Maxx Relocation moves apartments in DLF Phase 5's high-rise condominiums, where the building's rules set the pace. We work to your society's move window and lift booking, protect lifts and corridors, and pack large TVs, art and glass for the ride down.
Area overview

DLF City Phase 5 covers Sectors 42, 43, 53 and 54 along Golf Course Road, according to DLF's own compliance filing for the project. Much of it is tall condominium towers, such as The Magnolias, Belaire and Park Place, with large apartments, a facility team and a clear rulebook; a few projects, such as The Grove in Sector 54, are low-rise floors. In a tower the building shapes the move more than the road does: when the service lift is free, which gate the truck uses, and what the facility office needs before any goods can leave.
DLF's filings also show how the phase is divided. Its compliance report lists towers such as Westend Heights, Royalton, Pinnacle, Icon and Summit alongside the bigger condominiums, and places The Aralias in Zone 4 of Sector 42 and Belaire in Zone 8 of Sector 54. A separate DLF clearance file puts The Crest in Zone 10, Sector 54. Give us the tower, zone and sector together and we can confirm the entry gate before the truck leaves. The Rapid Metro stops at Sector 42-43, Sector 53-54 and Sector 54 Chowk. Low-lying roads are the one drawback: The Tribune listed DLF Phases 1 to 5 among the areas hardest hit by a heavy July 2026 downpour.
Many societies ask for a move request some days in advance, allow moves only in set hours and hold a refundable deposit against damage to common areas. Tenants may also need a letter from the flat owner. Rules differ from tower to tower, so we ask for your society's list early and build the day around it.
Homes here often hold things that need extra care: wall-mounted TVs, glass dining tables, framed art, large mirrors and designer lights. These get special cartons and extra padding. Some families are moving abroad. For them we sort the household into what ships overseas, what goes into storage and what stays, and hand the overseas part to our international moving team.
Local know-how
The steps that keep a tower move on time and your deposit safe.
On the ground in DLF Phase 5 Golf Course Road
Many societies allow moves only in set daytime hours. We start packing early so loading ends inside the window, not after it.
A move request, a gate pass for goods leaving and, for tenants, a letter from the owner are commonly asked for. You file them; we give you the details they need.
Before the first item goes out, we line the service lift and pad the corners and floors along the route, so common areas are left as we found them.
Towers usually send trucks to one loading point, sometimes a basement with limited headroom. We check it before choosing the vehicle.
Large TVs, art, mirrors and glass tops are boxed on their own with extra padding, marked FRAGILE and loaded where nothing heavy can press on them.
We split the home into what ships, what is stored and what stays, then pack and list each lot for its own journey.
Finding your way
Phase 5 stretches along Golf Course Road, so before the truck sets off we point the driver to the road, station or building nearest your tower.
Wikipedia’s list of the tallest buildings in Delhi-NCR gives DLF Camellias, on Camellias Road in Sector 42, a height of 156 metres over 39 floors, completed in 2017. A road named after the building is easy for a driver to find, and a block that tall shapes the lift plan described below.
This is the part of Golf Course Road that jammed after the city recorded 117 mm of rain on 6 August 2026, and movement between Sector 54 Chowk and Ghata was still affected the next morning, India.com reported. Towers in Sectors 53 and 54 open onto it, so after a wet night we check this section before dispatch.
From the phase’s three stations, trains head north to Sikanderpur, where the Yellow Line connects. Wikipedia records that the line’s operations moved from the Delhi Metro network to the newly formed Gurugram Metro in 2024, so newer signs and maps may carry that name.
DLF’s Phase V compliance report counts a golf course among the phase’s facilities and places one common sewage treatment plant for the whole phase in Sector 43, with its treated water used to irrigate the course. The greens give a driver a large, easily named marker between the towers.
Homes we move
The same DLF filing sets out the scale of the development: 463 acres across the four sectors, with 4,175 main apartments after expansion, 360 separate dwelling units for service staff and 378 flats for economically weaker sections. With that many homes, the tower and wing name tell the driver far more than the sector number does.
Height changes the day as much as size does. In a 39-floor block like the Camellias, every round trip in the service lift is long, so we size the crew by the number of lift trips rather than the volume of goods alone, and clear the upper rooms first so the lift never stands empty waiting for us.
On the ground
DLF’s compliance report says each building in the phase has an entry route for vehicles and a separate exit route. Ask the facility office which gate the truck should come in by and which it should leave by, and send us both, so the truck is never turned back at a barrier meant only for leaving.
The phase was planned with 360 dwelling units for service personnel alongside the flats. If someone working for your household has lived in quarters attached to your apartment, list which of the things in those rooms are yours, and agree the handover of that key with the society too.
In a heatwave notice of 31 May 2024, Gurugram’s district disaster management authority asked employers and RWAs to keep outdoor work to a minimum from noon to 4 pm and not to call domestic workers in the afternoon. If your staff are helping to sort things before the packers arrive, plan their part for the morning.

When to move
Rain on Golf Course Road has a cause in the land itself. In March 2023 The Tribune reported the municipal corporation’s finding that water running off four creeks close to the road was a main reason it floods; two of the creeks, in Sectors 42 and 54, lie inside Phase 5. For a date in July or August we hold the following day free and start loading the moment the society’s window opens.
Late May brings the other limit. A NewsX weather table for 22 May 2026 put Golf Course Road at 44°C. Lift lobbies stay in the shade, but the loading bay and the truck do not, so summer moves begin early and the electronics go into the vehicle last.

Pricing guidance
In a DLF Phase 5 tower, the building's rules and the value of what you own shape the quote as much as the size of the apartment.

The booking must come from a resident, so you file it with the facility office. We give you the date, the hours we need and the vehicle details they usually ask for, then plan the day around the slot you get.
It varies by society. A move request form, a gate pass for goods going out and, for tenants, a letter from the owner are common. Some also hold a refundable deposit. Ask your facility office for its list a week or so before the move.
