If you are moving into or out of Sector 113 and the other address is also in Gurgaon, the owner's October 2026 bands apply: Rs 4,500–7,000 for one bedroom, Rs 8,000–12,500 for two and Rs 12,000–15,000 for three. Where your move lands inside its band depends less on distance than on three local things: the lift slot in a young tower, the state of Bajghera Road and the service lanes that week, and, if the other home is in Dwarka, Delhi's rules for goods vehicles.

How much does a house shift in Sector 113 cost in October 2026?
These are the owner's indicative bands, revised in October 2026 and printed on our Gurgaon packers and movers page. Sector 113 sits on the state line, so two sets matter.

A band is not a quote. In Sector 113 the quote is built from the volume of goods, the crew hours and any days the goods wait in storage between the two homes. What uses up crew hours in a Sector 113 tower?
Mostly waiting and carrying, not driving. When we read Square Yards' sector page in October 2026, it counted 3 ready-to-move societies, 6 partly ready, 4 under construction and 2 new launches. A move here is therefore usually into, or out of, a tower in its first years, where residents moving in, interior contractors and the facility team all need the same lifts and the same gate.

A quick test of a slot: if the building offers two hours and your home is a full three-bedroom flat, ask the facility team now whether a second slot can be booked, rather than finding out on the day.
What state are Sector 113's roads in this month?
Usable, with care. On 7 October 2026 Hindustan Times reported that nearly 1,100 families now live in the area and that Bajghera Road, its main artery, had filled with potholes again after patchwork before the monsoon. Residents told the paper the service roads were worse, that heavy construction vehicles were wearing the surfaces down, that construction waste was being dumped along road edges and that streetlights had not worked for more than a year.
Three agencies were named. GMDA said special repairs and pothole filling were under way on the corridor. An MCG official said the internal roads would be inspected and repaired. The lights on the Bajghera–Najafgarh Road, the official added, belong to the state's public works department. For a move, that means:
- A slower last kilometre. Potholes and debris at the road edge slow a loaded truck, so glass, screens and crockery need packing for a rough ride.
- Daylight unloading. With dark stretches outside some gates, aim to have the last carton inside before dusk.
- A fresh check. Repairs can change the route within days, so we recheck which way into your gate is open one or two days ahead.
The service lanes are a separate project. In June 2026 GMDA told Hindustan Times that its Rs 99 crore project, 27 km of two-lane road 7.5 metres wide on each flank of the expressway, was 70 per cent done, with completion aimed at September 2026 and some land still to be acquired. That date has passed, and we had not seen a completion report when writing, so treat the lane outside your own society as unconfirmed until you check it. At what hours can the truck run?
Between the city's two no-entry windows. The Digi Pass note that GMDA hosts for the Gurugram Traffic Police gives the no-entry timings for commercial vehicles as 8–10 am and 5–9 pm in designated areas. In practice a Sector 113 move works best when the truck reaches the gate after 10 am and is unloaded and away before 5 pm.
That window lines up with the lighting problem. From November the evenings draw in early, so an afternoon that overruns ends both inside the evening restriction and on an unlit road. If your building only offers an afternoon lift slot, tell us when you book: we plan packing at your present home to finish the day before the slot, so the afternoon goes on loading and the lift.
What changes when the other home is in Dwarka?
Bajghera borders Dwarka, according to Wikipedia's article on the village, so many moves from Sector 113 cross the state line within a few kilometres. Three things change:
- The price band. The Gurgaon-to-Delhi bands in the table above apply, not the within-Gurgaon ones.
- Delhi's entry rules. On roads that Delhi closes to goods vehicles at set times, a truck running in those hours needs a permit, the No Entry Permission issued by the Delhi Traffic Police.
- The winter curb. The Hindu reported on 28 September 2026 that from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027 Delhi will restrict entry of commercial vehicles registered outside the city that do not meet BS-VI standards, as it did in 2024 and 2025. The Delhi Chief Minister's Office had earlier said CNG and electric vehicles would be exempt.

Does a move to a neighbouring sector change the plan?
Not the band, if both homes are in Gurgaon. The building at the other end changes the crew hours, though.

What keeps a Sector 113 quote at the lower end of its band?

- To do: Ask where the truck may stand for your tower, and how far that is from the lift
- To do: Tell us the floor, the number of rooms and any deck or balcony furniture
- To do: Check the road from Bajghera Road or the service lane to your gate that week
- To do: Plan to finish unloading before dusk
- To do: For a move into Delhi between November and January, confirm the truck meets the winter rule
- To do: Clear wardrobes and box beds so they can be taken apart quickly
- To do: Keep a second date in hand if handover or repairs are uncertain
