On our owner's indicative October 2026 figures, house shifting in Sector 68 for a one-bedroom flat starts at Rs 4,500 and tops out at Rs 7,000 when the new home is also in Gurgaon, while a two-bedroom flat sits in a Rs 8,000–12,500 band and three bedrooms cost between Rs 12,000 and Rs 15,000. Nine in ten flats let out in the sector fall inside those three rows, so for most households here the real unknowns are the hours: how long the service lift takes, how far the truck stands from the tower, and which road it can use to reach the gate.
Gate rules, route choice and the smaller shuttle vehicle we send down tight lanes are covered separately on our service page, packers and movers in Sector 68 Gurgaon. This post takes the money first, then the time, then the access.
What does house shifting in Sector 68 cost?
Radhe Shyam, who runs the business, put these ranges together in October 2026. You will find the Gurgaon figures on our Gurgaon city page too, and the Delhi ones on our Delhi page. The middle column, from Square Yards' Sector 68 page as read on 29 October 2026, shows how much of the sector's rental supply each size makes up.
| Size of home | Both addresses in Gurgaon | Share of Sector 68 rental supply | New address in Delhi |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flat with 1 bedroom | Rs 4,500–7,000 | Not listed | Rs 7,000–8,000 |
| Flat with 2 bedrooms | Rs 8,000–12,500 | 73% | Rs 10,000–13,500 |
| 2.5 BHK | Quoted after a call or video | 9% | Quoted after a call or video |
| Flat with 3 bedrooms | Rs 12,000–15,000 | 17% | Rs 14,000–16,500 |
| Four bedrooms or more | Quoted after a survey | Not listed | Quoted after a survey |
A car travelling with you is moved by our car transport service at Rs 9,000–11,500 for trips under 50 km, and a bike for Rs 3,000–7,000. Two identical two-bedroom flats can land at opposite ends of a band if one has a free lift and the truck at the tower door, and the other a shared lift and a long walk to the loading point. Our Gurgaon charges guide explains what goes into a band.
Which band will a Sector 68 home fall in?
Almost always the two- or three-bedroom row. Tenants want the same sizes that landlords offer: on the Square Yards page, two-bedroom homes make up 67% of rental demand, three-bedroom homes 21% and 2.5 BHKs 4%, and no other size appears in its rental figures. By property type, the same page puts apartments at 95% of rental supply and builder floors at 3%. So the ordinary Sector 68 rental is a two-bedroom flat in a gated high-rise, and its price comes straight off the 2 BHK row.
The project list on the page points the same way. It gives M3M Natura as two-bedroom flats; Supertech Azaliya, Supertech Jade Towers, M3M Marina and M3M Flora 68 as two- and three-bedroom; and Pareena Hanu Residency as one- and two-bedroom. M3M's own Sierra68 page describes 2 and 3 BHK flats, although Square Yards lists that project as 2 BHK only; your sale or rent papers settle which you have.
Two homes fall outside the published rows:
- A 2.5 BHK. The half room is often a study or a small extra bedroom. What it holds, a desk and shelves or a full bed and wardrobe, decides where the price lands, so it is quoted after a call or a short video rather than read off a row.
- A four-bedroom flat. Square Yards lists SAS Arcadia with three- and four-bedroom flats. A home of that size is priced after a survey, in person or on video.
What eats the crew's time in a Sector 68 building?
On the vertical journey, not on the road. The drive between two sectors here is short; the time is spent between the flat and the truck, and that depends on the kind of building.
| Building | What shapes the day | What to settle with the office |
|---|---|---|
| Delivered high-rise society, such as M3M Sierra68, Marina or Natura | Lift trips per tower, and the walk from the lift lobby to wherever the truck is allowed to stand | Which gate, which tower's service lift, and for how long |
| Compact flats built to an affordable-housing size | Small loads, but many households sharing each lift, so the wait for the lift can outlast the loading | Length of the lift slot, and how busy weekends are |
| A project not yet handed over, such as Hanu Residency or Mahira Homes | Nothing can move until possession is given | The possession letter for your flat |
| Builder floor or standalone building | Stairs, and the carry along a lane to a wider road | Where the truck can stop, and who parks there |
Compact flats. Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy 2013 sets the carpet area of each flat in such colonies at 28 to 60 sq m and plans for 850 to 900 people per acre, counted at five per flat. That works out to between 170 and 180 homes on every acre. A one- or two-bedroom load from a block like that fits a small truck, but the crew may spend more of the slot waiting for the lift than carrying. A weekday slot outside the morning and evening rush stands a better chance of a free lift.
Projects still being built. Hanu Residency's registration with the Haryana regulator lists 1,390 flats, the largest at 60 sq m of carpet, with 31 May 2027 as the likely completion date. Mahira Homes is in a worse position: RERA Gurugram cancelled the registrations of every one of Mahira's five affordable projects, The Tribune reported on 20 March 2024. If you are an allottee in either, fix a moving date only after possession is in writing. Our Sector 68 rules guide explains who runs a society in its early years.
How does a truck reach Sector 68, and when can it move?
