A house shift that starts in Sector 108 and ends anywhere in Gurgaon falls between Rs 4,500 and Rs 7,000 for a 1 BHK, Rs 8,000 and Rs 12,500 for a 2 BHK, or Rs 12,000 and Rs 15,000 for a 3 BHK, going by our owner's indicative figures for October 2026. Here, the bill moves less with distance than with three local things: which lift your tower lets movers use, how far the truck parks from your door on a large campus, and whether the goods are crossing into Delhi.
The Sector 108 packers and movers page describes the sector and how our crew handles a township move. This post is about money and the working day: where your figure sits in the range, what uses up crew hours in each kind of Sector 108 home, and which rules apply to a truck headed for Delhi.
What will a house shift in Sector 108 cost?
These are pre-survey figures for a move inside Gurgaon, set by our owner and dated October 2026. They also appear on the Gurgaon city page.
| Home | Within Gurgaon (Oct 2026) | Into Delhi, e.g. Dwarka (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | Rs 4,500–7,000 | Rs 7,000–8,000 |
| 2 BHK | Rs 8,000–12,500 | Rs 10,000–13,500 |
| 3 BHK | Rs 12,000–15,000 | Rs 14,000–16,500 |
| Car (up to 50 km) | Rs 9,000–11,500 | Rs 9,000–11,500 |
| Bike (up to 50 km) | Rs 3,000–7,000 | Rs 3,000–7,000 |
Larger homes, villas and plotted houses get a figure only after a survey. To compare these local ranges with intercity ones, see our Gurgaon charges guide, while the car transport page explains how a vehicle travels.
Distance hardly changes the figure here. By OpenStreetMap's sector outlines, the middle of Sector 108 is about 3.5 km from Sector 110, where our head office is, and its neighbours are Sectors 106, 107 and 109. A move to any of them is a short drive, so the hours go on carrying and lifting.
Which part of the range fits your Sector 108 home?
Look at the kind of building first. Sector 108 holds three quite different kinds, and each one costs crew time in its own way.
| Kind of home | What the developer publishes | What uses crew time | Where it tends to sit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sobha City flat | 2 and 3 BHK homes in towers of one basement, stilts and 18 or 24 floors | Lift trips from high floors | Middle of the 2 or 3 BHK range; higher on top floors |
| The Heartsong flat or penthouse | Apartments and penthouses on 15 acres, phases registered 2017 and 2019 | Penthouse furniture and terrace items | 3 BHK range; a penthouse is surveyed |
| The Westerlies plot, villa or apartment | Over 100 acres of developed plots and built homes, villas included | Internal stairs, long campus drives, newer phases | Survey for villas and floors; flat ranges for apartments |
| House in Dharampur village | Mapped by OpenStreetMap inside the sector | Narrow lanes and a carry to the truck | Survey, usually by video call |
Sobha's project page gives a 2 BHK a super built-up area of 1,381 sq ft. Experion lists The Heartsong under three RERA registrations and The Westerlies under five, with its apartment phases registered between 2019 and 2023, so parts of that campus are much newer than others.
Why does the lift matter so much in Sobha City?
Because these towers have few lifts, and most of them are small. Sobha lists the lifts in its specifications as follows:
- Towers A and B (18 floors over a basement and stilts): two lifts, one rated for 15 passengers and one for 8.
- Tower C (24 floors over a basement and stilts): three lifts, one rated for 15 passengers and two for 8.
The project page names no separate goods lift, so the 15-passenger car is the one to ask for. A wardrobe panel or a three-seater sofa that fits it may not fit an 8-passenger car. If the office lets movers use only a small lift, or only at certain hours, more trips and more dismantling follow, and the figure climbs inside the range.
For a large flat high in a tower, the area page says we keep two loaders on the lift landing so cartons keep moving. Before the survey, it helps to know:
- To do: Which lift goods may go in, and its door width and car depth
- To do: The booked hours, in writing, at both the old and the new address
- To do: Whether residents can use that lift during your booking, or it is held for you
- To do: Whether the stilt level or the basement is the loading point
What adds hours in The Westerlies and The Heartsong?
Size and stairs, mostly. Experion says The Westerlies covers more than 100 acres and has a grand arch gate, and its licence note lists two DTCP licences, No. 57 of 2013 and No. 114 of 2019. On a campus that size, the gate a visitor uses can be a long drive from your home. Give us the phase, the plot or tower number and the gate the estate office names for goods, so the truck drives straight there.
