A house shift from Sector 111 to another Gurgaon address costs, on our owner's October 2026 figures, from Rs 4,500 to Rs 7,000 when you have one bedroom, Rs 8,000 to Rs 12,500 with two and Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000 with three; bigger flats and villas are surveyed. What decides the final figure here is which of the sector's very different societies you live in, how tall its towers are, and whether your goods are staying in Haryana or crossing into Delhi, which begins less than a kilometre away.
Sector 111 packs a lot of variety into a small area: compact affordable flats in ten-floor blocks, 28-floor towers, and 5 BHK villas of around 8,000 sq ft. This post works through what each costs to move and what eats into the crew's hours. For handovers, storage and villa moves as we run them day to day, read about our packers and movers in Sector 111 Gurgaon.
Which band fits your Sector 111 home?
Start from the society, because in this sector it says more about the load than the bedroom count alone. The bands are the owner's, fixed in October 2026 and published on our Gurgaon city page; the home sizes are from Houssed project pages read on 25 October 2026.
| Society | Homes listed by Houssed | Usual band inside Gurgaon |
|---|---|---|
| Lotus Homz | 1 and 2 BHK, about 330–610 sq ft carpet | Rs 4,500–7,000 for its one-bedroom flats; Rs 8,000–12,500 for two bedrooms, often the lower half |
| Kashish Manor One | 1 to 5 BHK, 890–5,600 sq ft super built-up | Bedroom band up to 3 BHK; survey above that |
| Tashee Capital Gateway | 2 to 5 BHK, 1,295–3,350 sq ft super built-up | 2 BHK Rs 8,000–12,500 or 3 BHK Rs 12,000–15,000; survey for 4–5 BHK |
| M3M Crown | 3 and 4 BHK, 1,660–2,670 sq ft super built-up | 3 BHK Rs 12,000–15,000; survey for 4 BHK |
| Puri Diplomatic Greens villas | 5 BHK, about 7,990–8,000 sq ft | Survey only |
Two items sit outside the table. Moving a car up to 50 km is listed by our owner at Rs 9,000–11,500, and a motorbike from Rs 3,000 to Rs 7,000; see our car transport page. Moves to other cities are covered in our guide to Gurgaon moving charges.
Directory price lists will not help much with this choice. Sulekha's Sector 111 page, dated 24 October 2026, prints a distance-based table that is identical to the one on its Sector 106 page, so it cannot reflect a 330 sq ft flat in one society and an 8,000 sq ft villa in the next.
Why does a 28-floor tower take longer than a 10-floor one?
Because the lift, not the truck, sets the pace on a short move. Houssed gives these tower counts and heights; the last column is our own rough division of its home totals by its tower counts.
| Society | Houssed's tower and floor count | Total homes | Rough homes in each tower |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lotus Homz | 11 towers, 10 floors, on 5.09 acres | 812 | About 74 |
| Kashish Manor One | 11 towers, 15 floors | 720 | About 65 |
| Tashee Capital Gateway | 10 towers, 18 floors | 550 | 55 |
| M3M Crown | 11 towers, 28 floors | 1,332 | About 121 |
Portal figures disagree at the edges. Square Yards counts 890 homes at Kashish Manor One and 572 at Tashee Capital Gateway, so read the last column as an order of magnitude, not a census.
Even so, the pattern is clear. In Lotus Homz, a top-floor flat is ten storeys up and the load is small, so a crew can clear a 1 BHK quickly once the lift is free. In a 28-floor Crown tower with over a hundred households per block, each round trip takes longer and the lift has more claims on it, so a 3 BHK there uses far more of a slot than the same flat in Tashee's 18-floor towers. That difference is why two 3 BHK moves from the same sector can land at opposite ends of one band.
Villas reverse the problem: no lift queue, but cartons and almirahs usually go up or down the stairs by hand, and the volume of an 8,000 sq ft house is several times a flat's. That is why we survey them.
Is your tower handed over yet?
Check before you fix a date, because Sector 111 still has projects in the middle of handover. M3M Crown is the clearest case. Its developer still described it as an ongoing project in October 2026, Square Yards gave possession as January 2028, and Houssed's page listed it as ready to move. All three cannot be right for every tower.
