No Sector 111 society we checked posts its move-in or move-out rules online, so the hours, lift slot, any fee and the gate pass all come from your own society's office, ideally as a written reply. What differs from one society to the next is who that office answers to: at Lotus Homz, an affordable-housing estate, the developer's five years of free upkeep under Haryana's 2013 policy ran out around June 2026, while Kashish Manor One, Puri's newer towers and M3M Crown are still being built.

Around those offices sit rules with dates: the police station that files a tenant's form, Gurugram's daily bans on lorries, and Delhi's engine rules for goods vehicles, which change on 1 November 2026, the day this guide is published. Our page on packers and movers in Sector 111 Gurgaon explains how crews handle the lift and the approach roads. Prices by society are in the Sector 111 costs guide. This post deals only with permission.

Which Sector 111 societies post their moving rules?

None, when we searched on 31 October 2026. The public record does say enough to tell you whom to ask:

Society Public record Who answers Rules online
Lotus Homz Affordable group housing on 5.09 acres; occupation certificate dated 1 June 2021, per a HARERA order of 7 September 2022 The apartment owners' association, or the maintenance office if the handover is still pending None found
Kashish Manor One A HARERA application filed on 25 October 2024 for the part still being built gives 30 June 2027 for completion Kashish's estate office; name your tower None found
Tashee Capital Gateway Ten towers; possession listed from June 2025 by Square Yards The facility office None found
Puri Diplomatic Greens, flats and villas Marked delivered by Puri; Puri Diplomatic Residences in Sector 111 registered with HARERA on 19 February 2024 The estate office None found
M3M Crown Phase 1 registered on 2 February 2023; still listed by M3M as ongoing on 31 October 2026 No move-ins until possession letters are issued Not applicable

"None found" covers only what is public. If the desk has a printed circular or move form, ask for a photo of it to show the guard.

What changed at Lotus Homz in 2026?

Possibly the body that signs your gate pass. The HARERA order of 7 September 2022 on a buyer's complaint describes Lotus Homz as affordable group housing under DTCP licence 47 of 2014, registered as project 214 of 2017 (HARERA record), and records its occupation certificate as 1 June 2021; the buyer in that case was offered possession on 7 June 2021.

Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy 2013 attaches two conditions to such projects:

  • Upkeep. The developer looks after the estate at no charge to residents for the first five years, counted from its occupation certificate. Once those years are up, upkeep passes by rule to the owners' association formed under Haryana's 1983 apartment ownership law, and the policy bars the developer from holding on to it, whether itself or through an agency it hires.
  • Parking. Each flat gets one two-wheeler site, no flat owner is allotted car parking, and leftover space may be used as free visitor car parking.

Counting five years from 1 June 2021 brings you to about 1 June 2026. That is our arithmetic, not a confirmed handover: we found no public report on whether the Lotus Homz association has taken over. So before you book, ask the office two things. Who approves move-ins and move-outs since June 2026, the developer's team or the owners' association? And where may a moving truck stand, given that there are no allotted car bays to borrow?

If you rent, ask your landlord, as the member of record, to tell whichever body now runs the estate that you are moving.

Who approves a move in a society that is still being built?

The developer's own office, for now, and it may treat finished and unfinished towers differently. Kashish Manor One is the clearest case. On 25 October 2024 Kashish Developers filed a registration application with HARERA for "Manor One" in Sector 111 as an ongoing project, listing a revised building plan of 20 November 2024 and a completion date of 30 June 2027 for the flats it covers. Families already live in other parts of the estate, so a moving truck may share the internal roads with building traffic for some time yet.

Puri's estate is similar. The Diplomatic Greens flats and villas are finished, while Puri Diplomatic Residences, in the same sector, has a HARERA registration dated 19 February 2024 (record). M3M Crown is further back: M3M's site still put it among ongoing residential projects on 31 October 2026, and the possession dates circulating for it are compared in our costs guide.

At any of these, ask in writing:

  1. Which gate takes household goods, and is it different from the construction gate?
  2. Are fit-out contractors given the same service lift, and at what hours?
  3. Does the guard need the possession letter, the society's move form, or both?
  4. For a villa at Diplomatic Greens, where can the lorry wait while keeping the lane clear for the houses next door?

Will the service lift run if the power goes?

Ask, because a cut in the middle of a slot can stop a tower move cold. On 27 May 2026 Amar Ujala reported that residents of Capital Gateway in Sector 111 had been without mains power for most of a Monday night, with supply coming and going the next day, and that a resident said generator power there cost Rs 30 a unit. The report concerned a summer peak, but cuts can come in any month.

Put three questions to the facility desk: does the goods lift run on the generator, is any backup charge added to a move, and if the lift stops, may the crew switch to another one? Seasonal planning for power and heat in this sector is in our Sector 111 monsoon and summer guide.

