Janakpuri was planned in the late 1960s as a very large residential colony on the western side of Delhi, and today it is served by the Janakpuri East, Janakpuri West and Dabri Mor–Janakpuri South metro stations, as its Wikipedia entry sets out. Yes. We empty it, pad the corners and joints, and wrap it in sheeting before it is lifted. Very heavy pieces are carried by more people, loaded against the side walls of the truck and tied so they cannot slide.

We dismantle beds, dining tables and other pieces held with bolts or screws, and refit them at your new home. Steel almirahs usually move whole, standing upright. Glued or built-in pieces we check first, and we tell you honestly if they should stay.
