Moving to Sector 68 usually means a flat in one of a few finished high-rise societies off Sohna Road, a 2 BHK rent somewhere between about Rs 11,000 and Rs 55,000 a month, and daily travel by road because no metro station is close. The sector has little of its own beyond AIRIA Mall, so a family's school, hospital and weekly shopping will mostly sit in Sectors 66, 67 and 70A or further along Sohna Road.

Which Sector 68 societies can you move into now?
The answer depends on whom you ask. We compared Magicbricks' list of top projects in the sector with M3M's own website, both read on 24 October 2026:

Magicbricks also names Ocus 24K, Supertech Scarlet Suites and Mahira Homes. Treat Mahira with care: The Tribune reported in March 2024 that RERA Gurugram had revoked the registration of all five Mahira affordable projects. Where two sources disagree on whether a tower is finished, the occupation certificate settles it. A landlord or builder who cannot show one for your tower is asking you to move into a building site.
What does a flat rent for in Sector 68?
NoBroker's Sector 68 rent page says its ranges reflect October 2026:

The rent is only part of the monthly bill. For society flats NoBroker gives maintenance of Rs 165 to Rs 8,000 a month and security deposits from Rs 7,500 to about Rs 1.42 lakh. Its page also says rents shift with the water source, municipal supply or borewell, so ask which one your flat uses and whether the society bought tankers last summer. As a spot check, Magicbricks' rental cards in October 2026 included a 1,650 sq ft 3 BHK at Rs 50,000 and a 1,000 sq ft 2 BHK at Rs 43,000. NoBroker's locality page showed the spread inside one size: an unfurnished 2 BHK in a standalone Badshahpur building at Rs 7,000 against fully furnished Supertech Hues 2 BHKs at Rs 32,000 and Rs 33,000. If a society flat is offered well below the band, ask what is missing, whether furniture, power backup or a car slot.
Which PIN code should you write?
Use 122101 unless your society says otherwise. NoBroker's locality page gives that code, and India Post's data links it to Badshahpur's sub post office, which delivers mail, on the sector's doorstep, along with branch offices such as Fazilpur and Kadipur. M3M's own sales office in neighbouring Sector 66 also prints 122101.
You will still see 122103 on some rental listings for Sector 68 towers. India Post lists that code for the Sohna sub post office and a string of villages around Sohna, well south of here. A wrong PIN can hold up a bank card, a passport letter or a school form, so take the code from your society office's own letterhead and repeat it on every application.
How do you get around without a metro?
Mostly by road. According to M3M's page for The Marina, the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station is about 9.5 km away and Indira Gandhi International Airport about 25 km away. Magicbricks gives Gurgaon railway station as about 13 km and estimates around half an hour to HUDA City Centre, the Yellow Line's Gurugram end.
City buses help if you live near Sohna Road. The GMCBL route list includes:
- Route 221A: Gurugram Railway Station to Badshahpur.
- Route 118: HUDA City Centre to Sohna Bus Stand.
- Route 218: Gurugram Bus Stand to Sohna Bus Stand.
NoBroker names Badshahpur, Badshahpur More and the Vatika Mother and Child Hospital stop as the bus stops residents use. Open each route on the GMCBL site to see its stops and timings before you count on it for a daily commute.
Road works will shape the next year. The 2-km link between Sectors 68 and 69 is still being finished, as our monsoon guide explains; until it opens, the morning drive depends on Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road. Which schools are close to Sector 68?
Two are within walking or short-drive distance of the M3M societies, and the rest are a few kilometres away:

Careers360 also records a small roll for St. Angel's, 131 students; ask the school for the current figure, the classes with open seats and the fee sheet. For any school, confirm its CBSE affiliation on the board's SARAS portal and ask which pick-up point is nearest your gate.
Where is the nearest hospital?
For serious care, plan on Medanta - The Medicity, which M3M places about 7 km from The Marina. Medanta's contact page lists 1068 for emergencies and appointments. Do the drive once in daylight so the turns are familiar.
Closer in, NoBroker names Kamal Hospital and Maternity Centre and Ektaa Hospitals among the hospitals residents use, and directory sites list several small hospitals on the Badshahpur stretch of Sohna Road. We could not confirm which of them run a 24-hour emergency, so phone the one nearest you and ask what it can handle at night.
Where will you shop?
Inside the sector, at AIRIA Mall. Reach Group describes it as being in Sector 68 on Sohna Road, on NH-248A, with anchor fashion stores, dining and a gym. For groceries, NoBroker names Vishal Mega Mart, Needs Gourmet and J Mart among nearby supermarkets.
Magicbricks says plainly that the sector is short of good social and retail amenities of its own, and points to Good Earth City Centre, Eros City Square, Parsvnath City and the SRS multiplex in nearby sectors. In a large society, give delivery apps your tower, flat and gate number in the first week, or orders will wait at the main guard post.
What does the move into Sector 68 cost?