From one of three directions, and only in the middle of the day on designated roads.
- Sohna Road. The Sohna Elevated Corridor, 21.65 km long from Rajiv Chowk to Sohna, has carried traffic since 11 July 2022, so a load coming down from central Gurgaon can stay above the junctions until it nears Badshahpur.
- The Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). Trucks from the Golf Course Extension Road side cross Vatika Chowk, where an underpass opened on 11 November 2023 to ease traffic between the SPR and the Extension Road, The Tribune reported.
- The Sector 68–69 dividing road. Still unfinished. On 18 August 2026 the state's High Powered Works Purchase Committee, with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini in the chair, cleared roughly Rs 26.83 crore to build its missing section and nearly 2 km of service road, with stormwater drains, footpaths and cycle tracks, all due within a year, according to PropNewsTime on 22 August 2026. Work began in 2019 and a 1.1 km stretch was built in 2022. Expect digging on that side until it opens; our Sector 68 monsoon post covers what it means in the rains.
The clock matters as much as the road. Commercial vehicles may not use Gurugram's designated roads at 8–10 am or at 5–9 pm, according to the "No Entry Timings" in the traffic police's Digi Pass note on GMDA's site. It is undated, so check the hours near your date. A loaded truck therefore runs between 10 am and 5 pm, and your society's move hours need to sit within that window. Our office keeps 8 am to 9 pm hours from Monday to Saturday and shuts on Sunday.
How far are the sectors next door?
Close enough that the drive barely shows on the bill. We measured these straight lines on 29 October 2026 between the centre points that OpenStreetMap gives each sector; the road distance is longer.
| From Sector 68 to | Straight line | Band | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sector 69 | about 1.2 km | Gurgaon | Sector 69 page and Sector 69 costs post |
| Sector 66 | about 1.3 km | Gurgaon | Ask at the survey |
| Sector 67 | about 1.4 km | Gurgaon | Sector 67 page |
| Sector 70 | about 2.4 km | Gurgaon | Sector 70 page |
| Sector 48 | about 2.5 km | Gurgaon | Sector 48 page |
| Sector 49 | about 2.7 km | Gurgaon | Sector 49 page |
| Sector 65 | about 2.8 km | Gurgaon | Sector 65 page |
A one-kilometre hop costs almost as much as a ten-kilometre one, because packing, lift time and unloading take the same hours either way. What the short distance does buy is slack: if the slot at the new tower is tight, little of it is lost on the road. Sector 68 has no Maxx branch, so the crew and truck come from our head office in Sector 110, about 13.4 km away in a straight line by the same measure, and the start time allows for that drive.
What is different about a move into Delhi this winter?
The Delhi column of the table applies, and from 1 November 2026 the truck itself has to qualify.
| Rule | What it says | Source and date |
|---|---|---|
| Delhi winter plan | From 1 Nov 2026 until 31 Jan 2027, a vehicle with an outside registration needs BS-VI to enter, unless it runs on CNG or electricity | WION Drive, 23 Oct 2026 |
| Gurugram Police warning | Transporters told on 16 October 2026 to expect the tighter, emission-based entry curbs | UNI, 16 Oct 2026 |
| GRAP Stage I | Called for the whole NCR on 21 October 2026; this stage stops no goods vehicles | All India Radio, 21 Oct 2026 |
| GRAP Stage III, revised | Out-of-Delhi diesel goods trucks, light or medium, rated BS-IV or lower, are kept from entering the capital | All India Radio, 29 Sep 2026 |
We found no order above Stage I by 29 October 2026, but stages change at short notice. For a November to January move into Delhi, ask which emission class the truck is before you confirm the date. Routes and border timings are in our Delhi–Gurgaon moving guide.
How do you keep a Sector 68 move near the bottom of its band?
By clearing the usual waits before moving day comes:
- To do: Book the service lift at both towers for the whole slot, in writing
- To do: Ask both offices where the truck may stand while loading
- To do: Measure the largest sofa, bed and wardrobe against the lift door
- To do: For a 2.5 BHK, send a short video of the half room before the quote
- To do: Pack books, the store room and seasonal clothes in the days before
- To do: Fit loading between 10 am and 5 pm, and avoid the school-run hours near your gate
- To do: If your gate is on the Sector 68–69 boundary, ask which entrance trucks use that week
- To do: Delhi address from November? Ask what fuel and emission class the truck has
Should the keys to the new flat arrive later than your lease allows, storage covers the gap; the packing itself is the subject of our household shifting page.
Key takeaway
Nine in ten Sector 68 rentals are two- or three-bedroom flats, so most moves here are priced straight from our October 2026 bands; a 2.5 BHK is quoted after a call and a four-bedroom home after a survey. Crew time goes on lifts and loading points, not the drive. Keep loading inside the 10 am to 5 pm gap, and for a Delhi address from 1 November 2026 check the truck's emission class before you sign.
When you know both addresses and the day, share them with us and the price comes back in writing. This post is general information for planning: its rupee figures are indicative October 2026 ranges, not quotes, and listing shares, project dates, road works and Delhi's rules can change before you move.
