The Dwarka Expressway belt runs from Sector 99 to Sector 115, and no two sectors in it move the same way: Godrej Properties records possession of Godrej Summit in Sector 104 as completed in March 2019, while Godrej Vrikshya in Sector 103 lists possession in June 2031. Roads lag behind the towers too. In January 2026 Swarajya counted nine sector roads between Sectors 99 and 112 that still did not join the expressway, so check your sector's link road, your tower's handover status and your lift slot before you book a truck.
Which sectors make up the Dwarka Expressway belt?
Two lists matter, and they are not the same. Wikipedia's article on the road names the sectors the expressway physically passes through: 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 113. Reporting on roads and civic works, Swarajya and The Tribune use a wider span, Sectors 99 to 115, which takes in sectors set back from the carriageway, such as 107 and 108.
The Haryana section was opened on 11 March 2024, according to the Press Information Bureau, and Wikipedia describes the road as an eight-lane elevated carriageway with eight lanes of service road beneath. For a loaded truck, that design is the point: it cannot drop off the elevated road wherever your tower happens to be. It leaves at a set exit, runs along the service road and then turns onto a sector road, which may or may not be finished.
Two more pockets sit inside the belt. New Palam Vihar is a plotted colony that Square Yards places in Sector 110 (Phases 1 and 2) and partly in Sector 111 (Phase 3). At the southern end, Wikipedia's entry on the village of Bajghera says HSVP's planned South Dwarka corridor absorbs that village into Sectors 112 to 115.
If you are still choosing between this belt and Dwarka in Delhi, our post on Dwarka vs Dwarka Expressway covers the state line, the paperwork and the car. This guide assumes you have picked a sector and want to know what the move into or out of it involves.
How do the sectors compare for a move?
The table sets out what each sector holds, how a truck gets in, and what had been reported about its roads by early October 2026. Societies are named from developer pages, HARERA or property portals, as listed under Sources; a portal listing is not proof of handover, so confirm your own tower's status with the builder.
| Sector | Housing | Named societies (status as published) | Access for a truck | Road status, last reported |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 99 | Not checked for this guide | Look your project up on HARERA | Sector roads; confirm the link road on your side | Swarajya (Jan 2026): 99–99R and 99–102 roads not yet linked |
| 102–103 | Group housing | Godrej Vrikshya, 103: under construction, possession June 2031 | On the expressway, per Wikipedia | Swarajya: 102–102R, 102–103 and 103–106 roads not yet linked |
| 104 | High-rise group housing | Godrej Summit: 11 towers, possession completed March 2019 | On the expressway | Swarajya: 101–104 road not yet linked; Tribune (30 Sep 2026): land for 24-metre roads being acquired in Sector 104 |
| 106 | High-rise group housing | Paras Dews: six towers of 24 floors, ready July 2021 (Square Yards); Godrej Meridien: possession from January 2025 | On the expressway | Swarajya: 103–106 and 106–109 roads not yet linked |
| 107 | Mid-rise and compact flats | M3M Woodshire (delivered); Signature Global Solera 2: 448 flats in five towers, ready September 2021 (Square Yards) | Sector roads, set back from the expressway | Not on Swarajya's list |
| 108 | Large townships, towers and villas | Sobha City: 1,728 homes on 39 acres, towers of 18 and 24 floors | Sobha places it on a 75-metre road | Not on Swarajya's list |
| 109 | Group housing | ATS Kocoon: 444 homes | On the expressway | Swarajya: 106–109 and 109–112 roads not yet linked |
| 110 | Plotted builder floors (New Palam Vihar) and towers | Diplomat Golf Link: 1,445 flats (HARERA, developer); Indiabulls Enigma: seven towers, 472 flats, ready since 2018 (Square Yards) | On the expressway; colony lanes inside New Palam Vihar | Swarajya: 110R–111 road not yet linked |
| 110A | Group housing (apartments) | Mahindra Aura: listed by the developer as sold out | Sector roads | Not on Swarajya's list |
| 111 | Towers, villas and part of New Palam Vihar | Tashee Capital Gateway: ten towers, possession from June 2025 (Square Yards) | NoBroker names Chauma Road; Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 metro about 6.5 km | Swarajya: 110R–111 road not yet linked |
| 112 | Towers and duplex homes | Experion Windchants: seven towers, ready to move | On the expressway, near Bajghera | Swarajya: 109–112 road not yet linked |
| 113 | New towers, mostly under construction | Smartworld One DXP: construction at an advanced stage, per the developer | Birla Estates names the Najafgarh–Bajghera Road; Yashobhoomi metro about 5 km | Not on Swarajya's list |
| 114–115 | New sectors being planned | None checked for this guide | Bajghera side, by the Delhi border | Part of HSVP's South Dwarka corridor (Wikipedia) |
Use the table as a starting point, not a verdict. A sector road that was open on one side in January may have been joined since, and one that was finished may be dug up for drains. We check the approach to your gate again in the week of the move.
Which roads were still unfinished in 2026?
