Maxx Relocation handles first move-ins to new flats in Sector 61. We plan the day with the builder's facility team, cover fresh floors and fittings, and can hold your goods in storage until the carpenters and painters are done.
Area overview

Sector 61 is in the Golf Course Extension Road belt. It has no metro yet: the planned metro extension from Sector 55–56 towards Pachgaon lists a Sector 61 station, but construction has not begun. If you have just taken possession of a flat in a new tower here, remember that moving into a building that has only just been finished is not like moving into one that has run for a decade. The service lift may still be under checks, the facility team may be writing its move-in rules for the first time, and your own flat has fresh paint and floors without a mark on them.
Rain is a nearer concern than the metro. Golf Course Extension Road appears on The Tribune's list of roads that waterlog in monsoon after monsoon, and during the first heavy downpour of July 2026 it was one of the stretches where flooding caused long jams (The Tribune). For a move-in in July or August we keep a spare day in the plan and the storage fall-back ready, so a flooded approach road does not leave the truck waiting with your goods.
We start with a look at the new flat before moving day. We check the lift size, the loading point and the route from the truck to your door, and note anything unfinished that could slow the day, such as snag work in a corridor or a gate still being fitted.
If your wardrobes or modular kitchen are late, your goods need not sit in a rented room. They can go into our storage, palletised and sealed, and come to the flat once it is ready. Local know-how
A building's first year has its own problems. These are the ones we plan around.
On the ground in Sector 61 Golf Course Extension Road
New towers often settle their move-in rules as residents arrive: which lift, which hours, which gate. Get them in writing from the facility desk and share them with us.
We lay sheets along the carrying route and pad door frames and new lift panels, so the first scratch in your home does not come from the move.
A newly commissioned service lift can be shut for checks at short notice. Confirm the day before that it is running; if not, we agree a new date or a storage stop with you.
When the carpenter overruns, your goods wait in our warehouse, watched by CCTV and motion sensors, until you call for them.
A new flat means a new layout. Tell us which bedroom gets which bed; cartons are labelled by destination room so the crew places them without asking.
Around newly delivered projects, approach roads and gates are sometimes still being built. We check the route to your gate before the truck sets out.
Finding your way
Reference points we pass to drivers for a first move-in here, and what each one means on the day.
A Wikipedia table of the city's highest towers puts Pioneer Park in Sector 61, 33 floors high and complete in 2020. A tower of that height is easy to spot from the main road, which makes it a quick answer when a driver phones for directions.
The same list shows Puri's Aravallis project in Sector 61 as still being built, at 42 floors with 2027 as its expected year. Mixers and material trucks for a site that tall share the approach roads with moving vehicles, so we ask your guards which gate stays clear of site traffic.
Square Yards names both among the roads of Sector 61. Giving one of them with the society name helps a driver from outside Gurgaon reach the correct side of the sector at the first attempt.
Square Yards puts this stop about 3 km away; it is the closest working metro until the planned line arrives. If you are coming to meet the crew by metro, this is where you get off and take a cab or auto for the last stretch.
Homes we move
Much of the housing here is high-rise and recent, and the next wave is taller. RERA Tracker lists the first registered phase of The Aravallis as two towers holding 324 three- and four-bedroom flats, on land in village Ullawas, with completion given as 30 June 2029.
Square Yards' locality page also records residents' complaints of water shortages during the day. In a flat you have only just received, run the taps, the geyser and the kitchen sink outlet before moving day, so you know what supply to expect while the cartons are being opened.
On the ground
Some records give the land as village Ullawas rather than the sector, as RERA Tracker does for The Aravallis. If your allotment or possession letter uses the village name, tell us, so the address on our booking matches the one on your gate pass.
Walk the flat with the builder's team and photograph floors, door frames and lift panels before the crew arrives. If a mark is already there, your photos show it was not made on moving day.
In December 2024 The Tribune reported a GMDA proposal for 1,000 new road gullies on the roads of Sectors 58 to 62, spaced every 10 metres on main roads instead of every 50. If that work is open beside your society, the truck may have to stop further away, and we bring trolleys for the longer carry.

When to move
Short cloudbursts still catch this road out. The Pioneer reported on 6 September 2026 that 36 mm of rain fell on Gurugram within one hour on a Saturday afternoon, with Golf Course Extension Road one of the worst-hit stretches. From July to September we start unloading early, so that if a downpour comes later in the day the goods are already indoors.
June is hard on a crew working in a flat where the fans may not be fitted yet. On 18 June 2024, with a red alert for heat in force, The Tribune recorded a high of 45.1 °C in Gurugram and a low of 32.2 °C. On such days the crew starts at dawn and ask for the power to be on in the new flat, so a fan or cooler can run while the crew works.

FAQ
Still have a question?
Call or WhatsApp us and talk it through with our team.
Check that the service lift works, that the facility team has approved your move-in date, and that power and water are on. Walk the route from the gate to your door and tell us about anything blocked.
Yes. We pack and move everything into storage, keep it palletised and apart from other customers' goods, and deliver when you are ready. Give us a rough date so we can plan the space. Arriving from another city as well? Our Sector 62 page covers that.
Yes. We cover the floor from the main door to each room and pad the door frames. If you have wooden or Italian marble flooring, mention it so we bring enough covering.
Drilling and wall fixtures are usually work for your electrician or carpenter. Ask us when you book and we will tell you what the crew can take on that day.
Carrying a full home up many floors by the stairs is slow and risky, so we would rather move the date. If the lift status is uncertain, your goods can wait in storage for a few days.
In many new towers, yes. The facility or maintenance desk decides the move-in date, which lift the goods use and which gate the truck enters by. Ask for those rules in writing and share them with us, and we plan the crew and vehicle around them.
