Moving to Sector 60 usually means a flat in the Ireo Skyon towers or an apartment or floor in Adani and Brahma's Samsara, on Golf Course Extension Road. The things to settle in your first week are the address (published sources give five different PIN codes), which police station covers you, how the family gets to the metro, school and hospital, and what your building does about water and visitors' cars.

Which homes in Sector 60 can you move into now?
Two finished projects hold most of the homes, and a third is still being built. Here is what each source said when we checked on 16 October 2026:

Square Yards counts Ireo Skyon's towers as six in one place and seven in another, and also lists plots under the Ireo City name in Sector 60. We could not confirm the plots from a developer page, so treat that listing with care.
The visitors' parking point matters more than it sounds. If your parents visit at weekends or a cook comes by scooter, ask the facility office before you sign where their vehicles may stand, and whether a guest pass is needed.
Which PIN code should you write?
The one on your lease, your allotment letter or the society's delivery notice. Published sources do not agree, as this table shows:

Two habits stop parcels going astray. Write the society, tower and flat number before the sector, and add "Ullahawas" as a landmark: the village name appears in hotel and police records for this area, and riders often know it better than a sector number.
Which police station covers Sector 60?
The Sector-65 Police Station, even though its building is in Sector 59. Gurugram Police list its jurisdiction as Ullahwas, Kadarpur, Behrampur, Medawas, Ramgarh, Dhumspur and Sectors 58 to 67, and give its address as opposite the Ireo Grand Arch society. Some portals point newcomers to the Sector 56 station instead, so go by the police department's own page.
If you rent, the tenant verification form is filed through the Gurugram Police verification page, and the same page covers a driver, cook or other domestic help. Keep the acknowledgement for the facility office, which may ask for it with your lease.
How do you get around from Sector 60?
By cab, car or bus to start with, then by the Rapid Metro. Lemon Tree describes its Sector 60 hotel as very close to the Sector 55–56 station, where the Rapid Metro's Golf Course Road line ends. Square Yards lists bus stops at Ullahawas Village, Kadarpur T-point and Pioneer Park in Sector 61, and says GMCBL city buses run along the main roads.
Square Yards' list of drawbacks also names costly cabs and autos and heavy traffic at peak hours, so time the school run and the office commute once in your first week before you rely on them. Where can young children go to preschool or school?
The nearest early-years option we could confirm from its own website is Safari Kid's Sector 60 centre, on Golf Course Extension Road opposite Ireo Skyon. Its page, updated in August 2026, lists:
- children from 16 months to 6 years, as a preschool and day care;
- hours of 9 am to 6 pm;
- a 16,000 sq ft centre with an outdoor play area;
- transport as "currently unavailable", so drop-off and pick-up are yours;
- admissions open for 2026–27.
For school-age children, the larger schools are in the neighbouring sectors. Before you commit, ask each school whether its bus stops at your society gate and how early it leaves.
Which hospitals should you save?
Save these before the first night:

A third large hospital is on the way, but not yet. ETHealthWorld reported on 25 April 2024 that Paras Health had laid the foundation stone of a 300-bed hospital in Sector 63-A. We found no opening announcement, so do not count on it yet.
What about shops, the post office and water?
Plan on a short drive for most errands. Square Yards marks Baani City Center about 1.0 km away and AIPL Joy Square about 1.1 km away, and says residents have pointed to a poor network of local markets. NoBroker's list of nearby offices puts the post office in Sector 56, which matches the 122011 PIN above.
For water, ask the facility office how the building is supplied and how much it stores. GMDA said in a press release of 30 September 2026 that Sectors 58 to 80, Sector 60 among them, would be switched to a new boosting station in Sector 72; our Sector 61 guide has the details. As of 16 October 2026 we had not found a GMDA notice saying it was running, so check before you assume supply has improved. Square Yards also lists occasional power cuts among the sector's drawbacks, so ask what the backup covers: lights only, or lifts, geysers and air conditioners too.
What rent should renters expect, and what should they settle?
Rents in Ireo Skyon vary with size, floor and furnishing:

Then the paperwork, in this order:
- Lease and verification. Sign, then file the police form with the Sector-65 station's area named.
- Society registration. Give the facility office your lease, ID, vehicle numbers and any domestic help's details for gate access.
- Address changes. Update your bank, employer and gas connection with the same PIN and address order you give couriers.
Your first-week checklist

What does the move into Sector 60 cost?
Coming from another Gurgaon address, the owner's indicative ranges for October 2026 put one bedroom at Rs 4,500–7,000, two at Rs 8,000–12,500 and three at Rs 12,000–15,000. Ireo Skyon and Samsara both have four-bedroom homes, and those are quoted after a survey.
