No residential society in Sector 58 that we could find posts its moving rules online, so the permissions for your move come from the office that runs your building, and in practice that means the estate or facility office at Ireo Grand Arch. The timings that are written down belong to the roads: the traffic police's truck no-entry hours, the widening of Golf Course Extension Road, and a rain-damaged stretch at Ghata that police closed in August 2026.

This guide covers who approves a Sector 58 move and when the truck may run. The Haryana law that makes society bye-laws binding on owners and tenants is the same in every sector, and we explain its sections in our Sector 59 rules guide rather than again here. For lift trips, crew hours and price ranges, read our post on shifting within or near Sector 58.

Which buildings in Sector 58 can you actually move into?

Fewer than the skyline suggests. Wikipedia's tallest-buildings list for Gurgaon shows three completed high-rises in the sector, and only one of them is a home. The newest residential project is on HARERA's register but is years from handing over a flat.

Building What the source says Status for a household move Who approves the move
Ireo Grand Arch Four towers of 30 floors, completed 2014 (Wikipedia) Lived in The complex's estate or facility office
Three Sixty North, Oberoi Realty Registered with HARERA Gurugram on 26 June 2026 Under development; possession proposed by 30 November 2033 for Tower A Nobody yet
Grand View Tower Commercial, completed 2019 (Wikipedia) Offices, not homes The building's own management
Grand Hyatt Hotel, completed 2019 (Wikipedia) Not a residential address Not applicable

So for most families, a Sector 58 move means a flat in Grand Arch or another residential block in the sector, and the rule-maker is that building's office. Where your building is not named above, the same questions apply; only the office changes.

What does Ireo Grand Arch publish about moving?

Nothing that we could find. On 11 October 2026 we searched for a moving policy, a circular, a fee notice or a copy of the bye-laws for Grand Arch and found none online. Property listings describe the flats and the clubhouse; they say nothing about lift bookings or gate passes.

That leaves you with three working rules of thumb:

  • Only the office's paper counts. A neighbour's memory of last year's slot, a broker's figure for a deposit or a WhatsApp forward is not the rule. Ask for the current sheet and look for a date on it.
  • A big complex may book by tower. With four tall residential towers on one site, ask whether the service lift and loading point are booked tower by tower or for the whole complex, and whether another resident has the same day.
  • Rules can change between your enquiry and your move. If you asked in September for a November move, ask again in the week before. An office that keeps its rules offline can revise a timing without any public notice.

Can anyone move into Three Sixty North yet?

No, and nobody will for years. HARERA Gurugram issued registration certificate No. 45 of 2026 on 26 June 2026 for Three Sixty North Tower F, under DTCP licence 69 of 2025 dated 12 May 2025. The certificate records that DTCP has let Oberoi Realty build the project in nine phases. A project-details document HARERA hosts for Tower A gives a proposed completion date of 31 December 2033 and an offer of possession on or before 30 November 2033, and places the land in village Ghata, Sector 58.

Oberoi unveiled the first phase of the 14.8-acre project in June 2026, according to Business Standard on the 30th. Those dates can move, since the certificate allows the Authority to extend a registration, so treat 2033 as the declared target, not a promise. For anyone planning a move today, the point is simple: if a listing offers a "ready" home in this project, it is not one, and no move-in rules exist for it yet.

Which road rules apply at the Ghata end of Sector 58?

Five limits touch a moving truck here, and each was set or reported on a different date. The table puts them side by side with what is still unknown.