Three separate works were running in the belt in 2026, and each can change a truck's route.
Sector roads waiting for land
Swarajya's January 2026 report listed the roads between Sectors 99–99R, 99–102, 102–102R, 101–104, 102–103, 103–106, 106–109, 109–112 and 110R–111 as not yet connected to the expressway. The cause was a 30-metre green-belt strip that had not been acquired. HSVP, GMDA, the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram and Gurugram Metro Rail were all involved, and HSVP had set 31 January 2026 to compile the land data. On 30 September 2026, The Tribune reported that the state had started acquiring 10.61 acres for new roads 24 metres wide; the two biggest parcels were in Sector 104, the rest in Sectors 81 to 86.
Service roads and drains along the expressway
In June 2026 Swarajya reported that 7.5-metre service roads, 27 km in all counting both sides, were 70 per cent built, with RCC box drains alongside and September 2026 as the target. Ask locally whether the stretch outside your tower is open before you assume it is.
Repairs to internal roads
On 13 May 2026, The Tribune reported a Rs 90 crore plan covering some 50 km of sector roads between 81 and 115, after roads in Sectors 99 to 115 had deteriorated, with potholes, dust and severe monsoon waterlogging. Work was to pick up after the rains, which puts much of it in the coming months. Rain can also slow the main road: Business Today reported waterlogging in the expressway tunnel on 5 September 2026.
Tip
Ask the facility office which gate takes goods vehicles and whether the sector road on that side is open. Send us the answer with the address; it decides whether a full-size truck or a smaller vehicle does the last stretch.
What changes when you move into a newly handed-over tower?
The building, more than the road, sets the pace. When a tower has just been handed over, the facility team may still be writing its move-in routine, and you share the service lift with neighbours who are doing the same thing.
Before you fix a date
- To do: Possession letter in hand. Book the truck against the date on the letter, not against the date the builder first announced.
- To do: Move-in permission. Find out which form the facility office uses, who signs it and what it needs about the vehicle and crew.
- To do: Lift booking. Ask for a slot long enough for the whole unload, and whether interior contractors are allowed in the lift during it.
- To do: Power and water. Make sure the flat has both, and that the lift runs on mains, not only on backup.
- To do: Truck entry. Confirm which gate and where the truck may stand while it is unloaded.
On the day
Fit-out work in neighbouring flats means dust, tiles and boards in the corridors. We keep mattresses, sofas and screens wrapped until the room they go into has been cleaned, and we pad the lift car before the first trip. In the busiest weeks after a handover, an early slot usually gives the crew the lift before contractors arrive.
If the handover moves
Builders' dates do move. If you have to leave your current home first, storage for household goods holds the packed load until the new flat is ready, so you are not paying for a rushed second move.
For the full packing plan, see how our household shifting service works. The corridor as a whole, including tolls and Delhi's rules for goods vehicles, is covered on our page for packers and movers on the Dwarka Expressway.
How is a New Palam Vihar builder floor move different?
It is a stairs-and-lanes move, not a lift move. New Palam Vihar is laid out in plots, and our head office is on one of them: E-94, New Palam Vihar Phase 2, Sector 110. Homes here are usually builder floors, so heavy pieces go down a staircase, and the vehicle stops wherever the lane allows.
That changes the plan in three ways. We send more hands for upper floors. Beds and wardrobes too wide for the stairwell are unscrewed in the room and rebuilt downstairs. And if a large truck cannot get into the lane, a smaller vehicle carries the load to a bigger one on the main road. A move from a New Palam Vihar floor to a tower in Sector 111 or Sector 112 therefore needs both plans: stairs at one end, a booked lift at the other.
Which sector pages cover your move?
Each of these pages covers one sector in more detail, with its own societies and approach roads:
- Sector 106 and Sector 107, on the western side
- Sector 108, for Sobha City and the Experion projects
- Sector 109 and Sector 110, around our head office
- Sector 111, Sector 112 and Sector 113, towards the Delhi border
What does a move in the belt cost?
Our owner's indicative ranges, as published on our Gurgaon packers and movers page in October 2026, are:
| Home size | Within Gurgaon (e.g. Sector 104 to Sector 111) | From these sectors to Delhi |
|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | ₹4,500–7,000 | ₹7,000–8,000 |
| 2 BHK | ₹8,000–12,500 | ₹10,000–13,500 |
| 3 BHK | ₹12,000–15,000 | ₹14,000–16,500 |
Where in the range you land depends on the floor, the lift, how much wrapping your furniture needs and the length of the carry between the lobby and the truck. An unfinished approach road that forces a smaller vehicle and a second trip adds time, which is why we check it before quoting.
Key takeaway
In the Dwarka Expressway belt, the sector number tells you less than the tower's status and the road to its gate. Confirm possession, book the service lift, and find out which side of the sector the truck can reach before you fix the date.
This guide is general information, written to help you plan. Road works, project handovers and society rules change; check the current position with the builder, your facility office or the authority named before acting on it.
