle at the survey |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ireo Skyon | 39 floors, completed in 2018 (Wikipedia) | In a 39-floor tower the service lift is shared with every household moving that week; the truck stands at a bay, which may be some way from your tower | The lift slot in writing, the bay's location and the walk from it |
| Samsara (M Block) | 3 and 4 BHK floors; Adani Realty says each building has lifts and a designated parking area | A lift in a low-rise block, whose size we check before the day; parking spaces that belong to residents | Which items fit the lift standing up, and where a goods vehicle may wait |
| Samsara Arya | Stilt plus four floors, one home per floor, an optional private terrace; under construction with possession given as December 2026 | First move-ins while neighbours are still doing fit-outs; terrace furniture and planters | Whether the lift is running and cleared for goods on your date |
Two habits cut hours in either type. First, measure the largest pieces against the lift car and the stairwell turns at the survey, so the crew does not find out on the landing that a wardrobe must be taken apart. Second, empty the lofts and wardrobes before the day; the household shifting team can then spend its time on the kitchen and fragile items.
A terrace adds a job people forget. Planters, outdoor furniture and soil weigh far more than they look, and potted plants travel best in your own car. Tell us at the survey what stays on the terrace and what moves.
What might your society charge on top?
Possibly a moving fee or a refundable deposit, set by the facility office or the builder's team, and separate from any mover's bill. Rough Gurgaon figures from a September 2026 guide are set out in our Sector 61 costs post. For a Sector 60 move, ask for three answers in writing before the date: what the fee is, whether any deposit comes back and when, and whether outstanding maintenance must be paid before a goods pass is issued.
When can the moving truck use Gurgaon's roads?
Between the no-entry windows, if the latest note we found still applies. The Vehicle Movement Digi Pass note of the Gurugram Traffic Police, hosted by GMDA and read on 23 October 2026, closes designated roads to commercial vehicles in two spells: 8 to 10 am and 5 to 9 pm.
The same note explains why we plan around those hours rather than through them. Its digital passes are aimed at essential services such as healthcare, catering, food supply, manufacturing and e-commerce. They are free, granted at first for three months, and depend on traffic density and road capacity. A household mover cannot count on one for a single day's job, so we aim for the truck to reach your gate after 10 am and to leave before 5 pm. The note carries no date, so check that the windows still apply to your route.
What changes if the truck is going to Delhi?
Delhi's winter rules start just as many families plan a move. For a truck registered in Haryana, these are the dates to watch:
- Until 31 October 2026. A BS-IV goods vehicle registered outside Delhi can still enter under a one-year transition, which ends that day, WION reported on 30 September 2026. We found no extension as of 23 October 2026: check.
- 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. Commercial vehicles from outside Delhi that are not BS-VI cannot enter, with CNG and electric vehicles exempted; pumps also refuse fuel to any vehicle without a valid PUC certificate, according to The Hindu.
- GRAP stages. Stage I of the Graded Response Action Plan came into force in Delhi on 21 October 2026 after the AQI reached 244, The Statesman reported. Higher stages tighten the curbs on goods vehicles, so check the stage on the day before.
In practice, ask for the truck's registration state and emission class when you book a Delhi move, and keep a reserve date. Border routes and documents are in our Delhi and Gurgaon moving guide.
Which road works could slow a Sector 60 move?
None that we could confirm on the ground as of 23 October 2026, but two projects are worth watching:
| Project | Latest dated report | What it could mean for a move |
|---|---|---|
| Eight lanes for Golf Course Extension Road | The Tribune, 3 May 2026: GMDA's tender was complete and work was expected to begin soon | Narrowed lanes and barricades near junctions; we found no later progress report, so check the approach to your gate |
| Elevated corridor on the SPR, NH-48 to Vatika Chowk | Rahsta Expo: GMDA's tender for the 4.23 km first package opened on 1 October 2026, with bids due by 18 November 2026 and 30 months allowed for building | No works yet; once building starts, the route out towards NH-48 may see diversions |
For rain-season risks on these same roads, see our Sector 60 monsoon guide.
Does a move to a neighbouring sector change anything?
The Gurgaon band is the same for a short hop as for a long one. The difference lies in the building you arrive at:
| Next home | Our page | What to confirm first |
|---|---|---|
| Sector 59 | Sector 59 | The society's lift and gate rules, set out in our Sector 59 rules guide |
| Sector 61 | Sector 61 | Which estate gate a goods vehicle must use for your tower |
| Sector 62 | Sector 62 | Service-lift booking in a tall tower |
| Anywhere else in Gurgaon | Gurgaon | Same band; lift, pass and parking at both ends |
When the next home is not ready, we can hold the whole load, or just some of it, in our warehouse for a charge based on days and space.
Which details get you a firm figure quickly?
- To do: Both addresses, with project, tower or building, floor and flat number
- To do: The number of bedrooms, and whether it is a 4 BHK or has a terrace
- To do: The service-lift slot and goods-vehicle gate, in writing, at both ends
- To do: The society's moving fee and deposit, and any dues to clear
- To do: For Delhi: a preferred date and a reserve date
- To do: A car or two-wheeler to send with the household
Key takeaway
Inside Gurgaon, a Sector 60 house shift costs between Rs 4,500 and Rs 15,000 depending on home size under the owner's October 2026 ranges; four-bedroom floors are surveyed first. Book the lift, aim for a 10 am to 5 pm truck window, and for a Delhi move from November, confirm that the truck is BS-VI, CNG or electric.
Our head office is in Sector 110. Once the dates are set, share both addresses with us and we will send a written quote.
This post is general information rather than a quote. Every figure in it is an indicative range our owner set in October 2026, and traffic orders, GRAP stages and road works can shift quickly; check them with your facility office, Gurugram Traffic Police and Delhi Traffic Police before the day.
