A house shift that begins in Sector 107 and ends elsewhere in Gurgaon falls in our owner's October 2026 indicative band for its size: a 1 BHK at Rs 4,500–7,000, a 2 BHK at Rs 8,000–12,500 and a 3 BHK at Rs 12,000–15,000. Within those bands, the figure is set less by kilometres than by how much a compact or mid-rise flat holds, how busy its tower's lift is, where a truck may stand, and whether the load crosses into Delhi.
Our Sector 107 packers and movers page explains how we match the crew and vehicle to each home there. This post covers the money and the hours: what the ranges are, what eats into crew time in each kind of Sector 107 building, and the checks that keep a quote low.
What does a house shift in Sector 107 cost in October 2026?
These are pre-survey ranges, fixed by our owner and also shown on our Gurgaon city page:
| Home | Typical Sector 107 example | Stays in Gurgaon | Ends in Delhi |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | A compact Solera flat | Rs 4,500–7,000 | Rs 7,000–8,000 |
| 2 BHK | Solera 2, or a smaller Woodshire flat | Rs 8,000–12,500 | Rs 10,000–13,500 |
| 3 BHK | A Woodshire family flat | Rs 12,000–15,000 | Rs 14,000–16,500 |
Carrying a car up to 50 km is Rs 9,000–11,500 on the same list, and a bike Rs 3,000–7,000.
Directory pages for the sector print undated tables that step up through distance bands from 5 km to 50 km. Ours do not, because a move from 107 to any nearby sector is short; the hours are spent inside towers. For intercity comparisons, see our Gurgaon charges guide, and for a car going with you, the car transport page.
Budget a second line for the society. NoBrokerHood's September 2026 guide found no city-wide rate, but put shifting fees at about Rs 500 to Rs 5,000 and refundable deposits, where a society takes one, at Rs 5,000 to Rs 25,000. That money goes to the estate office, not to us, so ask for the written tariff and the refund terms.
Why does distance barely change the figure?
Because the trips are short and the roads, not the map, set the time. OpenStreetMap puts the centre of Sector 107 about 4 km west of our head office's sector, 110. By road the gap is longer: Square Yards lists these trips from Sector 107:
| To | Road distance | Travel time (Square Yards) |
|---|---|---|
| Sector 108 | 3 km | 5–10 min |
| Dwarka Expressway | 5 km | 10–15 min |
| Sector 109 | 6 km | 10–15 min |
| Sector 105 | 6.5 km | 15–20 min |
| Sector 110 | 7.5 km | 15–20 min |
Dharampur Main Road is the main way in and out, according to Square Yards, so expect the truck to use it. Since the sector sits off the elevated expressway, the driver needs the exact gate before leaving, as the area page explains.
Which kind of Sector 107 home are you moving?
Most homes here fall into two very different groups, and each uses crew time in its own way:
| Building | What the developer or portal publishes | What takes the hours | Where it tends to sit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solera | Master-planned for 1,000 affordable homes, with the Signum 107 commercial block inside the premises; HARERA 09 of 2017 (Signature Global) | Shared lifts, shop and delivery traffic near the gate | Lower half of the 1 or 2 BHK range |
| Solera 2 | 2 BHK homes under Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy, 448 units on 3 acres (Signature Global); 367–660 sq ft, about 149 homes per acre (Square Yards) | Lift queues in tightly packed towers; furniture that barely fits | Lower half of the 2 BHK range |
| M3M Woodshire | Ready 2 and 3 BHK homes, 70% open space, a three-tier security system (M3M) | Security checks; a longer carry across green space to the truck | Middle to upper 2 or 3 BHK range |
| Villas and plotted homes | Villa projects appear among Square Yards' Sector 107 listings | Internal stairs, garden items | Surveyed, not priced by bedrooms |
A Solera 2 home of 660 sq ft is called a 2 BHK, but a family moving out of one rarely owns as much as a family in a 1,200 sq ft flat. That is why volume, not the label, sets the crew and vehicle, and why the area page talks of matching the vehicle to what you own.
How do density and lifts eat into crew hours?
In Solera 2, about 149 homes share each acre by Square Yards' count, so a lot of households depend on the same lifts. Neither Signature Global nor Square Yards publishes the lift sizes for these towers that we could find, so measure before the survey. If a wardrobe or a double-door fridge will not fit the car, it has to come apart or go down the stairs, and either one adds time.