Limit What it says Source and date What to check
City no-entry hours Commercial goods vehicles kept off roads the police designate, 8–10 am and 5–9 pm Digi pass note from the traffic police, hosted by GMDA; undated, read 11 Oct 2026 Confirm for your truck size on the traffic helpline, 1095
Ghata Power House to Ghata T-point Police closed the route after rain damaged it India.com, 7 Aug 2026 We found no report of it reopening
Widening of Golf Course Extension Road Eight lanes with drains on both sides; a traffic plan drafted for the building phase The Tribune, 3 May 2026 Which lanes and turns are shut that week
Golf Course Road T-point and four other junctions GMDA weighing a Rs 578 crore flyover or a Rs 658 crore underpass; the Chief Minister to decide Daily Jagran, 3 Oct 2025 We have not seen a later report of a final decision
Republic Day goods-vehicle bans Medium and heavy goods vehicles kept out of Delhi and Gurugram over two nights: the 22nd (5 pm) to the 23rd (1:30 pm), and the 25th (5 pm) to the 26th (1:30 pm) The Tribune, 22 Jan 2025 A fresh advisory is issued each year; read the 2027 one

The Ghata closure matters most for a Sector 58 household, because the T-point is where Golf Course Road ends and the Extension Road begins. The same India.com report described slow traffic on Golf Course Road between Sector 54 Chowk and Ghata, and on the Extension Road from Badshahpur down to Vatika Chowk. A truck coming from the DLF side would normally use that junction, so if the route is still shut, the driver needs a different way in and more time.

The no-entry note is undated and the Republic Day figures are from 2025, which is why both carry a "check" above. Fitting the move between the two daily windows leaves late morning to late afternoon, and the society's own slot must sit inside that.

What paperwork should owners and tenants have ready?

The office decides the list. Most of the items below are the ones our Sector 58 page asks residents to collect; the last is a common extra for tenants:

  • The move form, filled in and signed, with the date and the flat number.
  • A lift and loading-bay booking in one slot, so goods can go from the lift car to the truck without waiting.
  • The crew's names and the truck number for the gate, if the desk asks for them in advance.
  • Proof that the final maintenance bill is paid, if the association holds goods back until it is.
  • For a tenant, the owner's written consent to the move, if the office wants it, plus your ID and rent agreement.

Police verification of a tenant is the landlord's job under a Deputy Commissioner's order of November 2025; our Sector 59 guide explains that order and why orders of its kind need rechecking for your date. If you are moving into Delhi rather than within Gurgaon, the truck must also pass Delhi's own entry and air-quality limits, which our Sector 110 rules guide sets out.

What should you ask a Sector 58 facility office?

Ask these, and keep the answers in an email or on the signed form:

  • To do: What is the date on the rule sheet you are giving me, and is it the latest?
  • To do: Is the service lift booked for my tower alone, and is anyone else moving that day?
  • To do: What are the first and last times goods may cross the gate?
  • To do: How many days' notice do you need, and who signs the gate pass?
  • To do: Is there a deposit, how is damage checked after the move, and when is the deposit returned?
  • To do: For a move-in, must the outgoing resident's pass be closed first?
  • To do: Which gate should the truck use while Golf Course Extension Road is being widened?
  • To do: If rain or a lift fault stops the move, can the slot be shifted without a new charge?

In what order should you sort out a Sector 58 move?

Work backwards from the date the flat must be empty:

  1. Three weeks before: ask the office for the dated rule sheet and the move form. Ask your landlord, or your tenant, about consent and dues.
  2. Two weeks before: book the lift and the loading bay for the same slot, and get the lift number in writing.
  3. One week before: clear the final maintenance bill and send the gate the crew list and truck number if asked.
  4. Two days before: check the approach. Ask whether the Ghata stretch is open and which turns the widening works have closed; our Sector 58 page commits us to rechecking the approach one or two days ahead.
  5. Moving day: keep the signed form and the booking with you, as the guard may want to see both.

Key takeaway

In Sector 58, the society rules sit with your building's office and are not published, so get them on dated paper. The road limits are written down but change: recheck the truck hours, the Ghata closure and the widening works in the week of your move.

Once the office confirms your slot, send us your details and we will size the household shifting crew around it. Goods can go into our storage if the next flat is not free on the day. For the wider corridor there is our Golf Course Road page, and for moves across the city our Gurgaon page.

This is general information for planning. Nothing here is legal advice, and it is not a statement of any Sector 58 society's present rules or of the traffic restrictions on your date. Check both with your building's office and the Gurugram Traffic Police first.