Which police station files a tenant's form?

For flats inside the sector, Bajghera. The Gurugram Police West district list, read on 31 October 2026, names the Bajghera station for Sectors 109 to 115 and for New Palam Vihar Phases 1 to 3; Square Yards files part of Sector 111 under Phase 3. The same list puts Choma village, Sarai Alawardi village and Dharam Colony, all on the edge of the sector, under the Palam Vihar station, so a renter in a village house may need the other one.

The police verification page says the form goes to the police station concerned with supporting documents, a copy is kept, and a further copy goes to the RWA president; it can also be done online. Agree in the lease who will file it and by when, and keep the receipt, since a society desk may ask for it before issuing a resident's card.

When may the truck run, and what might the society charge?

Outside Gurugram's two daily bans on goods vehicles on designated roads, from 8 to 10 each morning and from 5 to 9 each evening, according to a traffic police note hosted by GMDA. The note carries no date, so recheck it close to the move. In practice that means a loaded truck at your gate after 10 am and off the main roads before 5 pm, and your society's permitted hours have to sit within that gap.

Two practical limits apply on our side. We take moves from Monday through Saturday, keeping office hours of 8 am to 9 pm, and do not work on Sundays; if a society permits shifting only on weekends, Saturday is the day to book. And if the old and new societies allow different hours, plan the day around the shorter window.

Charges are each society's own. NoBrokerHood wrote on 18 September 2026 that Gurgaon has no city-wide tariff; the ranges it gave are summarised in our Sector 113 rules guide. Ask for the amount, whether any part is refundable, and a receipt.

Which dated rules apply if your goods go to Delhi?

By the measure in our costs guide, the Delhi boundary is under a kilometre from the sector, so many moves from here cross it. Three dates matter:

  • 31 October 2026. From November 2025, goods vehicles registered in other states have been allowed into Delhi only if they are BS-VI or powered by CNG, LNG or electricity, with a one-year allowance for BS-IV trucks. WION reported on 30 September 2026 that this allowance runs out on 31 October 2026.
  • The three winter months. For the period that starts on 1 November 2026 and ends on 31 January 2027, the capital's pollution plan limits entry for vehicles from outside Delhi that fall below BS-VI (The Hindu, 28 September 2026).
  • GRAP. The air-quality commission put the NCR on Stage I on 21 October 2026, Akashvani reported, and we saw no report of a stricter stage up to 31 October. WION also reported that the revised plan moves the bar on outside BS-IV light and medium goods vehicles into Stage III.

Ask the mover to name the vehicle and its emission class in the booking. Routes, documents and timing across the border are in Moving Between Delhi and Gurgaon.

Which answers do you need before fixing a date?

  • To do: The name of the body that approves moves now, and the move form or circular, in writing
  • To do: At Lotus Homz, whether the owners' association has taken over, and where a truck may stand
  • To do: In a part-built estate, the goods gate and the lift hours for residents as against contractors
  • To do: Backup power for the goods lift confirmed, plus any extra charge
  • To do: Maintenance and utility dues cleared before a move-out
  • To do: The tenant form filed at Bajghera, or at Palam Vihar for a village address
  • To do: A slot outside both daily lorry bans, and not on a Sunday
  • To do: For goods bound for Delhi from November 2026, the truck's emission class in the booking

If the new flat is not cleared when the old lease ends, our warehousing can hold the goods in between; household shifting describes the packing and setting up.

Do these rules change the price?

Not the band, only how the day runs. Take a two-bedroom flat: the owner's indicative October 2026 band, printed on our Gurgaon page, is Rs 8,000–12,500 for another Gurgaon address and Rs 10,000–13,500 for one in Delhi. One bedroom sits at Rs 4,500–7,000 inside the city or Rs 7,000–8,000 across the border; three bedrooms, Rs 12,000–15,000 or Rs 14,000–16,500. A short lift slot, a long carry from wherever the lorry is allowed to park, or a Delhi job that needs a BS-VI vehicle can push a quote towards the top of its band.

Key takeaway

Sector 111 societies do not post their moving rules, so get them from the office in writing. At Lotus Homz, ask whether the owners' association has taken over since the developer's five free years ended around June 2026; at Kashish Manor One, Puri's new towers and M3M Crown, the developer still decides. File the tenant form at Bajghera, keep the lorry out of both daily truck bans, and for any Delhi drop from 1 November 2026 insist on a vehicle that is BS-VI or runs on CNG, LNG or electricity.

Once both offices have replied, send us both addresses and we will put the quote in writing. Settling in after the move? The Sector 111 newcomer guide covers the first week.

This is general information, not legal advice. We read the sources listed on 31 October 2026. A society office, HARERA, Gurugram Police, the air-quality commission or Delhi's transport authorities may revise a rule or a record without notice, so check each point again in the week you move.
