Moving to Sector 59 suits people who work on Golf Course Extension Road most of all, because the sector holds office parks as well as homes: International Tech Park Gurgaon, Tata Realty's Intellion Park and the University of Southampton's Delhi campus. Homes range from new luxury towers and the older Raisina Residency to a lower-priced project and rooms in the old village pockets, but shops, schools and the metro are mostly a short drive away.
This guide is for your first weeks. It covers the kinds of home on offer, rents from two portals as read on 23 October 2026, a PIN code tangle, the police station inside the sector, and the nearest schools, hospitals and errands. Every figure has a named source and a date.
Who is Sector 59 a good fit for?
Above all, people whose office is next door. NoBroker's locality page names International Tech Park Gurgaon, Tata Intellion Park and Capital Cyberscape as employment hubs in the sector. On 1 February 2026, Angel One reported that IBM had leased 230,378 sq ft across floors 7 to 12 of Tower 4 at Intellion Park, Sector 59, on a 10-year lease. The University of Southampton Delhi gives its campus address as International Tech Park Gurgaon, near Sector 59, off Golf Course Extension Road.
For a family whose working life is elsewhere, the picture is different. Square Yards' Sector 59 overview notes that walkable shops are thin and that residents lean on hubs outside the sector for errands. What kinds of home can you rent here?
Four, broadly, and each asks a different question on a viewing.

One trap for portal searches: there is a Sector 59 in Faridabad too, and some NoBroker pages for Sector 59 carry "faridabad" in the web address while showing Gurgaon homes. Check the city on every listing before you call.
What does rent cost in Sector 59?
The two portals differ widely, and neither has many listings. NoBroker's Sector 59 rentals page, labelled October 2026, gave these bands, read on 23 October 2026:

The low ends of NoBroker's bands come from rooms and small flats in the village pockets; the high ends come from the towers. NoBroker put society maintenance at Rs 300 to 23,000 a month. Square Yards counted 490 homes for rent and a 5 BHK average of about Rs 2,31,650. Use these to judge whether an asking rent is sensible, not as a quote.
Which PIN code should you use?
Sector 59 has an unusually wide spread. Each number below was run through a free lookup of India Post records on 23 October 2026:
- 122002: used by Tata Housing for Raisina Residency. India Post ties it to the DLF QE sub post office.
- 122101: used by the University of Southampton for its campus. This is the Badshahpur sub post office.
- 122102: used by Gurugram Police for the station in the sector. This is Bhondsi, whose branch offices include one called Raisina; that is a village, not the housing society.
- 122011: shown by OpenStreetMap's place search. This is the Gurgaon Sector 56 sub post office, about 2.2 km from the sector's centre.
- 122098: given by Square Yards. The lookup returned no post office for it.
Do not guess. Whatever PIN appears on post that has actually reached your flat, such as a utility bill the facility office holds, is the one to repeat on the rent agreement, Aadhaar update and admission papers. Where is the police station?
Inside the sector. Gurugram Police give the Sector-65 Police Station's address as opposite the Ireo Grand Arch society, Sector 59, and list Sectors 58 to 67 and the villages of Ullahwas, Old and New Behrampur and Dhumspur under it. Your landlord should complete tenant verification there. Keep a copy, and save 112 for emergencies.
Which schools and hospitals are close?
Few are inside the sector, so plan on a short drive. Measured in straight lines from the Sector 59 point on OpenStreetMap, on 23 October 2026:

- Suraj School, Sector 56: about 2.4 km.
- Megha Model Public School: about 1.6 km, by Square Yards' own measure.
Square Yards lists a resident complaint that school buses sometimes refuse to use the damaged roads near the sector entry, so ask each school where its bus would stop for your address. How do you get around and run errands?
Mostly by car or cab. OpenStreetMap puts the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station about 2.3 km from the centre point and Sector 54 Chowk about 3.3 km. For errands, Hong Kong Bazaar Mall and the HUDA Market are each about 2.6 km away, and Square Yards names Needs Supermarket at Skyon and a Spencer's as daily-needs stores.
Square Yards' resident watchouts, undated and read on 23 October 2026, are worth taking on a viewing: a revenue road to Raisina Residency that is often dug up and waterlogged, streetlights out on the road towards Behrampur, and cab drivers cancelling over broken access lanes. What belongs on your list for the first two weeks?
- To do: Check that every listing says Gurgaon, and take the PIN from real post.
- To do: See that the landlord's verification form reaches the Sector-65 station; keep the receipt.
- To do: Book the service lift in writing, and ask whether fit-out contractors share it.
- To do: Cover the stretch between the Extension Road and your gate on foot one evening.
- To do: Ask each school where its bus stops for your building.
- To do: Book a cab to your gate at office rush hour and note how long pickup takes.
- To do: Record the electricity meter reading and the account holder's name.