The narrow corridors in compact towers change the method too. The area page describes packing one room, carrying it down and then starting the next, so landings stay clear for neighbours. That is slower per carton than staging everything in a big hallway, but it keeps the lift queue moving.
Clock time matters as well. In January 2020 the Gurugram Traffic Police posted that heavy vehicles were barred from city roads during the morning and evening rush. That post is over six years old, so confirm current timings on the 1095 traffic helpline; whatever they are, a truck that reaches the gate when its lift booking opens saves paid hours.
Before the survey, find out:
- To do: Which lift the society lets goods travel in
- To do: That lift's door width and inside depth, measured with a tape
- To do: Written lift bookings for both addresses
- To do: Whether residents share that lift during your slot
- To do: Which pieces will need to be dismantled to fit
Where will the truck stand?
That depends on the society, and it is worth asking early. Both Solera projects are affordable-housing schemes. The Tribune reported on 7 January 2021 that allottees under Haryana's 2013 policy already got half a car space per flat free, and that an amendment let builders offer another half space for a charge. With parking that tight, there may be no empty bay beside your tower on a weekend morning.
Ask the estate office three things: where a goods vehicle may wait, for how long, and whether the stretch outside the Signum 107 shops is off limits during trading hours. If the truck must stand further away, the carry from tower to truck gets longer and so does the day.
At Woodshire, the three-tier security system M3M advertises means the vehicle, the crew and the goods may each be checked at a separate point. Send the vehicle number and crew names to the guard desk a day ahead so the gate checks are over before the lift booking starts.
Which rules apply on a move into Delhi?
On M3M's figures, Woodshire is 0 km from the Delhi border, so a move to Najafgarh or Dwarka is short on the map but crosses a state line. Three rules change the plan:
| Rule | Report and date | Your step |
|---|---|---|
| Entry of older goods vehicles | WION, 30 Sep 2026: the one-year transition for BS-IV vehicles ends on 31 Oct 2026, and diesel light and medium goods vehicles of BS-IV or below, if registered outside Delhi, now fall under GRAP Stage III curbs | If your date is 1 November 2026 or later, ask the truck's emission class and recheck the rule a few days ahead |
| Expressway toll | The Tribune reported on 12 Nov 2025 that tolling had started at Bijwasan | Ask whether tolls are inside the written quote |
| Goods-vehicle hours in Delhi | Set by Delhi Traffic Police | See our Delhi house-shifting guide |
Air-quality orders in Delhi can tighten at short notice in winter, so the November dates deserve a fresh check. Routes and paperwork on both sides of the border are in our Delhi–Gurgaon moving guide.
Moving a short way: what does the far end add?
The price stays in the within-Gurgaon band, but the other address decides part of the day:
| Going to | Page | Settle first |
|---|---|---|
| Sector 108 | Sector 108 | Which campus gate takes goods, and the lift you may use |
| Sector 106 | Sector 106 | Whether interior crews are sharing the service lift in a newly handed-over tower |
| Sector 109 | Sector 109 | Which side road is open for a loaded truck |
| Sector 110 | Sector 110 | Stair carries and parking in a builder-floor lane |
| Dwarka, Delhi | Dwarka page | Delhi rates, the vehicle's BS class and the city's hours for goods traffic |
If the new home is not ready on handover day, our storage service can hold the goods in between. For a date in the rains or high summer, check our Sector 107 monsoon and summer guide first, and for settling in, the Sector 107 newcomer's guide.
What keeps a Sector 107 quote near the bottom of its range?
Most of it comes down to what you settle before the crew arrives:
- To do: Book the largest lift your tower allows for the full loading window, at both ends
- To do: Measure the lift and list the pieces that need dismantling
- To do: Agree with the estate office where the truck waits, especially at Solera and Solera 2
- To do: Give Woodshire's guard desk the vehicle number and crew names a day ahead
- To do: Ask for the society's shifting fee and deposit terms in writing, and keep receipts
- To do: Sort, sell or give away what you will not take; a compact flat leaves little room for spares
- To do: Moving to Delhi in November 2026 or later? Ask about the vehicle's BS class and whether the quote covers tolls
The household shifting page sets out what our crew does when loading and unloading. With the tower, floor and date settled, tell us both addresses and we will send a written figure.
This post is general information. Its rupee figures are indicative ranges dated October 2026, not quotes, and society charges, traffic timings, tolls and Delhi's entry rules may have changed by the time you move.