Book the truck against the possession letter and the society's move-in date, not against a portal label. If your lease ends before the new flat is cleared, our storage service can hold the goods in between, so the handover date does not force a rushed move.
How does the truck get into the sector while roads are unfinished?
By the approach that is open on the day, which may not be the obvious one. In its report of 11 January 2026, Swarajya named the 110R–111 road among the sector links still cut off from the expressway, because a green-belt strip had not been acquired. The same report named societies in Sector 111 among those expected to see real relief once the link opens.
Meanwhile the expressway's side lanes have been under construction. GMDA officials told Swarajya in June 2026 that the service roads were 70 per cent complete and aimed for September 2026, with land still needed at some points. We could not find a later report saying the work is done, so treat that date as unconfirmed.
At the society itself, gate control decides the last stretch. Ask the facility office which gate takes goods vehicles, how far the permitted standing spot is from your tower, and what the guards need ahead of time, usually crew names and the vehicle number. In a ten- or eleven-tower society, give the tower and flat number when you book, since the nearest gate is not always the goods gate. For rainy-season moves, the Sector 111 monsoon guide covers the Chauma Road flooding of July 2026.
What changes when the goods go into Delhi?
Sector 111 sits right by the capital: about 0.8 km in a straight line from OpenStreetMap's point for the sector to the Delhi boundary. Short as that is, a Delhi move is priced and regulated as one. Run through these before the day:
| Item | What the dated source says | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Price band | Our owner's Delhi row, October 2026: Rs 7,000–8,000 for a single-bedroom load, Rs 10,000–13,500 for two bedrooms' worth, Rs 14,000–16,500 for three | Whether your quote includes toll and entry charge |
| Toll | Tolling started at the expressway's Bijwasan plaza (The Tribune, 12 Nov 2025); quoted fares were for cars | What a goods vehicle pays now |
| Entry charge | Environment Compensation Charge of Rs 2,000 for two-axle trucks and light commercial vehicles, Rs 4,000 for three axles and up, from 1 April 2026 (The Tribune, 9 May 2026) | The current rate |
| Truck type | Outside-Delhi goods vehicles must be BS-VI, CNG, LNG or electric; the BS-IV grace year ends 31 October 2026 (WION, 30 Sep 2026) | The booked truck's emission class, and any GRAP stage in force |

Does a move to a neighbouring sector cost less?
Barely. Sectors 110A, 112 and 113 are each a kilometre or two away, as our Sector 111 newcomer's guide sets out, and our head office in Sector 110 is about 2.3 km from the sector's centre. On a drive that short, the hours go on lifts and carrying at both buildings.
The real gain is time at the far end. With both homes close by, the crew can unload, reassemble beds and open kitchen cartons the same evening. If you are heading to Sector 112, its side of the move is in our Sector 112 cost guide.
What should you send us for an accurate figure?
The details that remove guesswork from the quote:
- To do: Society, tower, floor and flat number at both ends
- To do: The lift slot you have been given, and whether it is the same length at the new home
- To do: The goods gate and the distance from the truck's standing spot to your lift
- To do: For a villa or any home above 3 BHK, a video walk-through so it can be surveyed
- To do: Your possession letter date if you are moving into a new tower
- To do: For a Delhi address, the date, so we can confirm the truck class and the current charges
The crew's routine at both homes is described under household shifting. When you have these details, send them with both addresses.
Key takeaway
For a move that stays in Gurgaon, our October 2026 bands for Sector 111 homes of one to three bedrooms run between Rs 4,500 and Rs 15,000, while larger flats and Diplomatic Greens villas are surveyed. A compact Lotus Homz flat in a ten-floor block sits low; a Crown flat 28 floors up uses more lift time. Delhi lies under a kilometre away, yet goods going there pay Delhi rates and charges and, once October 2026 ends, need a truck that meets the capital's engine rules.
This is general information. Treat the prices as indicative ranges our owner fixed for October 2026, not as a quote, and the tower and home figures as property-portal data that does not always agree. Possession dates, road works, tolls and Delhi's truck rules can change, so check each one again before your moving day.
