Sector 37D is a young sector of gated towers and plotted four-home floors at the southern end of the Dwarka Expressway, so most newcomers move into a society flat or a builder floor rather than an older house. In the first week you will rely on two schools and a 24x7 hospital inside the sector, on the expressway for travel, and on your own car, because no metro line serves it yet.
This guide covers what a family or renter needs to know before and just after arriving: which societies are here, how the roads connect, where children study, where to go in an emergency, and what to sort out in the first seven days. Each fact comes from a developer registration, school, hospital or news page in the source list, read in October 2026.
Which societies and housing types are in Sector 37D?
Three developers account for most of the homes, and each builds a different kind of housing. Knowing which one you are moving into tells you how the move will go.
| Project | Developer | Type of home | What the records say |
|---|---|---|---|
| SKYZ, Ramprastha City | Ramprastha | High-rise flats | HRERA lists 684 apartments in 18 towers |
| RISE, Ramprastha City | Ramprastha | High-rise flats | Registered with HRERA in 2017; Kadipur tehsil |
| Park Serene Phase II | BPTP | Mid-rise flats | Square Yards lists blocks of ground plus 14 floors, 406 units, ready to move |
| Park Generations and Spacio | BPTP | Flats | Next to Park Serene, per Inventiva |
| Terra | BPTP | Tall towers | NoBroker lists 480 homes in 6 towers of 23 storeys, possession from October 2022 |
| City 37D-1 | Signature Global | Plotted floors | HRERA: 158 plots carrying 632 homes, at Village Gaduli Kalan |
| City 37D-(2) | Signature Global | Plotted floors | HRERA: 536 homes on 134 plots, completion date given as 28 February 2026 |
A few points for renters stand out. SKYZ and Terra are tall buildings, so a booked service lift decides how long moving day takes. Park Serene Phase II is lower, which usually means shorter waits for the lift. The two Signature Global colonies, City 37D-1 and City 37D-(2), are made of plots with four homes each, one per floor, so ask whether your building has a lift and how wide the stair is before you send a sofa up.
City 37D-(2) was registered with a completion date of 28 February 2026. If you are buying or renting there, check with the developer whether your block has its occupation certificate and services in place; the registration date is a plan, not a confirmation.
One older project is off the list. NBCC's Green View was declared unsafe in February 2022 and its residents were asked to leave by 1 March that year, so do not expect to rent there.
Who runs maintenance in your society?
Ask before you sign. In Park Serene, residents told Inventiva that they were withholding maintenance until the developer handed common areas to the elected residents' association, and alleged billing by both developer agencies and a private operator. For a newcomer, that means the office that collects your maintenance may not be the office that issues your move-in pass and lift slot. Get both names in writing from the landlord or seller.
How do you get in and out of Sector 37D?
The Dwarka Expressway is the main road. Wikipedia describes a 27.6 km, 16-lane road from Shiv Murti in Mahipalpur, Delhi, to NH-48 at the Kherki Daula toll plaza. Its Haryana section was opened in part in March 2024 and the full road was in use from June 2025. For a family in 37D, that gives three directions:
- South to NH-48. The expressway ends at Kherki Daula, where it joins NH-48 towards Manesar and Jaipur, or back north towards the city.
- North to Dwarka and Delhi. The same road runs north past the newer sectors to Dwarka and the airport side of Delhi.
- West to Pataudi. Wikipedia notes that the expressway meets NH 352W (Pataudi Road) close to Harsaru.
The railway is the catch. The Delhi–Rewari line runs beside the sector, and the expressway crosses it on a bridge between Sectors 99 and 37D. Shorter routes towards old Gurugram can still meet a level crossing. In February 2024 The Tribune reported that GMDA wanted a consultant for a road overbridge and underbridge along Sector 37D, to replace level crossing No. 29 near Basai village, and in February 2026 GMDA said on X that it was planning an overbridge at Garhi Harsaru. We have not seen a report that either is open, so allow for a closed gate when you time a school run or a drive to work.