A plotted home or villa adds stairs in place of a lift. Every heavy item goes down by hand, landing by landing, and planters or garden furniture add another load. The area page says villas are surveyed first and get a crew and vehicle sized to match, which is why they sit outside the bedroom ranges.
The newer phases bring one more check. Where building work is still going on around a finished tower, the approach road or the loading point can change from week to week, so confirm both with the facility team a day or two before the move.
The Heartsong is smaller, on 15 acres by Experion's figure, but it includes penthouses. A penthouse terrace often holds large pots, swings or outdoor seating, so list them before the survey rather than on the day.
What about a house in Dharampur village?
OpenStreetMap maps Dharampur village inside the sector's boundary. Its lanes grew house by house rather than being laid out like sector roads, so the truck may not get close to the front door. As the area page describes, we look at the approach on a video call first. Where a large truck cannot get in, loads go out to it in a smaller vehicle, and the quote covers that extra leg rather than a guess.
Which rules apply when the move crosses into Delhi?
Sector 108 runs up to the Delhi border, so many moves from here end in Dwarka or elsewhere in West Delhi. A truck making that trip meets rules that a move inside Gurgaon never does:
| Rule | What was reported, and when | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Emission class of goods vehicles from outside Delhi | WION, 30 Sep 2026: the BS-IV window ends 31 Oct 2026; from then only BS-VI, CNG, LNG and electric goods vehicles from outside may enter | For a move from 1 November, ask which class of truck is booked, and recheck the rule nearer the date |
| Toll at the border on the expressway | The Tribune, 12 Nov 2025: tolling has begun at the Bijwasan plaza on the Delhi–Haryana border | Ask whether tolls are inside or outside the written quote |
| Slow vehicles on the expressway | All India Radio, 14 Mar 2024: NHAI barred non-motorised, two- and three-wheeled vehicles from the main carriageway | A three-wheeled loader must keep to the service lanes, so allow extra time |
| Delhi's restricted hours for goods vehicles | Delhi Traffic Police rules | See our Delhi house-shifting guide |
The WION report matters most this month, because a move booked for early November falls after the BS-IV window closes. Air-quality orders in Delhi can be tightened at short notice in winter, so check again a few days before.
On tolls, The Tribune reported the end of free travel on the Dwarka Expressway in November 2025. The NHAI restriction dates from March 2024, so ask whether it still applies in the same form. Event-day closures on the border, such as the ones around Republic Day, are covered in our Sector 110 rules guide.
Moving a short way: what changes at the other end?
Most short moves from Sector 108 go to a neighbouring sector or across the border. The range stays the same within Gurgaon, but the far end sets part of the day:
| Going to | Page | What to settle first |
|---|---|---|
| Sector 107 | Sector 107 | The receiving society's lift booking, at a time that follows your loading |
| Sector 109 | Sector 109 | Whether the sector road to your society is passable with a loaded truck |
| Sector 106 | Sector 106 | The tower's goods entrance and its distance from the gate |
| Sector 110 | Sector 110 | Parking space in a builder-floor lane |
| Dwarka, Delhi | Dwarka | Delhi pricing, the truck's emission class and the city's goods hours |
If your new home won't be ready when the old one has to be handed back, our storage can hold your goods for the gap. For the basics of life in the sector rather than the move itself, see our Sector 108 newcomer's guide.
How can you keep a Sector 108 quote near the lower end?
Most of the saving comes from the lift and the paperwork, settled before the crew arrives:
- To do: Book the 15-passenger lift, or the largest one your tower allows, for the whole loading window
- To do: Measure the lift door and car, and list the pieces that will need to come apart
- To do: Name the campus, phase, tower or plot and the goods gate when you ask for a quote
- To do: For a villa, plotted home or penthouse, ask for a survey instead of a bedroom-count figure
- To do: For a Delhi address after 31 October 2026, confirm the truck's emission class and whether tolls are included
- To do: Pack books, clothes and kitchen items yourself if you want to, and give away what you will not use
What the crew does at the loading and unloading ends is set out on our household shifting page. When you have the tower, floor and date, send them to us with both addresses for a written figure.
Read this as general information: every rupee figure above is an indicative October 2026 range rather than a quote, and society rules, tolls and Delhi's entry rules for trucks can change before your moving day.
