House shifting from Sushant Lok 1 to another Gurgaon address falls in three bands that Radhe Shyam, our owner, set in October 2026: one bedroom, Rs 4,500 to Rs 7,000; two, Rs 8,000 to Rs 12,500; three, Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000. A single room is priced from a list of what you have and a four-bedroom floor after a survey; inside any band, the hours go on stairs, on the carry between the lane and the vehicle, and on finding the right block in a colony that spans four sectors.

What does house shifting in Sushant Lok 1 cost in October 2026?
The bands below are the owner's, and our Gurgaon city page prints them too. The third column ties each band to a kind of home the colony actually has.

The flat sizes come from Square Yards' list of ready projects in the colony, read on 2 November 2026. It shows Ansal Sushant Apartments as 576 units on 8 acres with two-bedroom flats of 1,200 sq ft, and Hightown flats of 2,150 and 2,500 sq ft (three bedrooms) and 3,300 sq ft (four). Silverglades itself describes Hightown as three towers with 260 homes, all of three or four bedrooms; for flats that size, ask for a survey before you accept a figure.
Vehicles are extra: Rs 9,000 to Rs 11,500 to carry a car up to 50 km, while a scooter or motorcycle over that distance costs Rs 3,000 to Rs 7,000. Car transport explains how a vehicle travels.
Why are Sushant Lok 1 moves so often very small or very large?
Because that is what the colony lets and sells. On 2 November 2026 the Square Yards locality page showed 990 homes for rent and 257 for sale, with these supply shares:

The same chart shows what renters search for: one-bedroom homes made up 43% of rental demand and 1 RK units another 15%, against 12% for three bedrooms. So the market splits in two: newcomers take rooms and one-bedroom floors, while families hold three- and four-bedroom floors and houses. Two-bedroom moves are the less common case here.
That split decides the pricing. A room or 1 RK is mostly packing and a short carry, so it is quoted from your list rather than forced into the one-bedroom band. A four-bedroom floor with a servant room and terrace can need two vehicles, so it is seen first.
Where do the crew's hours go?
Into the building more than the road. Five kinds of home in the colony, and what each does to the day:

The last row is not hypothetical. Town planning officials sealed guest-house rooms in A Block, according to The Tribune on 10 September 2026, which also noted that stilt floors are meant for parking. If your building is on notice, move before the date the owner gives you, not after it.
Why does the block letter change the quote?
Because the colony is bigger and more scattered than its name suggests. A committee report quoted in a National Green Tribunal judgment dated 4 July 2022 puts Phase I at 604.194 acres across Sectors 27, 28, 43 and 52.
Gurugram Police divide it too. Their East district jurisdiction list, read on 2 November 2026, places "Sushant Lok A-B block" under the DLF Sector 29 station, alongside Sectors 28 and 29 and DLF Phase 4. The Sushant Lok station takes Sectors 42, 43, 44 and 52, with E Block and C and D Blocks named in its list.
A booking that names only the colony may take a driver to the far end, and every minute spent hunting for a lane is crew time on the clock. When you book:
- give the block, house number and the sector shown on your lease or power bill;
- share a map pin dropped at your gate, not one for the colony name;
- name a landmark near you, such as Paras Health at C-1 or Shalom Hills school in C Block;
- do the same for the new address.
Where does the vehicle park, and in which hours?
In the lane outside your plot, for as long as the neighbours can live with it, and between the city's two daily bans on goods vehicles.
Parking. The stilt is residents' parking, so the vehicle waits in the lane and loading runs straight from the stair to the tailboard. Ask the neighbours on both sides, a day ahead, to leave the kerb at your gate empty. Where a boom barrier and a guard control the block, send the vehicle number and date ahead; the rules guide explains what the guard may ask.
Size of vehicle. A room fits a small vehicle that turns easily in an inner lane; a family floor needs a bigger truck, which may have to wait on a wider road, adding to the carry.
Hours. The Vehicle Movement Digi Pass explainer from Gurugram Traffic Police, an undated PDF that GMDA hosts, keeps commercial vehicles off designated roads twice a day: 8–10 am, then 5–9 pm. The colony sits between MG Road and Golf Course Road, so a loaded vehicle meets a main road within minutes; aim to be on the move from about 10 am and done by 5 pm. Our office opens at 8 am and shuts at 9 pm from Monday to Saturday and stays closed on Sundays, so fix the survey and the date on one of those six days.

What about short hops and moves to Delhi?
A short hop stays in the same Gurgaon band; the distance hardly moves the price. Because the colony has no single centre on the map, the straight-line distances below run from the centre point of Sector 43 on OpenStreetMap, worked out on 2 November 2026. Road distances are longer.

To Delhi, three dated rules apply from this month:
- Engine class. For the three winter months from 1 November 2026, non-BS-VI vehicles carrying registrations from outside Delhi are being kept out of the capital, a curb that lasts to 31 January 2027 according to UNI's report of 26 October 2026. Ask for the vehicle's emission class in writing.
- Entry charge. A Delhi notification of 4 May 2026 sets Rs 2,000 for light goods vehicles and two-axle trucks, while three-axle and heavier trucks pay Rs 4,000, with 5 per cent added each year, The Tribune reported. Check that your quote covers it.
- Air-quality stage. Since 21 October 2026 the NCR has been at GRAP Stage I, Akashvani reported. Stricter stages restrict goods vehicles further, so look up the stage on the eve of the move.

What costs sit outside the mover's bill?
Building charges and storage. We found no written move fee for a plotted floor here, but an apartment complex may set one. Gurgaon has no common tariff, NoBrokerHood noted in a guide dated 18 September 2026, putting typical shifting fees near Rs 500–5,000 and refundable deposits near Rs 5,000–25,000 where a community asks for one. In Ansal Sushant Apartments or Hightown, get the office's figure in writing and keep the receipt.
If the keys to the new place come after the old lease runs out, storage can hold everything in between, charged by volume and the number of days.
How can you keep a Sushant Lok 1 quote low in its band?
- To do: Give the block, house number and sector together, for both addresses
- To do: Say whether it is a room, a floor or a complex flat, and which floor
- To do: Measure the narrowest stair turn, or the lift car, against your largest pieces
- To do: For a room move, send a photo list of everything going, including what is under the bed
- To do: Ask the neighbours to clear the kerb and keep the stilt free for their own cars
- To do: Book any lift slot or complex permission before fixing the date
- To do: For a Delhi drop, a written note of the truck's BS class and whether the entry charge is included
- To do: Give away furniture that will not fit the next place; every piece is another trip down the stairs