Garhi Harsaru itself is a railway junction with an inland container depot, so expect goods vehicles on the roads around it.
Metro. None yet. Wikipedia says no metro line runs along the expressway, so budget for a car, cabs or a school bus from day one.
Which schools are in Sector 37D?
Two schools give their address in the sector:
- Suncity School. Its CBSE affiliation record shows a senior secondary school in Sector 37D, open since 4 April 2019, with affiliation valid to 31 March 2029.
- Euro International School, Sec-37D. Its own website gives the campus as BPTP Tower, Sector 37D, with pre-primary, primary, middle and senior wings.
Mid-year admissions depend on seats, so call both before you fix a moving date if you have school-age children. If the move falls in the school year, keep the transfer certificate and the last report card in your own bag, not in a carton.
Where is the nearest hospital?
The Signature Hospital, part of the Park Hospital group, gives its address as Sector 37D, next to Sector 10. Its page says emergency and trauma care run 24x7, and lists more than 150 beds, over 40 ICU beds and NABH and NABL accreditation. Save its emergency line on your phone on day one, and note the route from your gate, since a railway gate on the other side could add time.
Where do you shop in the first week?
We did not find a reliable published directory of shops inside 37D, so ask your facility desk which grocers, chemists and water suppliers deliver to the gate. For bulk fruit and vegetables, the Khandsa wholesale market lies in neighbouring Sector 37, towards NH-48. The Tribune called it one of India's largest fruit and vegetable wholesale markets in February 2024, with about 300 commission agents and 500 retailers. It is a wholesale mandi rather than a neighbourhood market, so it suits a large stock-up more than a daily shop.
What should you check about water and paperwork?
Water. When GMDA announced a 36-hour shutdown on 5 and 6 August 2024 for work at the Chandu Budhera treatment plant, 37D was on the list of affected sectors. Ask your society how much tank storage it holds, and keep a few days' drinking water in the first week until you know how it copes.
Police verification. The Gurugram Police website lists tenant verification among its citizen services. Agree with your landlord who will file it, get it done in the first week and keep a copy.
PIN code. Sources disagree. The CBSE record gives 122006 for Suncity School, and other listings for the sector use 122004 or 122001. Confirm the PIN your society uses before you change your address with banks and delivery apps.
What should be on your first-week checklist?
| Task | Who to ask | When |
|---|---|---|
| Move-in pass and lift slot | Facility desk or estate office | A week before |
| Who collects maintenance | Landlord, seller or residents' association | Before signing |
| School seats and transfer | Suncity School, Euro International School | Before fixing the date |
| Emergency number saved | The Signature Hospital | Day one |
| Route to work avoiding level crossings | Your own trial drive | First weekday |
| Drinking water and tank storage | Society office | First three days |
| Tenant police verification | Landlord, via Gurugram Police | First week |
| PIN code confirmed | Society office | First week |
How much does a move into Sector 37D cost?
| Home size | Low end | High end |
|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK flat or floor | Rs 4,500 | Rs 7,000 |
| 2 BHK flat or floor | Rs 8,000 | Rs 12,500 |
| 3 BHK flat or floor | Rs 12,000 | Rs 15,000 |
Those are the owner's indicative ranges for a move within Gurgaon, dated October 2026. In this sector, the floor, the lift booking and the route in decide where your quote falls. Our Gurgaon charges guide explains the ranges in detail, and our Sector 37D page covers how we plan around lift rules and rail crossings here. If your flat is not ready when your lease ends, goods can wait in storage until possession.
Key takeaway
Sector 37D is a sector of towers and plotted floors at the Kherki Daula end of the Dwarka Expressway, with two schools and a 24x7 hospital inside it but no metro. Before moving, find out who runs your society's maintenance and passes, check school seats, and plan routes that avoid the railway gates.
